Claims (15)
- 骨に対して既知の患者特有の位置に配置された一対のピン(40)を有する骨に、インプラントを設置するための器具のアセンブリであって、
前記ピン(40)の一方にスライドしてかぶさって前記ピン(40)に沿ってスライドされるように構成された第1のチューブ(61)と、前記ピン(40)の他方と配列されるように前記第1のチューブから離間した第2のチューブ(65)と、を有する、リーマ処理器具(60)と、
前記骨をリーマ処理するように構成されたリーマ端部(81)と、前記リーマ端部(81)を支持し且つ駆動されるように構成された中空のシャフト(82)と、を有するカニューレ挿入リーマ(80)であって、前記骨をリーマ処理するときに前記リーマ処理器具(60)が当該カニューレ挿入リーマ(80)の動きを案内するために、前記中空のシャフト(82)が、前記リーマ処理器具(60)の前記第2のチューブ(65)に受け入れられると共に前記ピン(40)の他方上に取り付けられる、カニューレ挿入リーマ(80)と、
を備える、器具のアセンブリ。 - 前記リーマ処理器具(60)の前記第2のチューブ(65)が、前記カニューレ挿入リーマ(80)の前記中空のシャフト(82)を受け入れるための側方シャフトスロット(66)を有する、請求項1に記載の器具のアセンブリ。
- 前記リーマ処理器具(60)の前記第2のチューブ(65)が、前記骨から所与の距離に突き合わせ部を形成し、前記カニューレ挿入リーマ(80)の前記中空のシャフト(82)が、ストッパー(83)を有し、これにより、前記ストッパー(83)及び突き合わせ部が、リーマ処理の深さを制限するために共に作用する、請求項1又は2に記載の器具のアセンブリ。
- 前記リーマ処理器具(60)の前記第1のチューブ(61)及び前記第2のチューブ(65)が、互いに平行である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の器具のアセンブリ。
- 前記ピン(40)をさらに備え、前記ピン(40)の第1のピンが、関節窩インプラントの所定の中心に配置され、前記ピン(40)の第2のピンが、関節窩から離れて配置される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の器具のアセンブリ。
- 前記リーマ端部(81)が、所定の関節窩インプラントサイズに応じたサイズにされている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の器具のアセンブリ。
- 前記ピン(40)の一方にスライドしてかぶさって、リーマ処理の後の前記リーマ処理器具(60)の除去の後に前記ピン(40)に沿ってスライドされるように構成されたガイドチューブ(101)と、前記骨のリーマ処理された表面と整列されるように前記ガイドチューブ(101)から離間されたガイドブラケット(105)と、を有する打ち込みガイド(100)をさらに備え、前記ガイドブラケット(105)が、インパクターツール(110)のシャフト(111)を受け入れるように構成されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の器具のアセンブリ。
- 前記ガイドブラケット(105)が、前記インパクターツール(110)の前記シャフト(111)を受け入れるように構成された側方開口部を有する、請求項7に記載の器具のアセンブリ。
- 前記ガイドチューブ(101)が、前記骨及びピン(40)に対する前記打ち込みガイド(100)の回転を防止するために、前記骨に接触するように構成された突き合わせ端部(103)を有する、請求項7又は8に記載の器具のアセンブリ。
- 前記突き合わせ端部(103)が、患者の解剖学的モデルに基づいた少なくとも1つの患者特有の表面を有する、請求項9に記載の器具のアセンブリ。
- 前記インパクターツール(110)をさらに備え、前記インパクターツール(110)が、前記ガイドブラケット(105)に案内可能に係合するための前記シャフト(111)と、インプラントを支持するための端部と、を有する、請求項7〜10のいずれか一項に記載の器具のアセンブリ。
- 前記ピン(40)を配置するためのピン配置の器具(30)をさらに備え、前記ピン配置の器具(30)が、所定の位置で骨を中に受け入れるために前記器具(30)の側方に開かれているフックのような部分を有する解剖学的接触面(31)と、前記解剖学的接触面(31)に接続され、前記器具(30)の長手方向に複数のガイドスロット(34)を形成するドリルガイド(33)であって、前記ガイドスロット(34)の各々が、当該ガイドスロットの全長に亘り当該ドリルガイド(33)内に側方開口部(35)を有し、前記骨の中に配置された前記ピン(40)を前記側方開口部(35)から通過させて、前記側方への前記器具(30)の側方引き出しを可能とするドリルガイド(33)と、前記長手方向に所定のはめあいで各前記ガイドスロット(33)内に取り外し可能に配置されたブッシュ(41)であって、前記ブッシュ(41)がピン配置のため前記ガイドスロット(34)内にあるときに、前記ガイドスロット(34)と共に配列された貫通穴を形成し、且つ、前記長手方向に延びる前記ピン(40)を受け入れるように構成されたブッシュ(41)と、を具備する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の器具のアセンブリ。
- フックのような部分を有する前記解剖学的接触面(31)が、患者の解剖学的モデルに基づく少なくとも1つの患者特有の表面(32)を有する、請求項12に記載の器具のアセンブリ。
- 前記ピン(40)の1つが、予測される再表面化済み関節窩の中心と共に長手方向に配列され、前記ピン(40)のもう1つが、烏口と共に配列された上方関節窩縁に隣接して配置される、又は、前記烏口のベースに配置される、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の器具のアセンブリ。
- 関節窩インプラント(20)をさらに含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の器具のアセンブリ。
