Claims (7)
- 樹脂部材と、前記樹脂部材の上下面を覆うように成形されたゴム部材と、を有し、
前記ゴム部材の少なくとも一方の面側に、前記樹脂部材に通じる複数の穴が形成されており、
前記穴は、前記ゴム部材の成形時に、前記樹脂部材を成形金型との間で空間を空けた状態で支持するピンの抜け穴であり、
前記ゴム部材の外周端は、前記一方の面から突出する突出部を構成しており、前記穴は、前記突出部の突出面に沿って形成されていることを特徴とする複合成形品。 - 前記複数の穴は、前記樹脂部材の外周端に沿って等間隔に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合成形品。
- 前記外周端は、屈曲した折り曲げ部を構成し、前記折り曲げ部の位置で前記ゴム部材は、前記一方の面から突出する前記突出部を構成していることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の複合成形品。
- 前記突出面には、周方向に沿って幅寸法が広い幅広部が等間隔に形成されており、前記幅広部に前記穴が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の複合成形品。
- 前記突出部の内側壁面が、別部材のガイド面として機能することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の複合成形品。
- 前記複合成形品は、ダイヤフラムであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の複合成形品。
- 樹脂部材と、前記樹脂部材の上下面を覆うように成形されたゴム部材と、を有する複合成形品の製造方法であって、
前記樹脂部材を、成形金型内に設置し、このとき、前記樹脂部材の外周端の下面に複数のピンを当てて、前記樹脂部材の下面を前記成形金型との間で空間を空けた状態で支持する工程、
前記成形金型内にゴム材を注入し、前記樹脂部材の前記上下面を覆うように前記ゴム部材を成形し、このとき、前記樹脂部材の外周端の位置に突出部が形成されるように前記ゴム部材を成形する工程、
前記成形金型を取り外す工程、を有することを特徴とする複合成形品の製造方法。
