Claims (10)
- 生物構造から取得した脂肪組織から再生可能なおよび/または成体の幹細胞を分離する装置(10)において、
−脂肪組織と再生可能なおよび/または成体の幹細胞とを含む物質混合物を保持する容器(20)であって、少なくとも1つの膜(80、70)により相互に分離された少なくとも2つのチャンバ(30、40、50、60)を備えた容器(20)と、
−前記容器(20)内に前記物質混合物を導入するように設計された物質混合物供給設備(90)と、
−前記容器(20)内に液体を導入するように設計された少なくとも1つのリンス剤供給設備(100)と、
−分離された幹細胞を前記容器(20)から取り出すように設計され、かつ前記少なくとも1つの膜(80、70)により前記物質混合物供給設備(90)から分離された少なくとも1つの幹細胞取り出し設備(110)と、
−前記容器(20)から再生可能なおよび/または成体の幹細胞の減少した物質混合物を取り出すように設計された少なくとも1つのリンス剤取り出し設備(120)と、
−前記物質混合物の1つの特異的部分のみに対してそれぞれ透過性である少なくとも1つの特異的透過性膜(80、70)とを備え、
前記容器(20)の第1のチャンバ(30)は、前記物質混合物と、前記リンス剤供給設備によって導入されて前記物質混合物と混合された前記液体とを分離する手段(130)を備える装置。 - 請求項1に記載の、生物構造から取得した脂肪組織から再生可能なおよび/または成体の幹細胞を分離する装置(10)において、
前記物質混合物を分離する前記手段(130)は、前記第1のチャンバ(30)に対する圧力均等化接続(150)を有する管(140)と、前記管(140)内に配置され、低圧源に接続されている吸引要素(160)とを備える装置。 - 請求項1に記載の、生物構造から取得した脂肪組織から再生可能なおよび/または成体の幹細胞を分離する装置(10)において、
前記少なくとも2つのチャンバのうちの少なくとも1つのチャンバ(30、40、50、60)が、温度調節手段(180)を備える装置。 - 請求項3に記載の、生物構造から取得した脂肪組織から再生可能なおよび/または成体の幹細胞を分離する装置(10)において、
前記温度調節手段(180)は、前記チャンバ(30、40、50、60)の外に配置された加熱スリーブ(200)または前記チャンバ(30、40、50、60)内に配置された加熱要素(190)と、少なくとも1つの温度センサ(210)とを備える装置。 - 請求項1に記載の、生物構造から取得した脂肪組織から再生可能なおよび/または成体の幹細胞を分離する装置(10)において、
前記物質混合物およびリンス剤内に少なくとも部分的な乱流および/または層流を発生する手段(240)が、前記幹細胞取り出し設備(110)にもっとも近い位置の膜(230)の領域内に設けられている装置。 - 請求項5に記載の、生物構造から取得した脂肪組織から再生可能なおよび/または成体の幹細胞を分離する装置(10)において、
前記少なくとも部分的な乱流および/または層流を発生する手段(240)は、撹拌要素または液体ジェットを発生するノズルを備える装置。 - 請求項5に記載の、生物構造から取得した脂肪組織から再生可能なおよび/または成体の幹細胞を分離する装置(10)において、
前記少なくとも部分的な乱流および/または層流(240)を発生する手段は、遠隔給電型の電気機械式撹拌要素(250)を備える装置。 - 請求項1に記載の、生物構造から取得した脂肪組織から再生可能なおよび/または成体の幹細胞を分離する装置(10)において、
前記リンス剤取り出し設備(120)は、前記分離された成体の幹細胞が減少した前記物質混合物の取り出しに加えて、さらに、リンス剤を導入し、かつ前記導入したリンス剤を取り出すように設計されている装置。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の、生物構造から取得した脂肪組織から再生可能なおよび/または成体の幹細胞を分離する装置(10)において、
前記装置(10)は、少なくとも部分的に滅菌部品からなる装置。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の生物構造から取得した脂肪組織から再生可能なおよび/または成体の幹細胞を分離する装置(10)と、中央制御装置(300)とを備えるシステムにおいて、
前記中央制御装置(300)は、前記装置(10)に対する機械的インターフェース(310)を介して、基礎アセンブリとしての前記装置に接続可能であり、
前記中央制御装置は、低圧源、および/または温度調節手段、および/または流れ発生手段(240)、および/または前記装置にリンス剤を搬送するリンス剤搬送設備を制御または調整するように構成されたシステム。
