Description
The present invention relates to a scroll compressor mounted on a cooling device such as an air conditioner or a refrigerator, for example.
In a closed container, a compression mechanism portion for compressing a refrigerant, a drive portion disposed below it to drive the compression mechanism portion, and a lubricating oil (hereinafter simply referred to as "oil") for lubricating the compression mechanism portion High pressure shell type vertical scroll compressors are generally known.
In such a device, the compression mechanism unit includes a fixed scroll having fixed spiral teeth formed on one surface of the fixed base plate, and a swing spiral tooth formed on one surface of the swing base plate. A rocking scroll having a compression chamber opposed to the teeth and having a boss formed on the other surface of the rocking plate, an Oldham mechanism for preventing rotation of the rocking scroll, and these are accommodated. And a frame. In addition, an oil supply hole through which oil passes along with the refrigerant discharged into the closed container is formed in the shaft center, and is slidably fitted in the swing bearing of the boss of the swing scroll at one end of the main shaft The crankshaft is provided with an eccentric shaft portion.
The drive unit includes a motor stator fixed to the sealed container, and a motor rotor rotatably disposed inside the motor stator.
The main shaft of the crankshaft is fixed to the motor rotor of the drive unit. The eccentric shaft portion of the crankshaft gives a swinging motion to the swinging scroll by performing rotational motion integrally with the main shaft portion when the main shaft portion of the crankshaft rotates together with the motor rotor. Therefore, a balancer for offsetting the centrifugal force generated by the swinging motion of the swinging scroll is attached to the main shaft of the crankshaft, and a balancer cover that partially covers the balancer is provided at the lower part of the frame.
In such a thing, the refrigerant to be compressed flows from the suction pipe on the side of the closed container, swirls the space around the balancer cover between the frame and the motor, and from the suction port provided in the frame to the compression chamber It is taken in, compressed, and discharged from the discharge pipe to the outside of the closed container.
As the operating frequency of the scroll compressor increases and the inflow of refrigerant from the suction pipe increases, the flow velocity of the refrigerant swirling in the space around the balancer cover between the frame and the motor increases, and mists present in the sealed container As a result, the amount of oil taken up by the refrigerant increases, and the amount of oil taken into the compression chamber increases, resulting in an increase in oil buildup.
Therefore, an introduction having an outflow hole for discharging the refrigerant flowing in from the suction pipe upward, an outflow hole for discharging the refrigerant flowing in from the suction pipe downward, and an outflow hole for discharging the refrigerant flowing in from the suction pipe to the side A scroll compressor has been proposed in which a chamber is provided to introduce suction refrigerant into the introduction chamber and flow up and down to adjust the flow velocity of the refrigerant around the balancer cover, thereby suppressing the amount of oil taken into the compression chamber. (See, for example, Patent Document 1).
By the way, since a calorific value of a motor coil will become large if a scroll compressor exceeds a high rotation area, for example, 5000 rpm, it is necessary to cool a motor coil effectively. If the suction refrigerant is dispersed at the discharge holes up and down at a constant ratio as in
In addition, when the rotational speed is higher than a certain rotational speed, for example, depending on the operating conditions, in a high rotational speed range exceeding 5000 rpm, the circulating amount of refrigerant sucked into the shell increases, and the refrigerant gas toward the oil reservoir provided at the bottom of the shell Flow rate also increases. As a result, the oil flow by the refrigerant gas flow increases, and the oil wound up is discharged to the outside of the compressor together with the refrigerant gas, which may deplete the oil in the compressor.
