Claims (12)
- イオン化された空気を提供するために容器に空気を送るための空気源からの空気をイオン化ユニットによりイオン化し、イオン化された空気により前記容器を洗浄する、容器の空気洗浄システムを組み立てる方法において、
開口を下に向けた前記容器に向けて、該容器内からゴミを除去するのを支援するための、入口と空気ノズルを有する出口とを備え、内部に前記イオン化ユニットを設けたマニホールドを、イオン化された前記空気を前記マニホールドの前記出口の前記空気ノズルから前記容器に向けて下方から噴出するように前記空気源に接続し、前記ゴミを吸い込むために真空システムを設ける工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする、容器の空気洗浄システムを組み立てる方法。 - 前記空気洗浄システム内に負圧を維持するために前記真空システムを用意する工程をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記空気洗浄システムが、前記真空システムからの空気を前記空気源に再循環させるように構成されている、請求項1記載の方法。
- イオン化された空気を提供するために容器に空気を供給するための空気源からの空気をイオン化ユニットによりイオン化し、該イオン化された空気により容器を洗浄する方法において、
入口および複数の出口を備え、前記イオン化ユニットを内部に設けたマニホールドであって、前記出口に複数の上向きの空気ノズルが設けられたマニホールドを、前記空気源に接続する工程、
前記容器の前記開口を下に向けて、前記容器を前記複数の前記空気ノズルの上を通過させる工程、および
前記マニホールドからの前記イオン化された空気を前記マニホールドの前記複数の出口の前記複数の空気ノズルを通じて噴出し、前記容器から除去されたゴミを真空システムで吸い込む工程をさらに含む工程、
を有してなる、方法。 - 前記真空システムが前記マニホールド近くで負圧を維持する、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記真空システムからの空気を前記空気源に再循環させる工程をさらに含む、請求項4記載の方法。
- 空気源、および該空気源から空気を供給される入口と複数の出口を備えるとともに前記空気をイオン化するイオン化ユニットを内部に設けたマニホールドを備え、イオン化された前記空気を前記複数の出口から容器の開口内に噴出して、前記容器を洗浄するように構成された容器洗浄システムにおいて、
前記容器洗浄システムが、前記出口に空気ノズルが設けられ、該空気ノズルが前記開口を下に向けて供給される前記容器の下方において前記容器の前記開口に向けられてなり、前記容器の内部から除去されたゴミを吸い込むための真空システムをさらに含むことを特徴とする、容器洗浄システム。 - 前記真空システムが、前記容器洗浄システムにおいて負圧を維持するように構成されている、請求項7記載の容器洗浄システム。
- 前記真空システムからの空気を前記空気源に再循環させるように構成されている、請求項8記載の容器洗浄システム。
- 前記真空システムは、
前記容器の通路の下部に延在する真空パン、および
吸引入口を有する肘型マニホールドを備えてなる、請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記真空システムは、
前記容器の通路の下部に延在する真空パン、および
吸引入口を有する肘型マニホールドを備えてなる、請求項4記載の方法。 - 前記真空システムは、
前記容器の通路の下部に延在する真空パン、および
