Description
Claims (6)
- スイッチアセンブリを有するコンピューティングデバイスであって、
前記スイッチアセンブリは、
3次元における複数のデータム面を有するブラケットであり、
前記複数のデータム面は、高さを有する少なくとも2つのデータムの足と、幅および厚さを有するビームと、前記コンピューティングデバイスと前記スイッチアセンブリとの間の衝突領域と、を含み、
前記複数のデータム面は、前記衝突領域を使用してエネルギを吸収することによって、衝突イベントの最中の前記スイッチアセンブリの故障を防ぎ、
前記衝突領域は、前記衝突イベントの最中に生じるであろう移動よりも大きな移動距離を有する、
ブラケットと、
ユーザによって押されるボタンと、
スイッチアクチュエータであり、前記ユーザが前記ボタンを押したときに前記スイッチアクチュエータと接触する前記ボタンの移動量を表すギャップを定めている、スイッチアクチュエータと、
前記スイッチアセンブリの中へ選択的に挿入できるシムであり、前記シムは、前記スイッチアセンブリの前記ギャップに基づく厚さを有している、シムと、
を含む、コンピューティングデバイス。 - 前記シムは、複数のスイッチアセンブリに対する使用のために計算された単一のサイズを有し、
前記サイズは、前記複数のスイッチアセンブリについて前記ギャップの定められた故障限界に基づいて計算されている、
請求項1に記載のコンピューティングデバイス。 - 前記複数のデータム面は、前記衝突イベントの最中に生じる移動量よりも大きい移動量を有する衝突領域を形成する、ように構成されている、
請求項1に記載のコンピューティングデバイス。 - 前記シムは、接着剤なしで設置され、
前記ブラケットは、さらに、前記ギャップのサイズを低減するように、設置された前記シムを位置決めして、保持するためのピンを含み、
前記シムは、前記ピンを介して接着剤なしで、前記ブラケットの中に設置されている、
請求項1に記載のコンピューティングデバイス。 - 前記複数のデータム面により、留め具または接着剤なしで、3次元において、ボタンアクチュエータに関してスイッチのフレキシブルプリント基板(FPC)を正確に位置決めすることができる、
請求項1に記載のコンピューティングデバイス。 - 前記スイッチアセンブリの製造は、最小のギャップ値より小さい値を有する前記ギャップの統計上の発生を低減するように、前記定められた故障限界に基づいて調整される、
請求項2に記載のコンピューティングデバイス。
