Claims (10)
- 中空金属部品の製造方法であって、
形成工具を設けるステップと、
第1の側と裏側とを備え、該裏側が前記工具と接触する1以上のコアを用意するステップと、
第1の金属溶射プロセスを利用して、1以上の金属又は金属合金をコアの第1の側に施工して、第1の側と裏側とを備える部分的に形成された構造体を得るステップと、
第2の金属溶射プロセスを利用して、1以上の金属又は金属合金を部分的に形成された構造体の裏側とコアの裏側に施工して、凹側面と凸側面とを備える構造体を得るステップと
を含む、方法。 - 部分的に形成された構造体内にコアを保持しながら、部分的に形成された構造体から工具を除去して、部分的に形成された構造体及びコアのそれぞれの裏側を露出させるステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 中空金属部品の製造方法であって、
第1の側と裏側とを備える1以上のコアを用意するステップと、
第1の金属溶射プロセスを利用して、1以上の金属又は金属合金をコアの第1の側に施工して、第1の側と裏側とを備える部分的に形成された構造体を得るステップと、
第2の金属溶射プロセスを利用して、1以上の金属又は金属合金を部分的に形成された構造体の裏側とコアの裏側に施工して、凹側面と凸側面とを備える構造体を得るステップと
を含み、
複数のコアが互いに離間した関係で設けられ、1以上の金属又は金属合金が複数のコア間に施されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記構造体が緻密化プロセスを受ける、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- コアを除去するためのステップをさらに含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- コアが緻密化プロセス後に除去される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 第1の金属溶射プロセスを利用する前に、工具、コア又はこれらの組合せを密封することをさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 複数の金属、金属合金又はこれらの組合せが、第1の金属溶射プロセスで利用される、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 複数の金属、金属合金又はこれらの組合せが、第2の金属溶射プロセスで利用される、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記構造体を仕上げ加工するためのステップをさらに含む、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
