Description
被検者の体表面心電図を取得する第一取得部と、
前記被検者の心臓の心室内の心内心電図を取得する第二取得部と、
前記心内心電図に対して周波数解析を行う解析部と、
を備え、
前記解析部は、
前記体表面心電図の単位波形に基づいて、前記心内心電図における前記周波数解析の解析範囲を設定する範囲設定部と、
前記解析範囲内において前記心内心電図に対して周波数解析を行い、当該心内心電図における局所異常電位(LAVA)の割合を示す指標値を演算する演算部と、
を有する。
準備段階として、記録ユニットAの電極が被検者の体表面(四肢、胸部等)に装着される。また、記録ユニットBの心臓カテーテルが被検者の心室内に挿入されマッピングポイントに電極が留置される。なお、心臓カテーテルの電極が留置されるマッピングポイントの位置は、各マッピングポイントにおける心電図解析が終了する毎に移動される。
図2(b)は、心内心電図31A(図2(a)参照)の解析範囲11における周波数分布を示す。また、図3(b)は、心内心電図31B(図3(a)参照)の解析範囲11における周波数分布を示す。2つの周波数分布を比較すると、心室波32の電位変動に局所異常電位33が融合している心内心電図31Aの周波数分布(図2(a))の方が心室波34の電位変動のみの(局所異常電位が出現していない)心内心電図31Bの周波数分布(図3(b))よりも高周波成分を多く含んでいることが分かる。
Claims (6)
- 被検者の体表面心電図を取得する第一取得部と、
前記被検者の心臓の心室内の心内心電図を取得する第二取得部と、
前記心内心電図に対して周波数解析を行う解析部と、
を備え、
前記解析部は、
前記体表面心電図の単位波形に基づいて、前記心内心電図における前記周波数解析の解析範囲を設定する範囲設定部と、
前記解析範囲内において前記心内心電図に対して周波数解析を行い、当該心内心電図における局所異常電位の割合を示す指標値を演算する演算部と、
を有する、
心電図解析装置。 - 前記範囲設定部によって設定された前記解析範囲は、操作者から操作に基づいて調整可能である、請求項1に記載の心電図解析装置。
- 表示部と、
前記表示部の表示内容を制御する表示制御部と、
を備え、
前記表示制御部は、前記表示部に、操作者によって調整された後の前記解析範囲に基づく前記指標値を、複数同時に表示させる、
請求項2に記載の心電図解析装置。 - 表示部と、
前記表示部の表示内容を制御する表示制御部と、
を備え、
前記表示制御部は、前記表示部に、連続して演算された前記指標値を、複数同時に表示させる、
請求項1に記載の心電図解析装置。 - 前記指標値に基づいて、心室の測定部位が異常部位であるか否かを判別し、当該異常部位を正常部位とは異なる表示態様で表示する可視化データを生成する生成部を備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の心電図解析装置。
- 前記第一取得部が前記体表面心電図を取得するタイミングと前記第二取得部が前記心内心電図を取得するタイミングとが同期している、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の心電図解析装置。
