Claims (6)
- 媒体中のスラリーの泡沫浮遊選鉱分離の性能を向上させる方法であって、
スラリーに、疎水性の反応生成物および界面活性剤を含む組成物を添加するステップと、
スラリーをスパージすることにより泡沫を形成し、スラリーから前記疎水性の反応生成物が付着した微粉を含む泡沫を取り出すステップと
を含み、
前記疎水性の反応生成物が、不飽和のポリカルボン酸、そのエステル、その無水物、そのハロゲン化アシル、その塩、そのアミド、またはそのブレンドと、400から10,000ダルトンの範囲の分子量を有するポリオレフィンとの反応生成物であり、
前記不飽和のポリカルボン酸が、マレイン酸またはフマル酸であり、
前記ポリオレフィンが、1−ブテン、2−ブテン、イソブテンまたはそれらの組合せから誘導されたものであり、
前記界面活性剤が線状アルキル基またはアルキレン基とリン酸基とを含むアルキルリン酸エステルである、

前記希釈剤が、アルコール、ケトン、カルボン酸、カルボン酸のエステル、脂肪族、テルペン系、パラフィン系、イソパラフィン系およびオレフィン系の炭化水素、アルコールおよびグリコールのエーテル、ならびにそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される1品目であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、前記スラリーが粉砕された石炭を含有することを特徴とする方法。
