Description
本出願は、米国仮出願第62/151,349号(2015年4月22日出願)、第61/987,315号(2014年5月1日出願)、第62/044,766号(2014年9月2日出願)、および第62/073,413号(2014年10月31日出願)に基づく優先権を主張する。上記仮出願の各々の内容全体は、出典明示により本明細書の一部とする。
本発明は、デルタ型肝炎ウイルス(HDV)感染により生じるウイルス性肝炎を処置するための方法を提供し、化学、薬化学、医学、分子生物学および薬理学の分野に関する。
本発明の範囲は請求の範囲によりのみ制限されるため、本明細書で用いられる用語は、特定の実施態様のみを記述する目的のためであり、制限することを意図しない。他に定義されない限り、本明細書で用いるすべての技術的および科学的用語は、本発明が属する技術分野の当業者によって通常理解される意味と同じ意味を有する。本明細書および請求項において、反対の意図が明白でない限り以下の意味を有すると定義されるだろう多くの用語への言及がなされるだろう。いくつかの場合において、通常理解される意味を有する用語が、明確性および/または即時参考のために本明細書で定義され、本明細書での該定義の包含は、当該技術分野において一般的に理解される用語の定義に対する本質的な違いを表すとして解釈されるべきでない。
一態様において、本発明は、プレニルトランスフェラーゼ阻害剤ロナファルニブおよびCYP3A4阻害剤リトナビルを共投与することによるD型肝炎ウイルス(HDV)に感染した患者の処置に関する。HDV感染を処置するのにロナファルニブを用いることがWO2011/088126(出典明示により本明細書の一部とする)において提案されているが、当該刊行物は、インビボでの有効性データを含んでおらず、広い範囲の用量(例えば25〜300 mg/日)を記載している。以下に記載するように、本発明者らは、28日間100 mg BIDのロナファルニブの投与がウイルス量を減少させることを見出したが、当該減少は治療として開発するに十分でなかった。より高用量のロナファルニブは、ほとんど忍容性がなく、非許容レベルの有害事象を生じた。したがって、200 mg BIDが投与されたとき、おそらく低い忍容性、低い患者コンプライアンス、およびGI管を通過する薬剤の損失のため処置の約1か月後ロナファルニブの血清レベルが落ちた。300 mg BIDが投与されたとき、ロナファルニブの血清レベルは予測より低く、低い忍容性の結果と思われる。例えば下記表10参照。したがって、100 mg BIDロナファルニブの投与が十分に効果的にでなかったが、より高い用量は、有意なGI関連有害作用を伴い、HDVに感染した患者の日常的な治療として不適切な処置となった。
本発明は、HDV感染患者がロナファルニブおよびリトナビルの経口投与(「ロナファルニブ投与」、「ロナファルニブ-リトナビル共治療」などとも呼び得る)により処置される、HDV感染に関連する疾患を処置するための方法を提供する。好ましくは、ロナファルニブおよびリトナビルは、本明細書に記載の用量および投与計画に従って投与される。いくつかの実施態様において、HDV感染患者は、1、2もしくは3またはそれ以上のクラスの消化管(GI)修飾薬で予防的処置を受ける。いくつかの実施態様において、ロナファルニブ-リトナビル共治療を受けている患者はまた、インターフェロン(例えば、インターフェロン-αまたはインターフェロン-λ)で処置される。
ロナファルニブは、固形および血液悪性疾患、ハッチンソン・ギルフォード早老症症候群および慢性デルタ型肝炎ウイルス感染の処置のために調査されたが、いずれの症状に対しても承認されていない。ロナファルニブ投与に関する大多数の報告は、一または複数の抗新生物薬剤と組合せて癌の患者にロナファルニブを投与することに関連する。
