Description
a)100μm未満のふるい分けした画分の少なくとも1種の粒子状ポリメチルメタクリレートまたはポリメチルメタクリレート−コポリマーと、1種の開始剤と、メチルメタクリレートに不溶性である少なくとも1種の粒子状または繊維状添加剤であって、室温において該添加剤1g当たり0.6g以上のメチルメタクリレートの吸収能力を有する添加剤とを含有するセメント粉末を準備する工程と、
b)少なくとも1種のメチルメタクリレートと、1種の活性化剤とを含有するモノマー溶液を準備する工程と、続いて、剪断力を加えずに前記セメント粉末と前記モノマー溶液とを接触させる工程とを含む、方法によって満たされた。
a)100μm未満のふるい分けした画分の少なくとも1種の粒子状ポリメチルメタクリレートまたはポリメチルメタクリレート−コポリマーと、1種の開始剤と、メチルメタクリレートに不溶性である少なくとも1種の粒子状または繊維状添加剤であって、室温において該添加剤1g当たり0.6g以上のメチルメタクリレートの吸収能力を有する添加剤とを含有するセメント粉末と、
b)少なくとも1種のメチルメタクリレートと、1種の活性化剤とを含有するモノマー溶液とを含む。

Claims (15)
- ポリメチルメタクリレート骨セメントを製造する方法であって、
a)
− 100μm未満のふるい分けした画分の少なくとも1種の粒子状ポリメチルメタクリレートまたはポリメチルメタクリレート−コポリマーと、
− 1種の開始剤と、
− 微結晶性セルロース、酸化セルロース、デンプン、二酸化チタン、二酸化ケイ素および糖アルコールからなる群から選択される添加剤と
を含有するセメント粉末を準備する工程と、
b)
− 少なくとも1種のメチルメタクリレートと、
− 1種の活性化剤と
を含有するモノマー溶液を準備する工程と、
c)前記セメント粉末と前記モノマー溶液とを接触させる工程(但し、ヒトの生体内で前記セメント粉末と前記モノマー溶液とを接触させる工程を除く)であって、混合が剪断力を加えずに行われる、工程と
を含む、方法。 - 前記添加剤が、発熱性二酸化ケイ素であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記添加剤が、100μm未満のふるい分けした画分に従う粒径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記セメント粉末が、前記セメント粉末の全重量に対して、0.1〜2.5重量%の量で前記添加剤を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。

0.1〜2.5重量%の添加剤と
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5〜14のいずれか一項に記載のキット。
