Description
Claims (10)
- 材料を吐出する複数のインクジェットと共に構成され、造形材料を落として3次元の物体を形成するよう構成される、印刷ヘッドと、
前記印刷ヘッドの向かい側の位置に、前記印刷ヘッドから吐出される材料の熱に晒されることにより変色する感熱下地を移動させて、前記印刷ヘッドから吐出される材料を受け取るよう構成され、複数の感熱下地を供給可能な、感熱下地の供給部と、
支持部材であって、当該支持部材を回転可能にする回転軸を含む支持部材と、
前記支持部材に動作可能に接続するアクチュエータと、
前記感熱下地の位置の光学密度に対応する電気信号を生成するよう構成される光学センサと、
前記光学センサに動作可能に接続して、材料が吐出される前記感熱下地の向かい側の位置に前記光学センサを移動させるアクチュエータと、
前記光学センサに接続するアクチュエータ、前記光学センサ、前記支持部材に接続するアクチュエータ、および前記印刷ヘッドに操作可能に接続する制御装置であって、他のアクチュエータを操作して、1枚の感熱下地を前記複数の感熱下地から前記印刷ヘッドの向かい側の前記位置の支持部材上に移動させ、前記印刷ヘッドを操作して各インクジェットから所定の数の材料の小滴を前記感熱下地上に吐出させ、インクジェットごとに、前記所定の数の材料の小滴により、前記感熱下地の上にテストドットの形成を可能にし、前記光学センサに接続するアクチュエータを操作して前記光学センサを前記感熱下地の向かい側の位置に移動させ、前記感熱下地上の複数の位置での前記感熱下地の光学密度に対応する、前記光学センサから受け取られたデータを参照して、前記印刷ヘッド内の動作不能インクジェットを特定し、前記支持部材に接続するアクチュエータを操作して、前記回転軸を中心に前記支持部材を回転させて、前記感熱下地を前記支持部材から落とすことができるよう構成される制御装置と、を含むプリンタ。 - 前記支持部材から落ちる感熱下地を受け取るよう配置される回収トレイをさらに含む請求項1に記載のプリンタ。
- 前記回収トレイが、前記プリンタに着脱可能に構成されて、前記回収トレイから前記感熱下地を取り除けるようにする、請求項2に記載のプリンタ。
- 前記制御装置が、前記アクチュエータを操作して、前記光学センサを前記感熱下地の向かい側の前記位置から離すようさらに構成される、請求項1に記載のプリンタ。
- 前記制御装置が、前記感熱下地の前記光学密度に対応する前記データを参照して、所定のサイズの材料の小滴を吐出していないインクジェットを特定するようさらに構成される、請求項1に記載のプリンタ。
- 造形材料を落として3次元の物体を形成するよう構成される印刷ヘッドと、
前記印刷ヘッドから吐出される材料の熱に晒されることにより変色する複数の感熱下地を供給可能な、感熱下地の供給部と、
支持部材であって、当該支持部材を回転可能にするよう構成される回転軸を含む支持部材と、
前記支持部材に動作可能に接続するアクチュエータと、
前記感熱下地上の材料の小滴の領域に対応する電気信号のデータを生成するよう構成される光学センサと、
前記光学センサに動作可能に接続して、材料が吐出された前記感熱下地の向かい側の位置に前記光学センサを移動させるアクチュエータと、
前記光学センサに接続する前記アクチュエータ、前記光学センサ、前記支持部材に接続する前記アクチュエータ、および前記印刷ヘッドに操作可能に接続する制御装置であって、他のアクチュエータを操作して、1枚の感熱下地を前記複数の感熱下地から前記印刷ヘッドの向かい側の前記位置の前記支持部材上に移動し、前記印刷ヘッドを操作して、各インクジェットから所定の数の材料の小滴を前記感熱下地上に吐出させ、インクジェットごとに、前記所定の数の材料の小滴により、前記感熱下地の上にテストドットの形成を可能にし、前記光学センサに接続する前記アクチュエータを操作して前記光学センサを前記感熱下地の向かい側の位置に移動させ、前記感熱下地上の複数の位置での前記感熱下地の光学密度に対応する、前記光学センサから受け取られたデータを参照して、前記印刷ヘッド内の動作不能インクジェットを特定し、前記支持部材に接続する前記アクチュエータを操作して、前記回転軸を中心に前記支持部材を回転させて、前記支持部材から感熱下地を落とすことができるように構成される制御装置と、を含む装置。 - 前記支持部材から落ちる感熱下地を受け取るよう配置される回収トレイをさらに含む請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記回収トレイが、前記プリンタに着脱可能に構成されて、前記回収トレイから前記感熱下地を取り除けるようにする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置が、前記アクチュエータを操作して、前記光学センサを前記感熱下地の向かい側の前記位置から離すようさらに構成される、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置が、前記感熱下地の前記光学密度に対応する前記データを参照して、所定のサイズの材料の小滴を吐出していないインクジェットを特定するようさらに構成される、請求項6に記載の装置。
