Description
駆動軸を含む外科用ファスナ展開システムと、を含むことができる。駆動軸は、少なくとも第1近位位置と第2遠位位置との間で作動可能である。ストライカは駆動軸に対して移動可能である。衝撃面は駆動軸に関連し、駆動軸を第2遠位位置に変位し外科用ファスナを展開するためにストライカ部材によって打突されるよう構築および配置される。
Claims (18)
- 第1ハンドル部分及び第2ハンドル部分を有するハンドルであって、前記第1ハンドル部分が前記第2ハンドル部分に対して回転可能である、ハンドルと、
前記第1ハンドル部分から延在する細長い軸と、
衝撃面を有し、前記第1ハンドル部分に少なくとも部分的に配置され、第1の近位位置と第2の遠位位置との間で変位可能とされる駆動軸と、
前記ハンドル内に配置され、前記衝撃面を打突して前記駆動軸を前記第1の近位位置から前記第2の遠位位置へと変位させるストライカと、
を備える、外科用器具。 - 前記第2ハンドル部分に対する前記第1ハンドル部分の回転は、前記第2ハンドル部分に対して前記駆動軸を回転させる、請求項1に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記第1ハンドル部分内に配置されたエネルギー貯蔵部材と、
前記第2ハンドル部分内に配置されたシャトルと、をさらに備え、
前記ストライカは、前記第1ハンドル部分内に配置され、
前記シャトルの遠位移動は、前記駆動軸を前記第1の近位位置から前記第2の遠位位置へと移動させ、前記エネルギー貯蔵部材を前記ストライカに対して圧縮する、請求項1又は2に記載の外科用器具。 - 第1ハンドル部分及び第2ハンドル部分を有するハンドルであって、前記第1ハンドル部分が前記第2ハンドル部分に対して回転可能である、ハンドルと、
前記ハンドルから延在する細長い軸と、
前記細長い軸に配置され、第1の近位位置と第2の遠位位置との間で変位可能な駆動軸と、
前記第1ハンドル部分と前記第2ハンドル部分の間に延在し、前記第1ハンドル部分に対して動的に結合し回転に関し静的で、かつ、前記第2ハンドル部分に対して動的に結合し回転可能である回転ハウジングと、
前記第2ハンドル部分内に少なくとも部分的に配置され、前記駆動軸に動的に結合したシャトルであって、前記シャトルの遠位移動が前記駆動軸を前記第1の近位位置から前記第2の遠位位置へと移動させ、前記シャトルは前記回転ハウジングに対して回転可能である、シャトルと、
を備える、外科用器具。 - 前記駆動軸に結合され前記回転ハウジング内に配置されるエネルギー貯蔵部材ハウジングと、
前記エネルギー貯蔵部材ハウジング内に少なくとも部分的に配置されるエネルギー貯蔵部材と、
前記回転ハウジング内に配置されるストライカと、をさらに備え、
前記エネルギー貯蔵部材は、前記ストライカと前記エネルギー貯蔵部材ハウジングの間に配置される、請求項4に記載の外科用器具。 - 前記シャトルは、前記エネルギー貯蔵部材ハウジングに回転可能に接触し、
前記シャトルの遠位移動は、前記エネルギー貯蔵部材ハウジングを遠位方向に移動させる、請求項5に記載の外科用器具。 - 前記シャトルの遠位面は、前記エネルギー貯蔵部材ハウジングの近位面に回転可能に接触する、請求項6に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記駆動軸、前記ストライカ及び前記エネルギー貯蔵部材は、同軸上に位置する、請求項3及び5〜7の何れか一項に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記ストライカを所定の位置に選択的にロックするロック機構をさらに備える、請求項3及び5〜8の何れか一項に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記ロック機構は、前記ストライカを開放するよう前記駆動軸が前記第1の近位位置から前記第2の遠位位置に向かって作動されるにつれ変位させられる第1カム面を含む、請求項9に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記ロック機構は、前記駆動軸に動的に結合する第2カム面を有し、
前記第2カム面は、前記ストライカを開放するよう前記駆動軸が前記第1の近位位置から前記第2の遠位位置に向かって作動されるにつれ前記第1カム面を変位させる、請求項10に記載の外科用器具。 - 前記第1ハンドル部分と前記第2ハンドル部分とが互いに対して回転したときに前記ストライカと前記ロック機構を位置合わせするための位置合わせフィーチャをさらに備える、請求項9〜11の何れか一項に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記位置合わせフィーチャは、前記ストライカと前記ロック機構との位置合わせを維持する位置合わせレールを有する、請求項12に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記第1の近位位置から前記第2の遠位位置に向かう前記駆動軸の作動は、エネルギーを前記エネルギー貯蔵部材に貯蔵するために前記エネルギー貯蔵部材を圧縮する、請求項3及び5〜13の何れか一項に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記第1の近位位置から前記第2の遠位位置に向かう前記駆動軸の作動は、エネルギーを前記エネルギー貯蔵部材に貯蔵するために、前記エネルギー貯蔵部材を圧縮する前記エネルギー貯蔵部材ハウジングを変位させる、請求項5〜7の何れか一項に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記駆動軸に結合する衝撃面をさらに備え、
前記衝撃面は、前記駆動軸を前記第1の近位位置から前記第2の遠位位置に変位させて外科用ファスナを展開するために、前記ストライカによって打突されるように配置構成される、請求項5〜7の何れか一項に記載の外科用器具。 - 前記衝撃面は、留め具である、請求項16に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記駆動軸は、前記細長い軸から外科用ファスナを直接的に展開するように配置構成される、請求項1〜17の何れか一項に記載の外科用器具。
