Abstract
11[PROBLEMS] To provide a stretchable structure which is excellent in breathability and flexibility and in which a more well-designed crease is formed. The problem is that at least one of the outer non-woven fabric layer 12S and the inner non-woven fabric layer 12H is a perforated non-woven fabric in which the holes 14 penetrating in the thickness direction are arranged, and bonding the outer non-woven fabric layer 12S and the inner non-woven fabric layer 12H The sheet bonding portions 70 are formed in a stripe pattern spaced apart in the orthogonal direction XD and substantially continuous in the stretching direction ED, and the arrangement of the holes 14 is spaced in the direction orthogonal to the stretching direction ED. The row of holes 14 arranged in a row is repeated at intervals in the expansion / contraction direction ED, and the spacing 14y in the orthogonal direction XD of the holes 14 in the row of holes 14 is the spacing 70y in the orthogonal direction XD of the sheet bonding portion 70. It is solved by a telescopic structure of the disposable wearing article characterized by being narrower. [Selected figure] Figure 11
Description
The present invention relates to a stretchable structure of a disposable wearing article, and a pants-type disposable wearing article having the stretchable structure.
In disposable wearing articles, it is common to provide a stretchable structure to improve the fit of each part. For example, in the disposable diapers of the pants type and the tape type, it is widely practiced to provide an elastic structure in the waist direction in the waist area, or to provide an elastic structure in the direction along the legs around the leg environment. . Furthermore, it is also widely practiced to provide an expansion and contraction structure in the front and back direction called solid gathers and flat gathers over disposable wear articles including sanitary napkins, as well as disposable diapers of the pants type and tape type, as well as solid gathers and flat gathers. See
A representative example of the stretchable structure of such a disposable wearing article is an elongated elastic member provided along the stretch direction and spaced from each other between the overlapping first non-woven fabric layer and the second non-woven fabric layer. To prepare. The first non-woven fabric layer and the second non-woven fabric layer form a planar elastic region, and also serve to cover and conceal the elastic member, and the elastic member contained between the first non-woven fabric layer and the second non-woven fabric layer Play a role in creating power for The elastic member is fixed to the first non-woven fabric layer and the second non-woven fabric layer at least at portions located at both ends of the stretchable region in a state of being stretched in the stretch direction. By this fixing, the elastic member is integrated with the first non-woven fabric layer and the second non-woven fabric layer, and the first non-woven fabric layer and the second non-woven fabric layer are shrunk due to the contraction force of the elastic member to include wrinkles. Not only in the natural length state, but also in the stretched state of the elastic member) is formed, and when it is stretched against the contraction force of the elastic member from this contracted state, the crease is developed. Usually, the first nonwoven layer and the second nonwoven layer are in a developed state free from wrinkles at the elastic extension limit, wrinkled with shrinkage of the elastic member, and wrinkled most closely in the natural length state.
In such an elastic structure, when the first non-woven fabric layer and the second non-woven fabric layer are free from each other, one non-woven fabric layer partially or totally floats with respect to the other non-woven fabric layer to cause unnecessary wrinkles or swelling. The first non-woven fabric layer and the second non-woven fabric layer need to be joined directly or indirectly almost all over, since there is a possibility that this will occur. Further, in order to create stretchability by the elastic member, the elastic member is extended over the entire stretch direction of the stretch region, and at least portions located at both ends of the stretch region in the stretch direction are the first non-woven fabric layer and the second non-woven fabric layer In the natural length state, the first nonwoven layer and the second nonwoven layer need to be shrunk as the elastic member contracts. That is, bonding between the first nonwoven fabric layer and the second nonwoven fabric layer and fixing of the elastic member to the first nonwoven fabric layer and the second nonwoven fabric layer are required.
(特許文献1〜6参照) At present, hot melt adhesives are most often selected as means for securing the elastic member to the first nonwoven layer and the second nonwoven layer. On the other hand, bonding between the first non-woven fabric layer and the second non-woven fabric layer is often performed by welding such as ultrasonic welding in order to reduce the amount of use of the hot-melt adhesive. The form performed by is also strongly used. For example, by joining the first non-woven fabric layer and the second non-woven fabric layer by joining the first non-woven fabric layer and the second non-woven fabric layer via the hot melt adhesive at the passage position of the elastic member, joining the first non-woven fabric layer and the second non-woven fabric layer The first non-woven fabric layer and the second non-woven fabric layer are interposed intermittently in the expansion and contraction direction and through the hot-melt adhesive continuously arranged in the direction orthogonal to the expansion and contraction direction, in addition to the combined use of fixing the elastic member to the non-woven fabric layer. It is known that the first non-woven fabric layer and the second non-woven fabric layer are joined via a hot-melt adhesive substantially continuous in the expansion / contraction direction and intermittently disposed in a direction orthogonal to the expansion / contraction direction. It is done. (Refer to patent documents 1-6)
On the other hand, in order to mainly improve the air permeability, it has been proposed to provide a hole penetrating in the thickness direction in the first nonwoven layer and the second nonwoven layer (see, for example,
Among them, those described in
On the other hand, in the case described in
However, in the cases described in
On the other hand, in the case of
Then, the main subject of this invention is providing the expansion-contraction structure of the disposable wearing article which is excellent in air permeability and pliability, and in which a more detailed wrinkles are formed.