慢性デルタ型肝炎(HDV)の患者のコホートは、28日間100 mgロナファルニブBIDでの処置を受け、プラセボを投与された患者での-0.24 log HDV RNAコピー/mLと比較して-0.74 log HDV RNAコピー/mLのベースラインからナディアへのHDV RNAレベルの平均変化を示した。下記実施例1の参照。ロナファルニブの血漿レベルは、処置中200 ng/mL〜1,100 ng/mLの範囲であり、この研究において、ロナファルニブのより高い血漿レベルを有する対象体が処置中HDV RNA力価においてより大きな減少を経験したことが見出された。図2参照。しかしながら、ウイルス量のより強固な減少が必要とされる。
実施例5〜10に示すように、ロナファルニブ-リトナビル共治療は、8週目に検出できないレベルへ1つのケースを含めて、HDVウイルス量を本質的に減少させた。図5参照。したがって本発明の様々な方法において、ロナファルニブおよびリトナビルの各々は、継続的に、1日2回、少なくとも1日1回(QD)経口投与され、様々な実施態様において、1日2回(BID)である。
限定ではなく例示のために、典型的な用量は表2に提供される。通常、ロナファルニブおよびリトナビルは、一緒におよそ同時に(例えば、同時または互いの約15分間以内)投与される(例えば、患者により自己投与される)。
一実施態様において、HDV感染について処置されている患者は、薬物への患者の忍容性を増加させて副作用を最小化するために、ロナファルニブ漸増する投与計画を受ける。漸増する計画において各用量の投与の持続期間は、典型的には1〜4週間以内であるが、患者の反応に基づいて臨床医により調節(例えば加速)され得る。例えば、制限されないが、患者は、所期の所望の最終用量が達成されるまで、1番目の2週間にロナファルニブ 50 mg BIDを投与され、続いて2番目の2週間に75 mg BIDを投与され、続いて3番目の2週間に100 mg BIDを投与され得る。典型的に漸増する投与量は、適切な用量、例えば100 mg QDまたはBIDのリトナビルと共投与される。
患者は、所与の時間、不定の時間、またはエンドポイントに達するまでロナファルニブ-リトナビル共治療を受け得る。処置は、少なくとも2〜3ヵ月間毎日連続的に継続され得る。治療は、典型的には少なくとも30日間、より頻繁には少なくとも60日間または少なくとも90日間、さらにより頻繁には少なくとも120日間、時には少なくとも150日間、および時には少なくとも180日間である。いくつかの実施態様において、処置は、少なくとも6ヵ月から1年継続される。他の実施態様において、処置は、患者の寿命の残りの間、または意味のある治療利益を提供するために十分に低いレベルにてウイルスを維持するのに投与がもはや有効でなくなるまで継続される。
実施例に記載のように、ロナファルニブ単独治療およびロナファルニブ-リトナビル治療を受けるHDV感染患者は、消化管(GI)副作用を経験した。消化管(GI)副作用は、ファルネシルトランスフェラーゼクラスにおける化合物に予期しないわけではない。GI不耐性はまた、プロテアーゼ阻害剤として用いられるとき1200 mg/日にて投与され得るリトナビルの公知な副作用である。しかしながら、HBV患者(特に比較的適度な用量のロナファルニブおよびリトナビルが投与された患者)におけるこれらの症状の重症度および持続性は、予期されなかった。消化管刺激の処置のための薬剤としては制吐薬、制酸薬(H2-受容体アンタゴニストおよびプロトンポンプ阻害剤)および下痢止め薬が挙げられる。典型的な薬剤(限定ではなく例示のために)を表3に記載する。
