前記幾何学形状充填材要素は、前記幾何学形状充填材要素の上に積層される前記積層プライアセンブリの第2の部分を変形させ、それによって、前記積層プライアセンブリの前記第2の部分の前記ラミネート角部充填材プライは方向を変化させ、水平方向および垂直方向を含む方向の成分を有し、前記ラミネート複合角部充填材は、前記複合構造体の角部充填材領域に実質的に対応する形状を有する、ラミネート複合角部充填材。 - 前記ラミネート複合角部充填材は前記積層プライアセンブリの上部上に位置付けられている先端要素をさらに備え、前記先端要素は、複数の一方向繊維、一方向繊維テープ、プリプレグ一方向テープ、一方向複合短繊維、スリット一方向テープ、炭素繊維強化プラスチック(CFRP)テープ、炭素繊維強化プラスチック(CFRP)ファブリック、プリプレグファブリック、炭素繊維織物を含む織物、短繊維、またはそれらの組合せを含む、請求項1に記載のラミネート複合角部充填材。
- 前記ラミネート複合角部充填材は、各々が前記積層プライアセンブリの1つまたは複数の追加の部分上の所望の位置に位置決めされている1つまたは複数の追加の幾何学形状充填材要素をさらに備え、前記1つまたは複数の追加の幾何学形状充填材要素の各々は、それぞれの前記1つまたは複数の幾何学形状充填材要素の上に積層されている前記積層プライアセンブリの1つまたは複数のそれぞれの追加の部分をさらに変形させる、請求項1または2に記載のラミネート複合角部充填材。
- 前記幾何学形状充填材要素は、複数の一方向繊維、一方向繊維テープ、プリプレグ一方向テープ、一方向複合短繊維、スリット一方向テープ、炭素繊維強化プラスチック(CFRP)テープ、炭素繊維強化プラスチック(CFRP)ファブリック、プリプレグファブリック、炭素繊維織物を含む織物、短繊維、またはそれらの組合せを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のラミネート複合角部充填材。
- 前記幾何学形状充填材要素は、零度(0°)のプライ方向を有する引抜成形一方向繊維から構成される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のラミネート複合角部充填材。
- 前記幾何学形状充填材要素は、三角形形状、角形状が湾曲した三角形、矢じり形状、角を落とした形状を有する三角形、1つまたは複数の辺が湾曲した形状を有する三角形、角部充填材の形状、および半円形状の1つを含む幾何学形状を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のラミネート複合角部充填材。
- 前記第2の部分の前記ラミネート角部充填材プライの前記方向を変化させることによって、前記ラミネート複合角部充填材と、前記ラミネート複合角部充填材に隣接する複数のラッププライとの間の熱膨張係数(CTE)の差および層間引張応力が最小限に抑えられる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のラミネート複合角部充填材。
- 前記積層プライアセンブリの前記第1の部分上の前記所望の位置は中央位置である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のラミネート複合角部充填材。
- 複合構造体のためのラミネート複合角部充填材を形成する方法であって、前記方法は、
積層プライアセンブリを形成するために、所望の幅に切断されており所望のプライ方向を有するラミネート角部充填材プライの複数のスタックを組み立てるステップと、
形成装置上に前記積層プライアセンブリの第1の部分を積層するステップと、
前記積層プライアセンブリの前記第1の部分の上の所望の位置で前記ラミネート複合角部充填材内部に幾何学形状充填材要素を位置決めするステップと、
ラミネート複合角部充填材を形成するために、前記幾何学形状充填材要素および前記第1の部分の上に前記積層プライアセンブリの第2の部分を積層するステップであって、前記幾何学形状充填材要素は前記第2の部分を変形させ、それによって、前記第2の部分の前記ラミネート角部充填材プライは方向を変化させ、水平方向および垂直方向を含む方向の成分を有する、積層するステップと、
複合構造体の角部充填材領域内で前記ラミネート複合角部充填材を組み立てるステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記複合構造体の前記角部充填材領域内で前記ラミネート複合角部充填材を組み立てる前記ステップの前に、1つまたは複数の追加の幾何学形状充填材要素を、前記積層プライアセンブリの1つまたは複数の追加の部分の各々の中の所望の位置に位置決めするステップをさらに含み、前記1つまたは複数の追加の幾何学形状充填材要素の各々は、それぞれの前記1つまたは複数の幾何学形状充填材要素の上に積層されている前記積層プライアセンブリの1つまたは複数のそれぞれの追加の部分をさらに変形させる、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記複合構造体の前記角部充填材領域内で前記ラミネート複合角部充填材を組み立てる前記ステップの前に、前記積層プライアセンブリの上部上に先端要素を位置決めするステップをさらに含み、前記先端要素は、複数の一方向繊維、一方向繊維テープ、プリプレグ一方向テープ、一方向複合短繊維、スリット一方向テープ、炭素繊維強化プラスチック(CFRP)テープ、炭素繊維強化プラスチック(CFRP)ファブリック、プリプレグファブリック、炭素繊維織物を含む織物、短繊維、またはそれらの組合せを含む、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 前記複合構造体の前記角部充填材領域内で前記ラミネート複合角部充填材を組み立てる前記ステップの後に、前記ラミネート複合角部充填材を、前記角部充填材領域に隣接して位置決めされている複数のラッププライとともに硬化させるステップをさらに含み、結果として、前記ラミネート複合角部充填材において剥離がなくなるか、または剥離が低減する、請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記幾何学形状充填材要素を前記所望の位置に位置決めする前記ステップの前に、複数の一方向繊維、一方向繊維テープ、プリプレグ一方向テープ、一方向複合短繊維、スリット一方向テープ、炭素繊維強化プラスチック(CFRP)テープ、炭素繊維強化プラスチック(CFRP)ファブリック、プリプレグファブリック、炭素繊維織物を含む織物、短繊維、またはそれらの組合せを含む材料から前記幾何学形状充填材要素を形成し、さらに、三角形形状、角形状が湾曲した三角形、矢じり形状、角を落とした形状を有する三角形、1つまたは複数の辺が湾曲した形状を有する三角形、角部充填材の形状、および半円形状の1つを含む幾何学形状で前記幾何学形状充填材要素を形成するステップをさらに含む、請求項9から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記幾何学形状充填材要素を前記所望の位置に位置決めする前記ステップの前に、前記幾何学形状充填材要素を形成するために引抜成形工程を介して、零度(0°)のプライ方向を有する一方向繊維を引抜成形するステップをさらに含む、請求項9から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