The expansion-contraction structure etc. of the disposable wearing article which solved the said subject are as follows.
<First aspect>
The first nonwoven layer and the second nonwoven layer partially or entirely overlapping each other, and the first nonwoven layer and the second nonwoven layer are spaced apart in the orthogonal direction orthogonal to the expansion direction, along the expansion direction And a plurality of elongated elastic members extending
At least both ends of the elastic member in the elastic direction in the elastic region are fixed to the first nonwoven layer and the second nonwoven layer.
The stretchable region includes a sheet bonding portion in which the first non-woven fabric layer and the second non-woven fabric layer are bonded,
At least one of the first non-woven fabric layer and the second non-woven fabric layer is a perforated non-woven fabric in which holes penetrating in the thickness direction are arranged.
In the telescopic structure of the disposable wearing article,
The sheet bonding portion is formed in a stripe pattern spaced apart in the orthogonal direction and substantially continuous in the expansion and contraction direction,
In the arrangement of the holes, rows of the holes arranged at intervals in the orthogonal direction are arranged at intervals in the expansion and contraction direction,
The orthogonal spacing of the holes in the row of holes is less than the spacing in the orthogonal direction of the sheet joints,
A telescopic structure of a disposable wearing article characterized in that.
(Action effect)
In this stretchable structure, the sheet bonding portion is formed in a stripe pattern which is substantially continuous in the stretch direction at intervals in the orthogonal direction orthogonal to the stretch direction, so that good air permeability and flexibility can be obtained. It can be secured.
In addition, when the sheet bonding portion is formed in a stripe pattern which is spaced in the orthogonal direction and is substantially continuous in the expansion and contraction direction, the first non-woven fabric layer and the second non-woven fabric layer are integrated at each sheet bonding portion. As a result, the ridges are formed in a wavelike manner along each other. And under the influence, the first non-woven fabric layer and the second non-woven fabric substantially follow the shape of the first non-woven fabric layer and the second non-woven fabric layer in the sheet bonding portion also in the region between the adjacent sheet bonding portions. Wrinkles are formed on both the front and back sides of the layers in a wavelike manner along each other.
However, when the sheet bonding portions are intermittently arranged in the orthogonal direction, the first non-woven fabric layer and the second non-woven fabric layer can be freely deformed in the region between the adjacent sheet bonding portions. Further, in the case of the perforated nonwoven fabric in which the holes penetrating in the thickness direction are arranged, the part having the holes is weak and easily bent in a state where it can be deformed alone. For this reason, at least one of the first non-woven fabric layer and the second non-woven fabric layer is a non-porous non-woven fabric, and when there is a hole in one region across the sheet bonding portion, there is no hole in the other region, While the creases in which the holes are broken are formed in the region of (i), the wrinkles of not aligned (not continuous in the orthogonal direction) are formed in the other region. That is, the ridges branch and the valleys become partially wide, and it is difficult to form a ridge that is well-formed as a whole.
On the other hand, the arrangement of the holes in the present embodiment is such that the rows of holes spaced apart in the orthogonal direction are spaced apart in the expansion and contraction direction, and the distance in the orthogonal direction of the holes in the row of holes However, if the space between the sheet joints is smaller than the distance between the sheet joints in the orthogonal direction, the holes exist in all the regions between the adjacent sheet joints, and the holes form a row in the direction orthogonal to the expansion and contraction direction. Over the entire area delimited by the joint, a series of creases that make the hole fold is likely to be formed. That is, it becomes difficult for the ridges to branch and the valleys to be partially wide, and as a whole, it becomes easy to form a clean ridge extending along the row of holes.
In addition, that the sheet | seat junction part "it is substantially continuous in the expansion-contraction direction" is the direction (per 1mm non-woven fabric and the 1st nonwoven fabric layer and the expansion | deployment state) at least. It means that it is continuous (continuously continuous) when viewed from the direction parallel to the second nonwoven fabric layer and orthogonal to the elastic stretch member, and in that range, the sheet bonding portion is continuous in the stretch direction (first nonwoven fabric layer) And the second non-woven fabric layer is continuously joined in the expansion and contraction direction), but the sheet bonding portion is intermittently disposed in the expansion and contraction direction (the first non-woven fabric layer and the second non-woven fabric layer are intermittent in the expansion and contraction direction It is the meaning also including the form which is joined.
<Second aspect>
The orthogonal spacing of the holes in the row of holes is at least 1/6 and less than 1⁄2 of the spacing in the orthogonal direction of the sheet bonding portion.
The expansion-contraction structure of the disposable wearing article of a 1st aspect.
(Action effect)
In the case of this embodiment, since there are two or more holes in all the regions between the adjacent sheet joints, a series of creases that make the holes become easier to be formed. Therefore, it becomes easy to form an even more elaborate wrinkle.
<Third aspect>