これらのGI修飾治療の一実施態様において、このGI修飾治療は、H2-受容体アンタゴニストである。これらのGI修飾治療の一実施態様において、ラニチジン(Zantac(登録商標))は、150 mg 1日2回、150 mg 1日4回までの用量でロナファルニブ治療期間中投与される。これらのGI修飾治療の別の一実施態様において、ファモチジン(Pepcid(登録商標))は、40 mg 1日1回、20 mg 1日2回まで、40 mg 1日2回までの用量でロナファルニブ治療期間中投与される。これらのGI修飾治療の別の一実施態様において、シメチジン(Tagamet(登録商標))は、400 mg 1日1回、800 mg 1日1回まで、1600 mg 1日1回まで、800 mg 1日2回まで、300 mg 1日4回まで、400 mg 1日4回まで、600 mg 1日4回までの用量でロナファルニブ治療期間中投与される。これらのGI修飾治療の別の一実施態様において、ニザチジン(Axid)は、150 mg 1日1回、300 mg 1日1回まで、150 mg 1日2回までの用量でロナファルニブ治療期間中投与される。
これらのGI修飾治療の一実施態様において、この治療は、5-HT3受容体アンタゴニストである。これらのGI修飾治療の一実施態様において、オンダンセトロン(Zofran(登録商標))は、ロナファルニブ治療の開始の30分〜2時間前に8 mg 1日1回、8 mg 1日2回まで、8 mg 1日3回までで投与される。この実施態様において、投与は、少なくともロナファルニブ処置期間中継続される。これらのGI修飾治療の別の一実施態様において、グラニセトロン(経口Kytril(登録商標))は、ロナファルニブ治療の開始の1時間前までに与えられる2 mgまたは1 mg 1日2回で投与される。この実施態様において、投与は、少なくともロナファルニブ処置期間中継続される。
これらのGI修飾治療の一実施態様において、このGI修飾治療は、NK-1受容体アンタゴニストである。これらのGI修飾治療の一実施態様において、アプレピタント(Emend(登録商標))は、ロナファルニブ治療の開始の1時間前に与えられる1日目における125 mg、続いて2および3日目における80 mg用量からなる3日の処置として、5-HT3受容体アンタゴニストおよびコルチコステロイドと組合せて投与される。これらのGI修飾治療の別の一実施態様において、ホスアプレピタント(Emend(登録商標)IV)を1日の処置として、5-HT3受容体アンタゴニストおよびコルチコステロイド(デキサメサゾン)と組合せて投与し、これは、1日目のロナファルニブ治療の開始30分前までに与えられる1の150 mg用量のホスアプレピタント、続いて単回12 mg用量のデキサメサゾンおよび単回用量の5-HT3受容体アンタゴニスト(例えばオンダンセトロン)、ロナファルニブ治療の開始30分前までに与えられる単回150 mg用量までのホスアプレピタント、続いて単回8 mg用量のデキサメサゾンおよび単回用量の5-HT3受容体アンタゴニスト(例えばオンダンセトロン)からなり、そして2〜4日目に単回8 mg用量のデキサメサゾンを投与する。
これらのGI修飾治療の一実施態様において、このGI修飾治療は、プロトンポンプ阻害剤(PPI)である。これらのGI修飾治療の一実施態様において、オメプラゾール(Prilosec(登録商標))は、制酸薬と組合せてロナファルニブ治療の開始の4日前までに20 mg 1日1回、40 mg 1日1回までの用量でロナファルニブ治療期間中投与される。これらのGI修飾治療の別の一実施態様において、オメプラゾール/重炭酸ナトリウム(Zegerid(登録商標))は、食事およびロナファルニブ治療の開始の少なくとも1時間前に20 mg 1日1回、40 mg 1日1回までの用量でロナファルニブ治療期間中投与される。これらのGI修飾治療の別の一実施態様において、エソメプラゾールマグネシウム(Nexium(登録商標))は、ロナファルニブ治療の開始の少なくとも1時間前に20 mg 1日1回、40 mg 1日1回まで、40 mg 1日2回までの用量でロナファルニブ治療期間中投与される。これらのGI修飾治療の別の一実施態様において、エソメプラゾールストロンチウムは、ロナファルニブ処置の少なくとも1時間前に24.65 mg 1日1回、49.3 mg 1日1回まで、49.3 mg 1日2回までの用量でロナファルニブ治療期間中投与される。