Claims (4)

前記スロットを有する前記複合パネルを、前記スロットの長軸周りに曲げることによって屈曲部を形成すること、を含み、
前記湾曲フランジは、屈曲用スロット幅より大きい屈曲許容幅を有しており、
前記屈曲用スロット幅は、前記複合パネルを曲げることにより前記屈曲部を形成した結果、前記第1の積層体の端部が互いに接触しないように設定されている、方法。 - 前記スロットを形成する工程は、工具を用いて前記スロットを切削することを含み、前記工具は、前記屈曲許容幅及び前記屈曲用スロット幅に対応した形状を有するカッターである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記スロットは、前記第1の積層体及び前記フィラー層に形成されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1の複合層と、
フィラー層と、
第2の複合層と、を備える装置であって、前記第1の複合層及び前記フィラー層には、湾曲フランジを有するスロットが設けられているとともに、前記第1の複合層、前記フィラー層、及び前記第2の複合層は、複合パネルを形成しており、
前記湾曲フランジを有する前記スロットは、屈曲用スロット幅より大きい屈曲許容幅を有しており、
前記屈曲用スロット幅は、前記複合パネルを曲げることにより屈曲部を形成した結果、前記第1の複合層の端部が互いに接触しないように設定されている、装置。
