1)静脈還流が塞がれることにより心拍出量が減少し、
2)脳の静脈還流が妨げられることによる脳浮腫、
3)静脈流を止めておける時間を長くすべきではないので、主要な病理処置(静脈に侵入した腫瘍の除去及び静脈の修復)のために残される時間が短い。
本詳細な説明において、本発明の血管バイパスによる血流を維持するカテーテル及び血管修復法の好ましい実施の形態は、何ら限定的影響を及ぼすことなく本発明の理解を深めるために記述される。

Claims (2)
- 両端が開放された、血管バイパスによって血流を維持するカテーテル装置(1)であって、
血管内に配置された、血管の両端に近接する各位置の1つのバルーン(3)と、
前記バルーン(3)上に配置された保護層(4)と、
前記バルーン(3)の収縮膨張を可能とし、第1経路(2)に隣接して接着された一体構造管の形状を有し、その一方の開放端が前記バルーン(3)内で終端する、第2経路(5)と、
前記第2経路(5)の後端と一体構造の逆止弁装置(7)であって、前記バルーン(3)の膨張収縮のために注入装置で物質を供給する逆止弁装置(7)と、
前記第1経路(2)及び第2経路(5)を外部から包囲し、圧縮されたときの流路閉塞を阻止する保護セグメント(6)であって、前記バルーン(3)の後端から前記カテーテル装置(1)の後側まで様々な長さを有し、前記第1経路(2)及び前記第2経路(5)と共に一体構造の保護セグメント(6)と、
前記カテーテル装置(1)が前記血管から抜けるのを防止し、又は、カテーテル装置(1)が移動するのを防止するカバー(8)であって、前記カテーテル装置(1)の本体側部に位置し、前記バルーン(3)の背後に配置され、前記カテーテル装置(1)の本体より広いので前記カテーテル装置(1)上を移動可能であり、両端が開放された可撓性構造を有するカバー(8)と、
前記カバーを適所に固定するために使用されるクランプ装置(9)と、
両端が開放した管状の少なくとも1つの第3経路(10)であって、一端が第1経路(2)内に位置し、他端が第1経路(2)の外に位置し、液体又は空気を汲み出すために使用される第3経路(10)と、
第3経路(10)の外側後端と一体化され、外部注入装置と前記カテーテル装置を連結する接続装置(11)と、
を有し、
前記血管の血管壁(13)の両側から前記バルーン(3)と前記カバー(8)によって前記血管壁(13)を挟むことで前記カテーテル装置(1)を固定することを特徴とするカテーテル装置(1)。 - 前記カバー(8)及びクランプ装置(9)が互いに結合されるか、あるいは、一体構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル装置(1)。