これらのGI修飾治療の別の一実施態様において、ランソプラゾール(Prevacid(登録商標))は、ロナファルニブ治療の2時間前までにランソプラゾールの15 mg 1日1回、14日間まで30 mg 1日1回まで、60 mg 1日1回まで、30 mg 1日2回まで、ロナファルニブ治療期間中30 mg 1日3回までの用量で投与される。これらのGI修飾治療の別の一実施態様において、デクスランソプラゾール(Dexilant(登録商標))は、ロナファルニブ治療期間中デクスランソプラゾールの30 mg 1日1回、60 mg 1日1回までの用量でロナファルニブ治療の2時間前までに投与される。これらのGI修飾治療の別の一実施態様において、パントプラゾールナトリウム(Protonix(登録商標))は、ロナファルニブ治療の7日前までに40 mg 1日1回、40 mg 1日2回までの用量でロナファルニブ治療期間中投与される。
これらのGI修飾治療の一実施態様において、この治療は、下痢止め薬である。これらのGI修飾治療の一実施態様において、アトロピン/ジフェノキシレート(Lomotil(登録商標)、Lonox(登録商標))は、Lomotil錠剤2つ1日4回またはLomotil(登録商標)液剤10 ml 1日4回(20 mg/日)の用量で最初のコントロールが達成されるまで投与され、この後用量は1日5 mg(錠剤2つまたは液剤10 ml)程度まで減少され得る。これらのGI修飾治療の別の一実施態様において、ロペラミドHCl(Imodium(登録商標))は、4 mg(カプセル剤2つ)、続いて軟便が出るたびに2 mg(カプセル剤1つ)、16 mg(カプセル剤8つ)までの用量で投与される。これらのGI修飾治療の別の一実施態様において、次サリチル酸ビスマス(Kaopectate(登録商標)、Pepto-Bismol(登録商標))は、必要に応じて30分〜1時間ごとに錠剤2つまたは30 mLとして、24時間中8用量まで投与される。
本発明は、ロナファルニブおよびリトナビル共治療を提供するための医薬組成物を提供する。一手法において、ロナファルニブおよびリトナビル共投与は、上記セクションIVで述べた1、2または3つのGI安定化剤の予防的投与と組み合される。一手法において、ロナファルニブおよびリトナビル共投与は、下記セクションVIIで述べるインターフェロン共治療と組み合される。
ロナファルニブ、リトナビル、および適宜、HDV患者を処置するのに用いられる1以上のGI修飾薬は、HDV患者へ医薬包装で送達され得る。該包装は、患者の利便性および治療計画へのコンプライアンスを改善することが意図される。典型的に包装は、紙(厚紙)またはプラスチックを含む。
HBV感染および/またはHBVおよびHDV共感染を処置する現在の医療は、インターフェロン-αもしくはインターフェロン-γ単独治療(インターフェロン-α2bもしくはPEG化インターフェロン、例えばRocheから販売されるPegasysもしくはMerckから販売されるPEG-Intronでの処置を含む)、またはインターフェロン-αおよびヌクレオシドもしくはヌクレオチドアナログ、例えばアデフォビル(Hepsera(登録商標))、エンテカビル(Baraclude(登録商標))、ラミブジン(Epivir-HBV(登録商標)、Heptovir(登録商標)、Heptodin(登録商標))、テルビブジン(Tyzeka(登録商標))、テノフォビル(Viread(登録商標))およびリバビリン(例えばRebetol(登録商標)もしくはCopegus(登録商標))との組合せ治療のいずれかを使用する。本発明の方法によれば、ロナファルニブは、HDV感染(すなわち、HBVおよびHDV共感染)を処置するこれらの標準的治療の1つと組合せて用いられる。一実施態様において、ロナファルニブは、100 mg QDのロナファルニブ用量にて他の薬剤(例えばインターフェロンαおよびリトナビル)と組合せ投与される。ある実施態様において、本発明は、インターフェロンまたはリトナビルと組合せて少なくとも100 mgロナファルニブQDまたはBIDの投与によるHDV感染を処置するための方法を提供する。
