以下、実施例により本発明の第1実施形態をさらに具体的に説明するが、本発明はこれらのみに限定されるものではない。

Claims (7)
- 樹脂からなる樹脂多孔質基体層と、
前記樹脂多孔質基体層の片面または両面に積層され、多数の無機粒子およびバインダを含む耐熱絶縁層と、
前記樹脂多孔質基体層および前記耐熱絶縁層からなる積層体の積層方向に沿う側面のうち少なくとも1つの側面において、前記無機粒子の少なくとも一部分が前記樹脂に覆われてなる被覆部と、を有し、
前記被覆部は、前記樹脂多孔質基体層の前記樹脂を構成する分子が配向する配向方向に交差する方向に沿う辺を含む側面において形成される耐熱絶縁層付セパレータ。 - 前記被覆部は、対向する2つの側面のみにおいて形成される請求項1に記載の耐熱絶縁層付セパレータ。
- 樹脂からなる樹脂多孔質基体層の片面または両面に、多数の無機粒子およびバインダを含む耐熱絶縁層が積層されてなる積層体の、積層方向に沿う側面のうち、少なくとも1つの側面に熱処理を施すことによって、前記樹脂が前記無機粒子の少なくとも一部分を覆う被覆部を形成する耐熱絶縁層付セパレータの製造方法であって、
前記側面のうち、前記樹脂多孔質基体層の前記樹脂を構成する分子が配向する配向方向に交差する方向に沿う辺を含む側面に前記熱処理を施すことによって、前記配向方向に交差する方向に沿う辺を含む前記側面に前記被覆部を形成する耐熱絶縁層付セパレータの製造方法。 - 前記側面のうち、対向する2つの側面のみに前記熱処理を施すことによって、2つの前記側面のみに前記被覆部を形成する請求項3に記載の耐熱絶縁層付セパレータの製造方法。
- 熱刃によって、帯状に形成された前記積層体を切断するとともに、前記熱処理を行う請求項3または4に記載の耐熱絶縁層付セパレータの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂多孔質基体層の片面に、前記耐熱絶縁層を積層する場合において、
前記積層体を切断する際に、前記樹脂多孔質基体層から前記耐熱絶縁層に向かって切断する請求項5に記載の耐熱絶縁層付セパレータの製造方法。 - 前記樹脂多孔質基体層の片面に、前記耐熱絶縁層を積層する場合において、
前記熱処理の温度Tは、
前記樹脂多孔質基体層の融点≦T≦前記樹脂多孔質基体層の融点+100℃
である請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載の耐熱絶縁層付セパレータの製造方法。
