本実施例は、バクテリア合成ナノセルロースでなるマットを用いた、乾燥セルロース試料の本発明に従った生成手順とその再膨潤性を示す。
本実施例は、防腐剤又は防腐剤及び界面活性剤の組み合わせのいずれかを添加されたバクテリア合成ナノセルロースでなるマットを用いた、本発明に従った乾燥したセルロース試料の生成手順と再膨潤性を示す。
本実施例は本発明に従って処理されたバクテリア合成ナノセルロースのマットの圧縮強度がどのように変化するかを示す。マットは、水分結着剤としてグルコースを用いて実施例1に記載の方法によって処理され、乾燥され、再膨潤され、そして、陰性対照として用いられる未処理の湿潤標準マットと同じ条件で比較して評価された。これらの試料の圧縮強度の測定は、DIN EN ISO 604:2002に基づいて行われた。

Claims (9)
- バクテリア合成ナノセルロース(BNC)マットが、浸透活性及び/又は吸湿性を有する物質を5%の濃度〜飽和濃度で含む水分結着剤溶液に暴露された後、乾燥される、乾燥BNCマットの生成方法であって、前記水分結着剤溶液として、浸透活性及び/又は吸湿性を有する物質である単糖類、塩化マグネシウム、ポリエチレンオキシド、これらの物質からなる群内の物質の2種以上の組み合わせ、又は前記群内の1つ以上の物質と、1つ以上の界面活性剤及び/又は1つ以上の防腐剤との組み合わせを含む溶液を使用することを特徴とする乾燥BNCマットの生成方法。
- 前記溶液は、5〜20%の濃度で前記群内の物質を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乾燥BNCマットの生成方法。
- 前記界面活性剤及び/又は前記防腐剤が0.01%〜飽和濃度で用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乾燥BNCマットの生成方法。
- 前記界面活性剤及び/又は前記防腐剤が0.01〜10%の濃度で用いられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の乾燥BNCマットの生成方法。
- 前記水分結着剤溶液を用いて処理された前記BNCマットが空気乾燥されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乾燥BNCマットの生成方法。
- 前記水分結着剤溶液を用いて処理された前記BNCマットが真空乾燥されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乾燥BNCマットの生成方法。
- 前記水分結着剤溶液に暴露されるために、前記BNCマットが前記溶液に浸漬されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乾燥BNCマットの生成方法。
- 前記水分結着剤溶液に暴露されるために、前記BNCマットに、前記溶液がスプレーされ、滴下され、ブラッシングされ又はキャストされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乾燥BNCマットの生成方法。
- 前記水分結着剤溶液に暴露されるために、前記水分結着剤溶液が、BNC培養工程においても追加して既に加えられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乾燥BNCマットの生成方法。