それらが介してシグナルを送る受容体のタイプに基づいて、ヒトインターフェロンは3つの主な型に分類されている。様々な実施態様において、I〜III型いずれかのインターフェロンは、HDV感染を処置するためにロナファルニブと組合せて用いられる。すべてのI型IFNは、IFNAR1およびIFNAR2鎖からなるIFN-α受容体(IFNAR)として知られる特定の細胞表面受容体複合体に結合する。ヒトに存在するI型インターフェロンは、IFN-α、IFN-β、IFN-εおよびIFN-ωである。II型IFNは、IFNGR1およびIFNGR2鎖からなるIFN-γ受容体(IFNGR)に結合する。ヒト中のII型インターフェロンは、IFN-γである。最近分類されたIII型インターフェロン群は、IFN-λ1、IFN-λ2およびIFN-λ3と呼ばれる(それぞれIL29、IL28AおよびIL28Bとも呼ばれる)3つIFN-λのからなる。これらのIFNは、IL10R2(CRF2-4とも呼ばれる)およびIFNLR1(CRF2-12とも呼ばれる)からなる受容体複合体を介してシグナルを送る。
HDV-感染したロナファルニブ-リトナビル共治療を受けている患者はまた、他の抗ウイルス剤、例えばヌクレオシドおよびヌクレオチドアナログ、HBV感染を処置するのに用いられる化合物ならびに他の薬剤で処置され得ると企図される。
本明細書に記載のロナファルニブ-リトナビル共治療と組合せて用いられ得る抗ウイルスヌクレオシドまたはヌクレオチドアナログとしては、例えばアデフォビル(Hepsera(登録商標))、エンテカビル(Baraclude(登録商標))、ラミブジン(Epivir-HBV(登録商標)、Heptovir(登録商標)、Heptodin(登録商標))、テルビブジン(Tyzeka(登録商標))、テノフォビル(Viread(登録商標))およびリバビリン(例えばRebetol(登録商標)またはCopegus(登録商標))が挙げられる。
本発明の様々な組合せ治療において、HDVの処置のために、ロナファルニブはHBVに対する抗ウイルス薬と組み合される。インターフェロンを除き現在承認されている抗HBV薬は、逆転写酵素を阻害し、ヌクレオシドまたはヌクレオチドアナログである。これらの薬剤は、HBVに対し有効であるが、HDVが複製する必要がするHBsAgを低下させないためHDVに対し効果的でない;しかしながら本発明の組合せ治療において用いられるとき、患者アウトカム改善が達成され得る。現在、承認された抗HBV薬としては、インターフェロンα(Intron A(登録商標))、PEG化インターフェロン(Pegasys(登録商標))、ラミブジン(Epivir-HBV(登録商標)、Zeffix(登録商標)またはHeptodin(登録商標))、アデフォビルピボキシル(Hepsera(登録商標))、エンテカビル(Baraclude(登録商標))、テルビブジン(Tyzeka(登録商標)、Sebivo(登録商標))、クレブジン(韓国/アジア)、テノフォビル(Viread(登録商標))が挙げられる。Truvada(登録商標)(これは、テノフォビルおよびエムトリシタビンの組合せである)は、まだ承認されていないが、初期の臨床試験においてHBVウイルス価を低下させるのに有効であることが示されており、本発明の組合せ治療において有用である。
本発明に従って処置されているHDV感染患者に有益な効果を有して投与され得る他の治療化合物としては、ヌクレオシドまたはヌクレオチドアナログ;チアゾリド;プロテアーゼ阻害剤;ポリメラーゼ阻害剤;ヘリカーゼ阻害剤;クラス C CpG トール様受容体7および/または9アンタゴニスト;両親媒性ヘリックスかく乱物質またはNS4B阻害剤;スタチンまたは他のHMG CoAレダクターゼ阻害剤;免疫調節剤;抗炎症剤;二次プレニル化阻害剤;シクロフィリン阻害剤;およびαグルコシダーゼ阻害剤が挙げられる。
