Description
Claims (16)
- 1つ以上の較正用溶液を使用して、クレアチニンの濃度を測定するための測定装置を較正する方法であって、
前記1つ以上の較正用溶液のクレアチンCr及び/又はクレアチニンCrnの初期時間における濃度値を受け取ること、
終了時間において前記測定装置の出力値を受け取ること、
温度モデルを使用して、終了時間における前記較正用溶液中のCr及び/又はCrnの濃度を計算することであって、前記温度モデルが前記初期時間から前記終了時間までの前記較正用溶液の温度の推定値を示し、かつ可変パラメータを含むこと、並びに
前記測定装置の前記出力値と前記Cr及び/又はCrnの計算濃度との間の関係を決定すること、を含む、方法。 - 前記測定装置が、前記較正用溶液のうちの1つ以上中のクレアチンを測定するためのセンサーを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記測定装置が、前記較正用溶液のうちの1つ以上中のクレアチニンを測定するためのセンサーを含む、請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記測定装置が、前記較正用溶液のうちの1つ以上中のクレアチン及びクレアチニンを測定するためのセンサーを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記測定装置が電流測定装置である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記可変パラメータを計算することにより前記温度モデルを決定することを更に含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法であって、前記計算することが、速度式、前記温度モデル、及び前記測定装置からの出力値を含む解析表式の解を求めることを含む、方法。
- 前記解析表式が、前記温度モデルに対する前記速度式の積分から導出され、前記速度式中の速度定数がアレーニウスの式から導出される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記温度モデルが、前記初期時間から前記終了時間までの平均温度を含み、前記可変パラメータが平均温度である、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記温度モデルが、前記初期時間における温度、及び中間時間における異なる温度を含み、前記可変パラメータが前記中間時間である、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記測定装置の出力値と前記Cr及びCrnの計算濃度との間の関係を決定することが、前記測定装置のセンサー感度を計算することを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記測定装置の前記計算された検出感度及び測定装置の出力値に基づいて、試料中のCr及び/又はCrnの濃度を測定することを更に含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記終了時間が、前記初期時間の14日後より後である、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 電子デバイスの1つ以上のプロセッサによって実行されたときに、前記電子デバイスを請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載されている方法に従って作動させる命令を含む、コンピュータにより読み取り可能な媒体。
- 電子デバイスであって、
1つ以上のプロセッサと、
前記プロセッサのうちの1つ以上によって実行されたときに、前記電子デバイスを請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載されている方法に従って作動させる命令(instruction)を含む、メモリーと、を含む電子デバイス。 - 1つ以上の較正用溶液を含むパッケージであって、請求項1〜12のいずれかの方法により使用するための、又は、請求項14に記載の電子デバイスにより使用するための、命令を含み、
前記命令が、前記1つ以上の較正用溶液を、請求項1〜12のいずれかの方法、又は、請求項14に記載の電子デバイスにおいて、どのように使用するかを指示するものである、
パッケージ。 - 前記初期時間、及び前記初期時間における前記1つ以上の較正用溶液のCr及びCrnの濃度の表示を更に含む、請求項15に記載のパッケージ。
