Claims (14)

手術用ハンドピースと、
前記手術用ハンドピースに移動可能に取り付けられたイメージングユニットと、
前記手術用ハンドピースに関する前記イメージングユニットの位置を検知または検出するためのセンサおよび/または検出器と、
患者の頭蓋骨、顔面骨、歯または複数の歯に取付可能なマーカー部材と
を備え、
前記マーカー部材は、前記イメージングユニットにより検出可能な複数のマーカーエレメントを有する、ことを特徴とするナビゲーションシステム。 - 前記イメージングユニットは、前記手術用ハンドピースに関する、複数の位置でロック可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のナビゲーションシステム。
- 前記イメージングユニットは、前記手術用ハンドピースに関して回転可能となるように、前記手術用ハンドピースに回転可能に取り付けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のナビゲーションシステム。

前記イメージングユニットのイメージングデータを処理するための処理ユニットと、
前記手術用ハンドピースに関して前記イメージングユニットを移動するための駆動エレメントと
を備え、
前記マーカー部材は、前記イメージングユニットにより検出可能な複数のマーカーエレメントを有する、ことを特徴とし、
前記ナビゲーションシステムの作動方法は、
前記イメージングユニットが、手術が実行される領域の少なくとも一部をイメージングする工程と、
前記イメージングユニットが複数のマーカーエレメントを検出したか否かを、前記処理ユニットが判定する工程と、
前記イメージングユニットが前記複数のマーカーエレメントを検出しなかったと前記処理ユニットが判定した場合、前記イメージングユニットが前記複数のマーカーエレメントを検出する位置まで、前記駆動エレメントが、前記手術用ハンドピースに関して前記イメージングユニットを移動させる工程と
