Claims (7)
- 熱エネルギーを力学的エネルギーに変換するように構成されたガスタービンと、
ガスタービンのシャフトに接続されたシャフトを有する遠心性コンプレッサと、
ガスタービンのシャフトに接続し、合成油によって動作するように構成された補助ギアボックスと、
前記ガスタービンと前記遠心性コンプレッサに合成油を供給するように構成された単一のリューブポンプと、
を備える、ターボコンプレッサトレインであって、
前記ガスタービン、前記遠心性コンプレッサ、および単一のリューブポンプのそれぞれは、前記単一のリューブポンプによって潤滑される転がり軸受のみを有し、
前記ターボコンプレッサトレインはさらに、前記転がり軸受のアキシャル方向スラストに対するスラスト均衡システムを有する、
ターボコンプレッサトレイン。 - 前記ガスタービンは、
空気を圧縮するように構成されたコンプレッサと、
コンプレッサから圧縮空気を受け取り、該圧縮空気を燃料と混合した後にこれに点火するように構成された燃焼室と、
燃焼室から高温気体を受け取り該高温気体の熱エネルギーを回転運動に変換するように構成されたエキスパンダと、
を備えている、請求項1に記載のトレイン。 - 該トレインのあらゆる構成要素で鉱物油が用いられていない、請求項1または2に記載のトレイン。
- 前記ガスタービンはアキシャルエキスパンダを含む、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のトレイン。
- ガスタービンのシャフトと遠心性コンプレッサのシャフトを機械的に接続するように構成されたギアボックスをさらに備える、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のトレイン。
- 熱エネルギーを力学的エネルギーに変換するように構成されたガスタービンと、
ガスタービンのシャフトに接続されたシャフトを有する発電機と、
ガスタービンのシャフトと接続している補助ギアボックスであって、合成油によって動作するように構成された補助ギアボックスと、
前記ガスタービンと前記発電機に合成油を供給するように構成された単一のリューブポンプと、
を備える、ターボコンプレッサトレインであって、
前記ガスタービン、前記発電機、および単一のリューブポンプのそれぞれは、前記単一のリューブポンプによって潤滑される転がり軸受のみを有し、
前記ターボコンプレッサトレインはさらに、前記転がり軸受のアキシャル方向スラストに対するスラスト均衡システムを有する、
ターボコンプレッサトレイン。 - ターボコンプレッサトレインを組み上げるための方法であって、
ガスタービンを遠心性コンプレッサに機械的に接続する工程と、
ガスタービンのシャフトを補助ギアボックスに接続する工程と、
前記ガスタービンと前記遠心性コンプレッサに、合成油を供給するように構成された単一のリューブポンプを接続する工程と、
ガスタービン、遠心性コンプレッサ、および単一のリューブポンプの各々に、前記単一のリューブポンプによって潤滑される転がり軸受のみを提供する工程と、
前記転がり軸受のアキシャル方向スラストに対するスラスト均衡システムを提供する工程と、
を含む、方法。