経口のロナファルニブ-リトナビル共治療は、HDV感染の迅速で完全なクリアランスのための治療過程において1のモジュールであり得る。したがって、本明細書に記載の処置計画に、代替治療が先行し得るか、またはそれが続き得る。
リトナビルが最も広く用いられているCYP3A4阻害剤であるが、本明細書に記載の発見は、CYP3A4阻害剤阻害剤とのロナファルニブ組合せ処置を実施することを可能にする。代替態様において、本発明は、薬物動態増強剤コビシスタットがリトナビルの代わりにロナファルニブと組合せて用いられる、本明細書の他の箇所に記載の実施態様を提供する。
実施例1. BID投与される100 mgロナファルニブでのHDV患者の処置
この実施例は、慢性HDVの患者においてHDV RNAレベルを低下させるロナファルニブの有効性を実証する。8群1患者(すべて慢性HDVを有する)を次のように処置した:慢性デルタ型肝炎(HDV)を有する6人の患者(患者1、2、4、5、6および8)はロナファルニブで処置され、2人の患者(患者3および7)は28日間プラセボを投与された。積極的処置群の6人の患者は28日間100 mg BIDにて(経口投与)投与された。ロナファルニブ積極的処置群におけるベースラインからナディアへのHDV RNAレベルの平均変化は、-0.74 log HDV RNAコピー/mLであり、プラセボ群では、-0.24 log HDV RNAコピー/mLであった。
図2は、ロナファルニブの血漿レベルとウイルス量との間の相関を示す。ロナファルニブのより高い血漿レベルを有する対象体は、処置中HDV RNA力価においてより大きな低下を経験した。血漿レベルは、処置中200 ng/mL〜1,100 ng/mLの範囲であった。
患者4、5および6は、ロナファルニブ治療を28日目に中止した後、ウイルスリバウンドまたは血清HDV RNAレベルの増加を示した。ロナファルニブ中止後、患者4のHDV RNAレベルは、1.7 log HDV RNAコピー/mL増加した。ロナファルニブ中止後、患者5のHDV RNAレベルは、1.4 log HDV RNAコピー/mL増加した。患者4、5および6は、ロナファルニブ治療を中止したおよそ4〜8週間後に始まるHDV RNAレベルのその後の低下を示し、これは、HDV RNAとHBV DNA間のウイルスダイナミクスへのウイルスに起因すると考えられる。
5.8 log HDV RNAコピー/mL〜8.78 log HDV RNAコピー/mLの範囲のベースラインHDV RNAウイルス価により記録されるように、HDVに感染したと分かっている6人のヒト対象体を84日間200 mg BIDまたは300 mgいずれかのBIDの用量でのロナファルニブで処置した。
28日間の処置の終わりに、ベースラインから28日目への6人の対象体でのウイルス量の平均変化は、200 mg BID群については-1.63 log コピー/mLであり、300 mg BID群については-2.00 log コピー/mLであった。表6および図3参照。
200 mg BIDおよび300 mg BID投与が56日間(29〜56日目を2ヵ月と称し得る)および84日間(57〜84日目を3ヵ月と称し得る)継続されたとき、6人の患者いずれでのウイルス量の変化は、28日目にウイルス量レベルからプラトーに達したかまたは増加した。ウイルス量におけるこの変化なしまたは増加は、ロナファルニブへの低い消化管忍容性に起因した。これらの6人の患者は、消化管苦痛を緩和するために予防的にGI修飾薬を受けなかった。コンプライアンスはGI不耐性のため2ヵ月および3ヵ月(29〜84日目)における200 mg BIDおよび300 mg BIDロナファルニブ処置に乏しい可能性がある。
HDVに感染したと分かっている3人のヒト対象体は、4.34 log HDV RNAコピー/mL〜5.15 log HDV RNAコピー/mLの範囲のベースラインHDV RNAウイルス価および155〜174 IU/Lの範囲のALT値により述べられるように、56日間(2ヵ月)1週間当たり180μgのPegasys(PEGインターフェロンα-2a)と組合せて100 mg BIDの用量におけるロナファルニブで処置される。
