Description
前記ガスケット本体は、平板状の基部と、前記基部の幅方向端部に設けられたシール部とを一体に有し、
前記補強体は、平板状に形成され、その厚みを前記基部の厚みより小さく設定され、前記基部の厚み方向一面で表面露出するかたちにて前記基部に埋設され、
前記補強体には、前記ガスケット本体を成形する金型に対する当該補強体の平面上の位置決めをなすための位置決め用穴が設けられているガスケットを製造する方法であって、
前記金型は、前記ガスケット本体を成形するキャビティと、前記キャビティに成形材料を注入する成形材料注入口とを有し、
前記成形材料注入口を、前記位置決め用穴をもって前記キャビティ内の定位置にセットされた前記補強体と平面上重なる位置に開口し、
前記成形材料注入口から前記キャビティへ成形材料を注入するときの注入圧によって前記補強体を前記キャビティの内面に押し付けながら成形材料の注入を行なうことを特徴とする。

Claims (1)
- ゴム状弾性体よりなるガスケット本体と、前記ガスケット本体より剛性の高い材質よりなる補強体とを有し、
前記ガスケット本体は、平板状の基部と、前記基部の幅方向端部に設けられたシール部とを一体に有し、
前記補強体は、平板状に形成され、その厚みを前記基部の厚みより小さく設定され、前記基部の厚み方向一面で表面露出するかたちにて前記基部に埋設され、
前記補強体には、前記ガスケット本体を成形する金型に対する当該補強体の平面上の位置決めをなすための位置決め用穴が設けられているガスケットを製造する方法であって、
前記金型は、前記ガスケット本体を成形するキャビティと、前記キャビティに成形材料を注入する成形材料注入口とを有し、
前記成形材料注入口を、前記位置決め用穴をもって前記キャビティ内の定位置にセットされた前記補強体と平面上重なる位置に開口し、
前記成形材料注入口から前記キャビティへ成形材料を注入するときの注入圧によって前記補強体を前記キャビティの内面に押し付けながら成形材料の注入を行なうことを特徴とするガスケットの製造方法。