The sheet bonding portion is formed of a hot melt adhesive disposed at a portion overlapping with the elastic member.
The expansion-contraction structure of the disposable wearing article of a 1st or 2 aspect.
(Action effect)
Such a sheet bonding portion can be manufactured by sandwiching an elastic member coated with a hot melt adhesive with the first nonwoven layer and the second nonwoven layer, and is widely used in the field of disposable wearing articles There is. However, in the structure of the sheet bonding portion, the first non-woven fabric layer and the second non-woven fabric layer contract with the elastic member at the sheet bonding portion, and the fiber structure becomes dense. Therefore, in principle, the crease is likely to be divided at the sheet bonding portion. On the other hand, if the arrangement of the holes and the arrangement relationship between the holes and the sheet bonding portion described above are adopted, the influence of the holes becomes dominant with respect to the formation of the wrinkles. Regardless, as a whole, it is likely that a well-defined weir extending along the row of holes will be formed.
<Fourth aspect>
The diameter of the holes in the perforated non-woven fabric decreases from the opposite side to the opposite non-woven fabric layer side toward the opposite non-woven fabric layer side,
The telescopic structure of the disposable wearing article according to any one of the first to third aspects.
(Action effect)
As in the present embodiment, when the diameter of the hole decreases from the opposite side to the opposite side of the non-woven fabric layer toward the opposite non-woven fabric layer side, the surface opposite to the opposite non-woven layer becomes valley fold. It is easy to break. Therefore, the brow is more beautifully arranged. Moreover, in the crucible formed of the stretchable structure of the present embodiment, the row of holes comes to be located at the bottom between the crucible and the cage, and the hole is hidden between the cage and the cage when natural length is used The hole is exposed in the state of being elongated. It is a matter of course that the change in appearance is intended to improve the breathability by this change, and it is also advantageous in that it is easy to appeal to the user that the product is a good breathable product.
The diameter of the hole means the dimension in a direction passing through the center of gravity of the hole and orthogonal to the expansion and contraction direction (therefore, it becomes a diameter in the case of a circle and a major diameter in the case of an ellipse).
<Fifth aspect>
The hole has a dimension of 0.3 to 3.0 mm in the expansion / contraction direction and a dimension of 0.3 to 5.0 mm in the orthogonal direction,
The spacing of the holes in the row in the orthogonal direction is 1.0 to 5.0 mm,
The interval in the expansion and contraction direction of the row is 2.5 to 10.0 mm,
The space | interval of the said sheet | seat junction part in the said orthogonal direction is 5-10 mm,
The size of the said sheet | seat junction part in the said orthogonal direction is 0.5-5.0 mm. The expansion-contraction structure of the disposable wearing article of any one of the 1-4 aspects.
(Action effect)
Although arrangement | positioning of a hole and a sheet | seat junction part can be suitably determined, it is preferable to exist in the range of this aspect.
<Sixth aspect>
The arrangement of the holes in the perforated non-woven fabric is a matrix in which a row of holes linearly arranged at predetermined intervals in the orthogonal direction is repeated at predetermined intervals in the expansion and contraction direction.
The telescopic structure of the disposable wearing article according to any one of the first to fifth aspects.
(Action effect)
In the case of a matrix-like array as in this embodiment, the perforated non-woven fabric is particularly likely to have wrinkles neatly arranged.
<Seventh aspect>
Of the first nonwoven layer and the second nonwoven layer, the nonwoven layer on the skin side of the wearer is a non-porous nonwoven, and the opposite nonwoven layer is the perforated nonwoven.
The telescopic structure of the disposable wearing article according to any one of the first to sixth aspects.
(Action effect)
By making the non-woven fabric layer on the skin side non-porous non-woven fabric, the influence of the pores on the touch can be eliminated. In addition, since only one of the first non-woven fabric layer and the second non-woven fabric layer has a hole, the skin is not exposed at the time of wearing, and leakage through the hole can be prevented. In particular, when the perforated nonwoven fabric is the fourth aspect, wrinkles formed in the non-woven fabric layer on the skin side become thin wrinkles, and wrinkles formed in the non-woven fabric layer on the opposite side become thick wrinkles that bend gently. Therefore, the contact area between the non-woven fabric layer on the skin side and the skin is small, and the space between the eyebrows and the eyebrows is large, so that the air permeability is particularly excellent. The wrinkles on the opposite side are less likely to cause deformation that impairs the appearance such as falling down, and are excellent in shape stability.
Eighth Aspect
Both the first non-woven fabric layer and the second non-woven fabric layer are the non-porous non-woven fabric, and the holes of one non-porous non-woven fabric do not overlap the holes of the other non-porous non-woven fabric.
The telescopic structure of the disposable wearing article according to any one of the first to seventh aspects.
(Action effect)
In the present embodiment, higher air permeability can be obtained by making both non-woven fabric layers into a non-porous non-woven fabric. Further, since the holes of the one non-woven nonwoven fabric do not overlap with the holes of the other non-porous non-woven fabric, the skin is not exposed at the time of wearing, and leakage through the holes can be prevented.

