Description
駆動軸を含む外科用ファスナ展開システムと、を含むことができる。駆動軸は、少なくとも第1近位位置と第2遠位位置との間で作動可能である。ストライカは駆動軸に対して移動可能である。衝撃面は駆動軸に関連し、駆動軸を第2遠位位置に変位し外科用ファスナを展開するためにストライカ部材によって打突されるよう構築および配置される。
Claims (16)
- ハンドルと、
前記ハンドルから延在する細長い軸と、
駆動軸と、前記駆動軸と関連するとともに前記ハンドルに対して遠位方向に移動可能な衝撃面と、を含む外科用ファスナ展開システムであって、前記駆動軸は、少なくとも、前記ハンドルに対する第1近位位置と前記ハンドルに対する第2遠位位置との間で作動可能である、外科用ファスナ展開システムと、
ストライカと、を備え、
前記外科用ファスナ展開システムの作動は、前記ハンドルに対する前記第1近位位置から前記ハンドルに対する前記第2遠位位置へと前記駆動軸を変位させ、
前記駆動軸を前記ハンドルに対する前記第2遠位位置に変位させて前記外科用ファスナを展開するために、前記衝撃面および前記駆動軸が前記ハンドルに対して前記遠位方向に移動するにつれて前記ストライカが前記衝撃面に打突する、
外科用器具。 - 前記ストライカを所定の位置に選択的にロックするロック機構をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記ロック機構は、前記ストライカを開放するよう前記駆動軸が前記第1近位位置から前記第2遠位位置に向かって作動されるにつれて変位させられる第1カム面を含む、請求項2に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記駆動軸と関連する第2カム面は、前記駆動軸が前記第1近位位置から前記第2遠位位置に向かって作動されるにつれて前記第1カム面を変位させる、請求項3に記載の外科用器具。
- ハンドルと、
前記ハンドルから延在する細長い軸と、
第1近位位置および第2遠位位置間で作動可能である駆動軸を含む外科用ファスナ展開システムと、
前記駆動軸に対して移動可能なストライカと、
前記駆動軸と関連する衝撃面であって、前記駆動軸を前記第2遠位位置に変位させて前記外科用ファスナを展開するために、前記ストライカによって打突される、衝撃面と、
前記ストライカを所定の位置に選択的にロックするロック機構であって、前記ストライカを開放するよう前記駆動軸が前記第1近位位置から前記第2遠位位置に向かって作動されるにつれて変位させられる第1カム面を含む、ロック機構と、
前記駆動軸と関連する第2カム面であって、前記駆動軸が前記第1近位位置から前記第2遠位位置に向かって作動されるにつれて前記第1カム面を変位させる、第2カム面と、
を備える、外科用器具。 - 前記駆動軸および前記ストライカは、同軸上に位置し、
前記ストライカは、前記駆動軸の長さに沿って少なくとも部分的に延在する、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の外科用器具。 - 前記ハンドルに対して前記遠位方向に前記ストライカを加速させるエネルギー貯蔵部材をさらに備える、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記駆動軸、前記ストライカおよび前記エネルギー貯蔵部材は同軸上に位置する、請求項7に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記ストライカは、前記外科用器具のハンドルの少なくとも一部に対して回転可能である、請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記衝撃面が前記ストライカによって打突されたときに、前記駆動軸が第1の速さから第2の速さへと加速させられる、請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記衝撃面は、前記駆動軸に直接的に結合する、請求項1から10の何れか一項に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記駆動軸は、前記細長い軸から外科用ファスナを展開するために構成及び配置される、請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記ロック機構は、前記駆動軸が前記第1近位位置と前記第2遠位位置との間の事前に選択された位置にある場合に、前記衝撃面に打突するように前記ストライカを開放する、請求項2から5の何れか一項に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記駆動軸が前記事前に選択された位置にあって前記ロック機構が前記ストライカを開放する場合には、前記駆動軸は遠位方向に移動している、請求項13に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記駆動軸に結合されたエネルギー貯蔵部材ハウジングをさらに備え、
前記エネルギー貯蔵部材は、前記エネルギー貯蔵部材ハウジングと結合し、
前記ストライカに対する前記駆動軸および前記エネルギー貯蔵部材ハウジングの変位は、前記エネルギーを前記エネルギー貯蔵部材に貯蔵する、請求項1から14の何れか一項に記載の外科用器具。 - 前記衝撃面は、前記駆動軸に設けられた留め具である、請求項1から15の何れか一項に記載の外科用器具。
