Claims (7)
- 電圧入力部(12)と負荷出力部(14)との間に接続された半導体スイッチ(8)を備える電子回路遮断器(2)の動作方法であって、前記半導体スイッチ(8)は、容量性負荷(6)がオンされる時、及び/又は、接続される時に、前記負荷出力部(14)において測定された出力電圧(Va)に応じて駆動される方法において、
前記出力電圧(Va)を、格納されている電圧閾値(Vs)と比較し、
前記電圧閾値(Vs)以下の場合には、前記半導体スイッチ(8)から導かれる負荷電流(IL)が制限される電流制限値(Ig)を、公称値(IN)から、これよりも高い第1の段階値(Is1)に設定し、
前記電流制限値(Ig)を、前記第1の段階値(Is1)から段階的に元の公称値(IN)まで低減させ、
前記電流制限値(Ig)を段階的に低減させた後のトリップ期間(Ta)中に、前記出力電圧(Va)が前記電圧閾値(Vs)に達しない場合に、前記半導体スイッチ(8)を開放する、方法。 - 段階的に低減させる際の前記電流制限値(Ig)が設定される、少なくとも1つの第2の段階値(Is2,Is3,Is4)が、前記第1の段階値(Is1)と前記公称値(IN)との間に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記電流制限値(Ig)は、各段階期間(Ts1,Ts2,Ts3,Ts4)の後に、後続の値(Is2,Is3,Is4,IN)に低減されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 個々の段階値(Is1,Is2,Is3,Is4)の同じ長さの段階期間(Ts1,Ts2,Ts3,Ts4)を特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 個々の前記段階期間(Ts1,Ts2,Ts3,Ts4)の合計に等しいトリップ期間(Ta)を特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載の方法。
- 前記電流制限値(Ig)を、前記公称値(IN)の多数倍、特に3倍に等しい第1の段階値(Is1)に上昇させることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 電圧入力部(12)と負荷出力部(14)との間に接続され、制御側においてコントローラ(26)に繋がっている半導体スイッチ(8)を備え、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行するように構成及び配置された、電子回路遮断器(2)。
