Description

The present invention relates to a panel fixing structure in which a plurality of building material panels are connected to constitute an outer wall, an inner wall, a ceiling, or the like of a building.

In a building such as a factory, a warehouse, or a house, there are cases where a plurality of rectangular panels are arranged side by side while being connected side by side to simply configure the outer wall (Patent Document 1, etc.). In particular, a metal sandwich panel in which a heat insulating material is sandwiched between metal plates is excellent in hermeticity and heat insulating function. It is growing.

Conventionally, in order to fix such a panel, for example, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the back surface of the panel 110 is aligned with the trunk edge 101 constituting the housing of the building, and the front side (outdoor side) is changed to the panel 110. A structure is employed in which the panel 110 is fastened and fixed to the trunk edge 101 by screwing the threaded bolt 102 into the trunk edge 101.

The panel for building materials may be used to configure an inner wall, an internal partition, or a ceiling in addition to configuring the outer wall as described above. For example, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the panel 110 is fixed to a C-shaped steel 106 suspended from a steel beam 104 of the roof 103 by a suspension bolt 105 to form a ceiling. The length of the suspension bolt 105 is variable by a turnbuckle 105a, and the heights of the plurality of C-shaped steels 106 assembled in parallel are adjusted uniformly. The structure for fixing the panel 110 to the C-shaped steel 106 is the same as described above. As shown in FIG. 10, the back surface of the panel 110 is aligned with the C-shaped steel 106, and the bolt 102 passed through the panel 110 from the front side (indoor side). A structure in which the panel 110 is fastened and fixed to the C-shaped steel 106 by screwing it into the C-shaped steel 106 is exemplified.

Further, as shown in FIG. 11, the panel 110 is fixed to the C-shaped steel 106 with bolts 108a passed through joint plates 107 called splines fitted into grooves 110a formed on the joining surfaces of the panels 110, as shown in FIG. There is also a method in which the hat-shaped fitting is fastened to the panel by passing through a hat-shaped fitting 109 that is placed on the top surface of the panel 110 and is screwed onto the bolt 108a with a nut 108b.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-40800

However, the fixing structure using the bolts 102 shown in FIGS. 7 and 10 has a problem in that the head of the bolts 102 is exposed on the surface side of the panel 110 and the appearance is inferior. In this regard, in the fixing structure shown in FIG. 11, the head of the bolt 108a is not exposed to the surface side. However, since the panel 110 is fixed to the C-shaped steel 106 via the joint plate 107, the bolt 108a, and the hat-shaped metal fitting 109 sandwiched between the joining surfaces of the panel 110, there are many necessary members, and it takes a lot of work. There is.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its main purpose is to realize a boltless appearance in which a bolt cannot be seen and to improve its appearance and to be fixed by a simple operation. An object of the present invention is to provide a panel fixing structure capable of improving workability.

The panel fixing structure of the present invention has a structure in which a plurality of panels with the back side facing the support member are arranged in the construction direction, and bolts passed through the panel from the front side of these panels are screwed into the support member, thereby supporting the panel to the support member A panel fixing structure that is fastened to and fixed to a panel, and an inner overlapping portion is provided at one end portion of the adjacent panel, and an outer overlapping portion that covers the inner overlapping portion at the other end portion and is superimposed on the surface side of the panel. A sealing material that seals a gap between the one end and the other end is provided at least at one end or the other end of the panel so as to be covered with the outer overlapping portion; A joint plate formed in a tapered surface facing only the back side of the side inserted into the other end portion and the other end portion where the bolt is not screwed into the inside overlapping portion and the inner overlapping portion inserted, before Concluded the inner overlapped portion to the support member through the bolt and the inner overlapped portion to the joint plate, and, together with a state sandwiching the joint plate at the inner overlapped portion, said outer superimposing the head of the bolt It is characterized by covering with a part.

According to the present invention, the panel is fixed to the supporting member by a bolt screwed into the supporting member through the inner overlapping portion at one end, and the bolt is covered by the outer overlapping portion that covers the inner overlapping portion and is externally provided. It becomes invisible. Therefore, a boltless appearance in which the bolt is not visible from the surface side (outside) of the panel is realized. Moreover, since there are few members for fixation and a panel can be fixed by simple work of screwing the volt | bolt which let the inner side overlapping part of the panel pass to the support member, workability | operativity improves.

In the present invention, at least one end portion or the other end portion of the panel is provided with a sealing material that seals the gap between the one end portion and the other end portion so as to be covered with the outer overlapping portion. Have With this configuration, airtightness between the panels is ensured by the sealing material, and the sealing material is covered with the outer overlapping portion and is not exposed to the outside, so that it is possible to maintain an uncomfortable appearance.

