Claims (6)
- a)経皮的な棘突起間移植用の寸法および構成にされ、縦軸、内部空洞、および対向する近位および遠位端部部分を規定する細長い本体;
b)前記本体の前記内部空洞内に収容される第1の位置と、前記本体の前記内部空洞から展開して棘突起に係合する第2の位置との間で、動くように取り付けられた、一対の、横方向に対向する係合部材であって、各係合部材は中心ハブを含み、これらの中心ハブは、前記本体の前記縦軸に垂直に延びる共通のハブ軸を規定し、かつ内側に向かって延在するクランク・ピンを有し、前記2つの中心ハブの前記内側に向かって延在するクランク・ピンは、前記ハブ軸から半径方向にオフセットしかつ前記ハブ軸の周りで互いに円周方向に離間している、係合部材;および
c)前記本体の前記内部空洞内でその前記縦軸に沿って軸方向に動くように取り付けられ、かつ前記係合部材の前記2つの中心ハブの前記円周方向に離間している内側に向かって延在するクランク・ピンと協働するように位置決めされた上部および下部ヨークを有する遠位作動部分を含む、細長いドライブ・シャフトであって、これにより、前記ドライブ・シャフトが軸方向に動くことによって、前記ハブ軸の周りのそれぞれのアーチ状経路を通って前記2つのクランク・ピンを移動させ、前記横方向に対向する係合部材の前記ハブ軸の周りでの、対応する回転運動を生じる、ドライブ・シャフト

- 前記本体の前記縦軸に沿ってその前記内部空洞内で前記ドライブ・シャフトを軸方向に動かす手段をさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載の棘突起間インプラント。
- 前記本体の前記縦軸に沿ってその前記内部空洞内で前記ドライブ・シャフトを軸方向に動かす回転可能なキャップをさらに含み、
このキャップは、前記本体の前記近位端部部分と動作可能に関連付けられ、かつ前記ドライブ・シャフトのネジ付きシャフト部分を受け入れるように構成されたネジ穴を有し、これにより、前記キャップが回転することによって、前記本体の前記内部空洞内で、前記ドライブ・シャフトの、対応する軸方向運動を生じる、請求項1又は2に記載の棘突起間インプラント。 - 前記本体の前記縦軸に沿ってその前記内部空洞内で前記ドライブ・シャフトを軸方向に動かすラチェット・アセンブリをさらに含み、
このラチェット・アセンブリは、前記本体の前記近位端部部分と動作可能に関連付けられ、かつ前記ドライブ・シャフトの近位端部に係合された軸方向に前進可能なラックと、前記内部空洞内に保持された爪付きリングとを有し、これにより、前記爪付きリングに対してラックが軸方向に前進することによって、前記本体の前記内部空洞内で、前記ドライブ・シャフトの、対応する軸方向運動を生じる、請求項1又は2に記載の棘突起間インプラント。 - 前記本体インプラントに構造的剛性をもたすために、前記本体の前記遠位端部部分に取り付けられたノーズ・コーン・アセンブリをさらに含む、請求項1乃至5いずれかに記載の棘突起間インプラント。
