Description
本発明の他の態様は、穴を有する拘束部材と、前記拘束部材の前記穴に通される軸と、相対回転する前記軸に摩擦によるトルクを発生させるように前記軸に締まり嵌め状態で係合し、前記拘束部材の前記穴に嵌められる摩擦部材と、前記摩擦部材と前記拘束部材との間に介在し、前記拘束部材に前記摩擦部材を回転不可能に固定するための固定用軸と、を備え、前記拘束部材の前記穴の内面は、互いに対して傾斜する一対の傾斜内面を有し、前記固定用軸が前記摩擦部材を前記拘束部材の前記一対の傾斜内面に押し付けるトルクヒンジである。
本発明のさらに他の態様は、拘束部材の穴に摩擦部材を嵌める工程と、前記拘束部材に前記摩擦部材を回転不可能に固定するために前記摩擦部材と前記拘束部材との間に固定用軸を挿入する工程と、相対回転する軸に摩擦によるトルクを発生させるように前記摩擦部材に締まり嵌め状態で前記軸を通す工程と、を備え、前記拘束部材の前記穴の内面は、互いに対して傾斜する一対の傾斜内面を有し、前記固定用軸が前記摩擦部材を前記拘束部材の前記一対の傾斜内面に押し付けるトルクヒンジの製造方法である。

Claims (6)
- 穴を有する拘束部材と、
前記拘束部材の前記穴に通される軸と、
相対回転する前記軸に摩擦によるトルクを発生させるように前記軸に締まり嵌め状態で係合し、前記拘束部材の前記穴に嵌められる摩擦部材と、
前記摩擦部材と前記拘束部材との間に介在し、前記拘束部材に前記摩擦部材を回転不可能に固定するための固定用軸と、を備え、
前記摩擦部材は、前記軸が貫通する軸開口部を画定する囲み部と、前記囲み部に一体に形成される楔状の回り止め部と、を有し、
前記固定用軸が前記楔状の回り止め部を前記拘束部材の前記穴の内面に押し付けるトルクヒンジ。 - 穴を有する拘束部材と、
前記拘束部材の前記穴に通される軸と、
相対回転する前記軸に摩擦によるトルクを発生させるように前記軸に締まり嵌め状態で係合し、前記拘束部材の前記穴に嵌められる摩擦部材と、
前記摩擦部材と前記拘束部材との間に介在し、前記拘束部材に前記摩擦部材を回転不可能に固定するための固定用軸と、を備え、
前記拘束部材の前記穴の内面は、互いに対して傾斜する一対の傾斜内面を有し、
前記固定用軸が前記摩擦部材を前記拘束部材の前記一対の傾斜内面に押し付けるトルクヒンジ。 - 前記拘束部材の前記穴の内面は、互いに対して傾斜する一対の傾斜内面を有し、
前記固定用軸が前記楔状の回り止め部を前記拘束部材の前記一対の傾斜内面に押し付け、
前記固定用軸が前記拘束部材の前記一対の傾斜内面に繋がる底面と前記摩擦部材の前記回り止め部との間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトルクヒンジ。 - 前記摩擦部材は、打抜き加工された摩擦プレートであり、
2枚以上の前記摩擦プレートが積層され、
軸方向視において、仮想中心線に関して左右対称の前記摩擦プレートには、前記固定用軸に係合する切欠きが前記摩擦プレートの前記仮想中心線からずれた位置に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のトルクヒンジ。 - 拘束部材の穴に摩擦部材を嵌める工程と、
前記拘束部材に前記摩擦部材を回転不可能に固定するために前記摩擦部材と前記拘束部材との間に固定用軸を挿入する工程と、
相対回転する軸に摩擦によるトルクを発生させるように前記摩擦部材に締まり嵌め状態で前記軸を通す工程と、を備え、
前記摩擦部材は、前記軸が貫通する軸開口部を画定する囲み部と、前記囲み部に一体に形成される楔状の回り止め部と、を有し、
前記固定用軸が前記楔状の回り止め部を前記拘束部材の前記穴の内面に押し付けるトルクヒンジの製造方法。 - 拘束部材の穴に摩擦部材を嵌める工程と、
前記拘束部材に前記摩擦部材を回転不可能に固定するために前記摩擦部材と前記拘束部材との間に固定用軸を挿入する工程と、
相対回転する軸に摩擦によるトルクを発生させるように前記摩擦部材に締まり嵌め状態で前記軸を通す工程と、を備え、
前記拘束部材の前記穴の内面は、互いに対して傾斜する一対の傾斜内面を有し、
前記固定用軸が前記摩擦部材を前記拘束部材の前記一対の傾斜内面に押し付けるトルクヒンジの製造方法。
