Description
Claims (14)
- コードレス電気機器の電源となり充電器で充電可能な電池パックの状態を診断する電池診断装置であって、
前記電池パックが保有する情報を、前記電池パックとは別の第2の電池パックに書き込むことを特徴とする電池診断装置。 - 前記別の電池パックへの前記情報の書き込みは、診断した前記電池パックが保証対象の場合に実行することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池診断装置。
- 前記電池パックが保証対象か否かを判断することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電池診断装置。
- 前記電池パックが保証対象と診断された場合、前記電池パックを前記コードレス電気機器又は前記充電器に接続しても前記コードレス電気機器又は前記充電器の使用を不能にすることが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の電池診断装置。
- 前記電池パックがユーザから管理者に返却された電池パックである場合、前記電池パックを前記コードレス電気機器又は前記充電器に接続しても前記コードレス電気機器又は前記充電器の使用を不能にすることが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の電池診断装置。
- 前記電池パックの診断は、前記電池パックが保証対象と判断された場合に実行することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電池診断装置。
- 前記電池パックが保証対象と判断された場合、前記電池パックが保有する情報を、前記電池パックとは別の電池パックに書き込むことを特徴とする請求項3又は6に記載の電池診断装置。
- 前記情報は、前記電池パックの公称電池電圧を含む電池情報と前記電池パックの使用回数を含む回数情報とを含み、
前記電池パックが保証対象か否かは、前記回数情報に基づいて判断されることを特徴とする請求項1、2、7のいずれか一項に記載の電池診断装置。 - 前記使用回数が所定回数以下の場合に保証対象と判断することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電池診断装置。
- コードレス電気機器の電源となり充電器で充電可能であり、管理者からユーザに提供される電池パックであって、
前記電池パックは、前記管理者から前記ユーザに提供される前に、前記ユーザから前記管理者に返却された別の電池パックが保有する情報が書き込まれることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 前記別の電池パックから引き継いだ前記情報に基づいて前記管理者によって保証されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の電池パック。
- 前記情報は前記別の電池パックの充電回数を含み、
前記充電回数及び引き継いだ後の充電回数の合計回数が所定値以下の場合に保証されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の電池パック。 - 前記電池パックがユーザから管理者に返却された場合、前記コードレス電気機器又は前記充電器に接続しても、前記コードレス電気機器の駆動を不能にする、又は前記充電器による充電を不能にすることが可能であることを特徴とする請求項10乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記コードレス電気機器又は前記充電器に対して異常信号を出力する端子を有し、
電池診断装置で診断された後に前記コードレス電気機器又は前記充電器に接続されると、前記端子から前記コードレス電気機器又は前記充電器に対して異常信号を出力することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の電池パック。