In the present invention, a joint plate is inserted into the one end portion and the other end portion of the adjacent panels, and the bolt is inserted into the joint plate . With this configuration, the fixing strength of the panel can be improved.

Further, in the present invention, only the back surface side on the side inserted into the other end portion in the inner overlapping portion of the one end portion of the panel and in the other end portion facing the inner overlapping portion and not screwed in the bolt. When the other end of the next panel is connected to one end of the existing panel , the joint plate is inserted into the other end of the existing panel. It can be smoothly inserted into the part .

In the present invention, the panel includes a wall or a ceiling.

According to the present invention, a bolt-less appearance in which a bolt for fixing to a support member is not visible is realized and the appearance is improved, and the workability is improved by being able to be fixed by a simple operation. There is an effect that a fixed structure is provided.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a state in which a plurality of vertically standing rectangular panels 10 are connected to each other in a lateral direction while being fixed to a trunk edge (support member) 20 with a fixing structure according to an embodiment, and an outer wall is configured. Yes. The trunk edge 20 is made of an angle material similar to that shown in FIG. 6, and is constructed in a state extending in the lateral direction to constitute a building frame. The panel 10 has the back surface 10b side opposed to the body edge 20, and the front surface 10a constitutes the appearance.

The panel 10 is a metal sandwich panel in which a heat insulating material 13 is sandwiched between two metal plates (a metal plate 11 on the front surface 10a side and a metal plate 12 on the back surface 10b side) as shown in FIG. As the metal plates 11 and 12, for example, a molten 55% aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel plate (galvalume steel plate), a zinc-aluminum 6% -magnesium 3% plated steel plate (ZAM: registered trademark), or a color steel plate is used. As the material 13, for example, a resin foam material such as polystyrene is used. The dimensions of the panel 10 are arbitrary. For example, the length in the vertical direction is 1800 to 10000 mm, the width is 900 mm, and the thickness is 40 to 100 mm. The panel 10 having such a configuration has a feature that it has an excellent heat insulating function.

A step portion 14 for reducing the thickness is formed on the surface 10a side of one end portion of the panel 10 (the left end portion in FIGS. 1 and 2), and the thickness portion where the step portion 14 is formed is The inner overlapping portion 15 is formed. The inner overlapping portion 15 is formed by both the metal plates 11 and 12 and the heat insulating material 13. A corner portion 13a on the surface 10a side of the heat insulating material 13 at one end portion is chamfered, and one end portion of the metal plate 11 on the surface 10a side covers the corner portion 13a. Further, the metal plate 12 on the back surface 10b side of the one end portion of the panel 10 is folded at a right angle along the surface of the heat insulating material 13 to the middle of the one end surface 13b.

シール材40は、例えばEPDM(エチレン−プロピレン−ジエンゴム)等の弾性を有する密閉部材が好適に用いられる。 On the surface 10a side of the other end of the panel 10 (the right end in FIGS. 1 and 2), it fits into the step 14 corresponding to the step 14 at one end and the inner overlapping portion 15 An outer overlapping portion 16 is formed so as to cover the surface and overlap the surface 10a side. The outer overlapping portion 16 is formed by projecting and folding the end of the metal plate 11 on the surface 10a side. The other end metal plates 11 and 12 are folded at a right angle along the surface of the heat insulating material 13 to the middle of the other end surface 13c. A sealing material 40 is attached to the inner corner between the inner surface of the outer overlapping portion 16 of the metal plate 11 on the surface 10a side and the end that contacts the other end surface 13c. As the sealing material 40, an elastic sealing member such as EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene rubber) is preferably used. The sealing material 40 is provided over the entire length of the panel 10.

The heat insulating material 13 at one end and the other end of the panel 10 is formed with slits 17 and 18 that open to the respective end surfaces 13b and 13c. The slits 17 and 18 are formed at almost the middle part of the thickness of the panel 10, and one joint plate 50 is inserted into these slits 17 and 18. The joint plate 50 is made of a plate material having a certain degree of rigidity, and is made of, for example, PP (polypropylene), PVC (polyvinyl chloride), or the like.

The joint plate 50 has a substantially uniform thickness at one end of the panel 10, that is, the side inserted into the inner overlapping portion 15 side. On the other hand, the side of the joint plate 50 that is inserted into the other end of the panel 10 is formed with a tapered surface 51 whose thickness is reduced so that the back surface 10b is directed toward the front end and thus toward the front surface 10a of the panel 10. Yes.

