Abstract
Description
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1に係る熱交換素子14を形成する伝熱体3の構成を示す図である。また、図2は、この発明の実施の形態1に係る熱交換素子14における流路板4の構成を示す図である。そして、図3は、この発明の実施の形態1に係る熱交換素子14全体の構成を示す図である。
ここでは、実施の形態2に係る熱交換素子14について説明する。実施の形態2に係る熱交換素子14は、基本的には実施の形態1に係る熱交換素子14と同様の構成である。間隔形成材13の形状が異なる点および伝熱材19を塗布する点が、実施の形態1の熱交換素子14とは異なる。
上述した熱交換素子14では、間隔形成材13が流路板4全面の周囲の縁部分に取り付けられたものであった。ここでは、熱交換素子14の変形例として、流路板4の第1の分離流路部材6と第2の分離流路部材7上にのみ、間隔形成材13を配置したものである。そして、間隔形成材13には、切り欠きが設けられている。
ここでは、実施の形態3に係る熱交換素子14について説明する。実施の形態3に係る熱交換素子14は、基本的には、実施の形態1に係る熱交換素子14と同様の構成である。実施の形態3の熱交換素子14においては、流路板4間に配置する間隔形成材13として、熱発泡性を有する材料を用いる点が、実施の形態1の熱交換素子14と異なる。ここで、熱発泡性を有する材料として、発泡剤を塗料に加えた熱発泡塗料または発泡剤を接着剤に加えた熱発泡接着剤がある。発泡剤としては、熱膨張性中空弾性体微小球、無機発泡剤、ニトロソ系発泡剤、アゾ系発泡剤、スルホニルヒドラジド系発泡剤などがある。接着面積、耐衝撃性および剪断接着力のバランスをとる必要から、発泡硬化時の発泡倍率が、1.2〜5倍、好ましくは、1.5〜3倍とするのがよい。
図10は、この発明の実施の形態4に係る熱交換素子14を有する熱交換換気装置20の構成を示す概略図である。図10に示すように、熱交換換気装置20内には、前述した熱交換素子14が搭載されている。熱交換換気装置20においては、室内の空気外の空気が熱交換素子14を通過することで、熱交換が行われる。また、熱交換換気装置20内部には、排気ファン21および給気ファン22が搭載されている。排気ファン21は、室内から室外に向けて第2の流体11Aを送る。また、給気ファン22は、室外から室内に向けて第1の流体10Aを送る。外気ダクト25は、熱交換素子14の第1の流入口15と連結している。また、給気ダクト26は、熱交換素子14の第1の流出口16と連結している。さらに、還気ダクト27は、熱交換素子14の第2の流入口17と連結している。そして、排気ダクト28は、熱交換素子14の第2の流出口18と連結している。
Claims (11)
- 流路となる複数の流路部材を、接合テープで接合して構成した流路板を複数枚重ねて複数の層にした流路アセンブリを有し、
前記接合テープの厚み以上の厚みを有し、隣接する2つの前記流路アセンブリ間の隙間を埋める間隔形成材を備え、
前記流路部材は、中央流路部材、第1の分離流路部材および第2の分離流路部材を含む熱交換素子。 - 前記間隔形成材は、前記流路板の凹凸に対応した厚みを有する請求項1に記載の熱交換素子。
- 前記流路板は、紙を材料とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の熱交換素子。
- 前記間隔形成材が、可撓性および弾性の少なくとも一方を有する請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換素子。
- 前記間隔形成材が、接着性を有する請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換素子。
- 前記間隔形成材が、熱発泡性を有する請求項5に記載の熱交換素子。
- 前記間隔形成材は、添加された伝熱性フィラーを有する請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換素子。
- 前記間隔形成材は、前記流路板間の一部に設置され、前記流路板の前記間隔形成材が設置されていない部分は、塗布された伝熱材を有する請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換素子。
- 前記間隔形成材は、流体が通過しない素材を有する請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換素子。
- 前記中央流路部材と前記第1の分離流路部材とを、第1の前記接合テープで接合し、
前記中央流路部材と前記第2の分離流路部材とを、第2の前記接合テープで接合する請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換素子。 - 請求項1〜請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換素子を備える熱交換換気装置。