Therefore, the refrigerant flowing in from the suction pipe is made to collide with the plate attached to be able to horizontally swing the spring via the hinge, so that the flow direction of the refrigerant is changed according to the rotation speed of the compressor. Things have been proposed. In this case, the operation of the plate is such that the plate opens in the horizontal direction because the collision pressure of the suction refrigerant on the plate increases as the operating frequency of the compressor increases. That is, when the number of revolutions of the compressor increases, the amount of refrigerant flowing into the space around the balancer cover is increased, and the amount of refrigerant flowing downward in the presence of the oil reservoir is reduced. As described above, the amount of oil wound up in the oil reservoir is reduced by reducing the flow rate of the refrigerant in the lower direction during operation in which the number of revolutions of the compressor is increased (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
Thus, in the scroll compressor, the refrigerant flows in from the suction pipe of the closed container, and a portion of the refrigerant swirls the space around the balancer cover between the frame and the motor to enter the compression chamber from the suction port at the bottom of the frame. It is taken in, compressed and discharged from the discharge pipe. Also, part of the refrigerant flowing from the suction pipe into the sealed container flows to the motor at the lower part of the sealed container due to collision with the lower part of the frame or balancer cover, cools the motor, and is taken into the compression chamber from the suction port at the lower part of the frame. Compressed and discharged from the discharge pipe.
Then, in the scroll compressor of
Also, with the compressor of
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a highly reliable scroll compressor capable of reducing oil buildup from the space around the balancer cover at the time of high frequency operation. It is the purpose of 1.
The second object of the present invention is to make it possible to suppress the amount of heat generated by the motor during operation in a high frequency range.
Scroll compressor according to the present invention forms a closed container, a suction pipe for flowing a fluid into the sealed container, and the orbit scroll having a swinging spiral teeth, the compression chamber together with the oscillating spiral tooth of the orbiting scroll fixed a fixed scroll having a spiral tooth, and a frame supporting the orbiting scroll, a compression mechanism for compressing a fluid flowing into the closed container through the suction pipe, disposed inside the sealed container and the compression mechanism a driving unit for driving the parts, disposed opposite to the fluid inlet of the sealed container, is fixed to the frame, the leaf spring having a first fixed portion and the movable portion is secured to the frame, the second fixed Has a spring support and has a leaf spring presser that regulates the maximum deformation of the leaf spring, and changes the flow direction of the fluid in the hermetic container according to the collision pressure of the fluid flowing into the hermetic container And a plate member Than is.
In the scroll compressor according to the present invention, in the high frequency operation region where the amount of fluid inflow from the suction pipe increases, the movable portion of the plate member disposed oppositely to the fluid inlet is arranged as the flow velocity of the suction fluid increases. The applied load increases. Along with that, the movable part is deformed, the collision incident angle to the movable part of the suction fluid becomes large, and the amount of suction fluid to be diverted downward increases. As a result, the fluid flow velocity in the horizontal direction toward the space between the frame and the drive unit is reduced, the increase in oil rise due to fluid rolling up is suppressed, and the sliding portion due to oil exhaustion in the oil reservoir portion at the lower part of the closed container It is possible to prevent seizure and abnormal wear. Further, in the high frequency operation region, the amount of fluid branched downward where the drive unit is disposed is increased, so that the calorific value of the drive unit is suppressed, and the compressor can be operated under a wider range of operating pressure conditions. .
FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view showing an entire configuration of a scroll compressor according to a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view showing the main part of the scroll compressor according to
In FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the
The compression mechanism includes a fixed
More specifically, the fixed
The
The fixed
Further, a
3 and 4 are enlarged perspective views showing a plate spring of a plate member of the scroll compressor according to
In FIG.3 and FIG.4, the leaf |
The
The
When the
As described above, the
FIG. 6 is an enlarged perspective view showing a plate spring presser of a plate member of the scroll compressor according to
In FIG. 6, a
The
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing a state in which a plate spring and a plate spring retainer of a plate member of the scroll compressor according to

Next, the operation of the scroll compressor according to the first embodiment will be described based on FIG. 1 and FIG. In the scroll compressor configured as described above, when the motor is energized, a torque is generated in the
Oil flows from the
Next, the operation of the
9 and 10 are explanatory views showing the operation and action of the plate member at the time of operation of the low rotation range of the scroll compressor according to
When the compressor is operated at a low frequency (low rotation range), the amount of refrigerant flowing from the
On the other hand, when the compressor is operated at a high frequency (high rotation range), the amount of refrigerant flowing from the
As described above, the refrigerant flowing from the