According to the panel 10 of this embodiment, an outer wall is comprised as follows.
That is, the panel 10 to be constructed first is arranged with the back surface 10 b facing the body edge 20, and the back surface 10 b side of the inner overlapping portion 15 is aligned with the body edge 20. Further, the joint plate 50 is inserted into the slit 17 at one end. The joint plate 50 may be inserted in the slit 17 in advance. Next, a pilot hole penetrating the inner overlapping portion 15, the joint plate 50 and the trunk edge 20 is formed by a drill from the surface 10 a side of the inner overlapping portion 15. Then, the bolt 30 passed through the rubber packing 32 is passed through the prepared hole from the surface 10 a side of the inner overlapping portion 15, and the bolt 30 is screwed into the trunk edge 20. The diameter of the pilot hole is smaller than that of the bolt 30, and the bolt 30 is screwed into the pilot hole formed in the trunk edge 20. Accordingly, the inner overlapping portion 15 is fastened to the trunk edge 20 with the bolt 30 and the panel 10 is fixed. The rubber packing 32 is pressed against the metal plate 11 by the head portion 31 of the bolt 30, and the hole through which the bolt 30 passes is hermetically sealed by the rubber packing 32.

Next, the other end of the panel 10 to be constructed next is connected to one end of the panel 10 from which the joint plate 50 projects. At that time, the joint plate 50 is inserted into the slit 18 and the outer overlapping portion 16 is fitted to the stepped portion 14. In this operation, since the joint plate 50 is formed with the taper surface 51, there is an advantage that the joint plate 50 can be smoothly inserted into the slit 18 of the panel 10 to be inserted obliquely from the surface 10a side and connected. is there. Then, the inner overlapping portion 15 of the panel 10 thus connected to the existing panel 10 is fixed to the trunk edge 20 in the same manner by the bolt 30.

By repeating the above operation, the plurality of panels 10 are sequentially fixed to the trunk edge 20, and an outer wall as shown in FIG. 3 is constructed.

As shown in FIG. 2, the fixing structure of the panel 10 of the present embodiment is such that the inner overlapping portion 15 through which the bolt 30 is passed is covered by the outer overlapping portion 16 of the adjacent panel 10. 31 is covered by the outer overlapping portion 16. The surface of the outer overlapping portion 16 is flush with the surface of the metal plate 11. Moreover, the sealing material 40 is pinched | interposed between the panels 10, and seals the clearance gap between one end part and the other end part in the state pressed elastically toward the corner | angular part 13a. This sealing material 40 is also covered with the outer overlapping portion 16.

According to the fixing structure of the present embodiment, the panel 10 is fixed to the trunk edge 20 by the bolt 30 screwed into the trunk edge 20 through the inner overlapping portion 15 at one end, and the head portion 31 of the bolt 30 is arranged on the inner side. It is covered with the outer overlapping portion 16 that covers the overlapping portion 15 and is not visible to the outside. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, a boltless appearance in which the bolts 30 cannot be seen from the surface side (outside) of the panel 10 is realized, and only the surface of the panel 10 is visible on the obtained outer wall.

Moreover, airtightness is ensured by the sealing material 40 that seals the gap between the panels 10. Since this sealing material 40 is also covered with the outer overlapping portion 16 and is not exposed to the outside, the appearance without a sense of incongruity is maintained. Further, since the joint plate 50 is inserted over one end and the other end of the panel 10 and the bolt 30 is inserted through the joint plate 50, the fixing strength of the panel 10 with respect to the trunk edge 20, and the panel 10 Its strength is improved. As a result, the number of trunk edges 20 can be reduced, and the cost can be reduced. Further, the number of fixing members such as the hat-shaped metal fitting 109 shown in FIG. 11 is small, and the panel can be fixed by a simple operation such as screwing a bolt passed through the inner overlapping portion of the panel into the support member. Therefore, workability is improved.

4 and 5 show an example in which the ceiling is configured by the panel 10 using the fixing structure of the embodiment. In this case, the plurality of panels 10 are fixedly connected to a C-shaped steel (supporting member) 60 provided horizontally below the roof instead of the body rim 20 with the same structure as that of the above-described embodiment. Is configured. For example, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the C-shaped steel 60 is provided by being horizontally suspended from a steel beam on a roof by a suspension bolt.

The panel 10 is fixed to the C-shaped steel 20 with a bolt 30 screwed into the C-shaped steel 60 through the inner overlapping portion 15 at one end, and the head 31 of the bolt 30 is an outer overlapping portion 16 that covers the inner overlapping portion 15. It is covered and invisible from below. Accordingly, a boltless appearance in which the bolts 30 cannot be seen from the surface side (lower side) of the panel 10 is realized, and only the surface of the panel 10 can be seen from the obtained ceiling.

In addition, although the said embodiment applies this invention to the panel which comprises an outer wall and a ceiling, it cannot be overemphasized that this invention is applicable also to various panels, such as for inner walls and for partitions.