HDVに感染したと分かっている3人のヒト対象体、5.14 log HDV RNAコピー/mL〜6.83 log HDV RNAコピー/mLの範囲のベースラインHDV RNAウイルス価および84〜195 U/LのALT値により述べられるように、実質的に他は実施例1に記載のとおり、8週間100 mg QDのリトナビルと組合せて100 mg BIDの用量のロナファルニブで処置される。
実施例には、ロナファルニブおよびリトナビルの組合せ治療の抗HDV効果が示される。慢性HDV感染の8人の患者は、表10に概括される計画下で84日間ロナファルニブおよびリトナビルの4つの異なる用量組合せ(経口投与)で処置される。
血清ロナファルニブレベル2000 ng/mL未満を有する患者は、例えば患者8において、ロナファルニブレベル5,000 ng/mL近くかまたはそれを越える(> 2 log HDV-RNA)を有する患者と比較して、より低いウイルス量減少(< 1.5 log HDV-RNA)を有する可能性がある。
表12は、治療の最初の6週間中の患者の有害事象概括し、試験中の患者の75%(8人の患者のうち6人)が7〜10週目において少なくとも1の用量減少を必要としたことを示す。用量減少は、しばしばHDV RNAレベルにおいて増加またはプラトーをもたらした。
この予測的実施例は、ロナファルニブ 50 mg QD + リトナビル 100 mg QDの投与によりHDV感染を処置することを記載している。HDVに感染した患者は、90〜180日間毎日以下の計画を自己投与する:

Claims (23)
- ヒト患者においてデルタ型肝炎ウイルス(HDV)感染を処置するための、ロナファルニブおよびリトナビルを含む組合せ医薬であって、ロナファルニブおよびリトナビルが、共治療として患者に経口投与される、組合せ医薬。
- ロナファルニブが、50 mg〜150 mgの範囲の総1日用量にて経口投与され、リトナビルが、100 mg〜200 mgの範囲の総1日用量にて経口投与される、請求項1に記載の組合せ医薬。
- ロナファルニブの総1日用量が、100 mgである、請求項1または2に記載の組合せ医薬。
- (i)ロナファルニブが、50 mg BIDの用量にて経口投与され、リトナビルが、100 mg BIDの用量にて経口投与されるか;
(ii)ロナファルニブが、75 mg BIDの用量にて経口投与され、リトナビルが、100 mg BIDの用量にて経口投与されるか;または
(iii)ロナファルニブが、100 mg BIDの用量にて経口投与され、リトナビルが、100 mg BIDの用量にて経口投与される、
請求項1に記載の組合せ医薬。 - ロナファルニブおよびリトナビルが、少なくとも90日間共治療として患者に経口投与される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組合せ医薬。
- ロナファルニブおよびリトナビルが、(i)ほぼ同時に投与されるロナファルニブおよびリトナビルの別々の単位剤形;または(ii)単一の単位剤形として経口投与される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組合せ医薬。
- ロナファルニブおよびリトナビルが、別々の単位剤形として投与され、そしてロナファルニブが、50 mg BIDの用量にて経口投与され、リトナビルが、100 mg BIDの用量にて経口投与される、請求項1に記載の組合せ医薬。
- ロナファルニブおよびリトナビルが、単一の単位剤形として一緒に投与され、そしてロナファルニブが、50 mg BIDの用量にて経口投与され、リトナビルが、100 mg BIDの用量にて経口投与される、請求項1に記載の組合せ医薬。