A side seal portion in which both sides of the exterior body in the front body and both sides of the exterior body in the back body are respectively joined, a waist opening, and a pair of left and right leg openings,

According to the present invention, it is possible to ensure good breathability and flexibility, and to provide advantages such as formation of a more well-designed crease.
Hereinafter, an example of a pants-type disposable diaper will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. The dotted portions in the cross-sectional view show an adhesive as bonding means for bonding the components located on the front side and the back side. The hot melt adhesive can be formed by a known method such as slot coating, continuous linear or dotted bead coating, spiral or Z-like spray coating, or pattern coating (transfer of hot melt adhesive by letterpress method). It can be applied. Alternatively or additionally, the hot melt adhesive can be applied to the outer peripheral surface of the elastic member at the fixing portion of the elastic member to fix the elastic member to the adjacent member. As the hot melt adhesive, for example, those of EVA type, adhesive rubber type (elastomer type), olefin type, polyester / polyamide type, etc. exist, but they can be used without particular limitation. As a joining means for joining the respective constituent members, means by material welding such as heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing can be used.

The material of the superabsorbent polymer particles can be used without particular limitation, but those having a water absorption of 40 g / g or more are preferable. Examples of the superabsorbent polymer particles include starch-based, cellulose-based and synthetic polymer-based particles, such as starch-acrylic acid (salt) graft copolymer, saponified starch-acrylonitrile copolymer, and crosslinked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. A thing, an acrylic acid (salt) polymer, etc. can be used. The shape of the superabsorbent polymer particles is preferably in the form of commonly used powdery particles, but other shapes may also be used.

突出高さ14h,14i,14j(光学顕微鏡を用いて測定される圧力を加えない状態での見かけの高さ)は0.2〜1.2mm程度であることが好ましい。

The fineness, the basis weight and the thickness of the constituent fibers of the non-woven fabric can be determined as appropriate, but in the normal case, they are respectively about 1.8 to 6.0 dtex, about 15 to 25 g / m 2, about 0.1 to 1.3 mm It is preferable that Further, the bending resistance in the MD direction (width direction) of the perforated non-woven fabric is preferably 35 to 100 mm, particularly 40 to 70 mm in a non-perforated state before perforation processing, and 10 to 50 mm in a post-perforation processing state In particular, the thickness is preferably 15 to 40 mm.

(Joint structure of outer non-woven fabric layer and inner non-woven fabric layer)
As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the stretchable area A2 includes a
However, when the
On the other hand, in the illustrated example, the arrangement of the
The spacing 14 y in the orthogonal direction XD of the
The
As shown in FIG. 17 instead of (or together with) disposing the hot melt adhesive 19H in the portion overlapping the
The
Although the cross-sectional structure of the
In particular, when the inner

-"MD direction" and "CD direction" mean the flow direction (MD direction) and the transverse direction (CD direction) orthogonal to this in the manufacturing equipment, one of which is the front-back direction, the other Is the width direction. The MD direction of the non-woven fabric is the direction of fiber orientation of the non-woven fabric. The fiber orientation is the direction along which the fibers of the non-woven fabric are aligned. For example, the measurement method according to the fiber orientation test method based on the zero distance tensile strength of TAPPI standard method T481, and the tensile strength ratio in the front and back direction and width direction It can be determined by a simple measurement method of determining the orientation direction.
