Claims (10)
- 開口を有する燃料タンクと、
前記燃料タンク内の燃料と熱交換媒体とを熱交換させる熱交換器と、
前記熱交換器の本体部と共に前記開口を閉塞する蓋を構成する蓋部材と、
前記燃料タンク内に設けられ、前記燃料を前記熱交換器に供給する燃料配管と、
前記燃料タンク外に設けられ、前記熱交換媒体を前記熱交換器に供給する媒体配管とを有し、
前記蓋部材には貫通孔が形成され、
前記熱交換器の前記本体部は、前記蓋部材の外面に結合され、前記貫通孔を閉塞し、
前記熱交換器は、前記熱交換器の前記本体部から前記貫通孔を通過して前記燃料タンク内に突出した燃料通路部に設けられ、前記燃料配管と接続可能な第1の継手と、前記熱交換器の前記本体部における前記蓋部材の外面側に設けられた媒体通路部に設けられ、前記媒体配管と接続可能な第2の継手とを有することを特徴とする燃料貯留装置。 - 前記熱交換器の前記本体部は、周壁部と、前記周壁部の一端を閉塞する外端壁と、前記周壁部の他端を閉塞する内端壁とを有し、
前記内端壁が前記蓋部材の外面に結合すると共に前記貫通孔を閉塞し、
前記燃料通路部が前記内端壁に設けられ、
前記媒体通路部が前記周壁部に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料貯留装置。 - 前記燃料タンクは、第1の開口を有する第1の燃料タンクと、前記第1の燃料タンク内に設けられた第2の燃料タンクとを有し、
前記熱交換器の前記本体部は、前記第1の開口を閉塞する前記蓋の少なくとも一部をなすことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料貯留装置。 - 前記第2の燃料タンクは、前記第1の開口と対向する第2の開口を有し、
前記熱交換器の前記本体部は、前記第1の開口及び前記第2の開口を共に閉塞する前記蓋の少なくとも一部をなすことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の燃料貯留装置。 - 前記第2の開口は、前記第2の燃料タンクに形成された筒部の内壁面によって画成され、
前記蓋は、前記第2の開口に嵌合する中央筒部と、前記第1の燃料タンクの外面における前記第1の開口の周縁部に当接する外周部とを有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の燃料貯留装置。 - 前記外周部と前記第1の燃料タンクの外面との間には前記第1の開口を囲む環状の第1のシール部材が介装され、
前記中央筒部の外面と前記内壁面との間には環状の第2のシール部材が介装されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の燃料貯留装置。 - 前記第1の継手は、前記第2の燃料タンクの内側を向く部分に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4〜請求項6のいずれか1つの項に記載の燃料貯留装置。
- 前記第1の燃料タンク内には、前記第1の燃料タンク内に貯留された第1の燃料から第2の燃料を分離する分離装置が設けられ、
前記第2の燃料は前記第2の燃料タンクに貯留されることを特徴とする請求項4〜請求項7のいずれか1つの項に記載の燃料貯留装置。 - 前記熱交換器は、前記第1の燃料タンクから前記分離装置に送られる前記第1の燃料を加熱することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の燃料貯留装置。
- 前記熱交換器の前記燃料タンクの内側を向く部分には、前記第1の継手に流れる前記燃料の温度を検出する温度センサが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2〜請求項9のいずれか1つの項に記載の燃料貯留装置。
