Claims (9)
- バッテリー管理システムであって、
自身が管理する二次電池セルの故障診断又は自己故障診断を実施して異常発生如何に関する信号を出力するN個のバッテリー管理ユニットであって、そのうち第1バッテリー管理ユニットが、データ伝送準備区間でローロジックレベルの電圧を有し、データ伝送区間でハイロジックレベルの電圧を有するADSYNC信号を出力する、N個のバッテリー管理ユニットと、
前記N個のバッテリー管理ユニットが出力した異常発生如何に関する信号のうち少なくとも1つが正常状態を示すとき又は前記ADSYNC信号がハイロジックレベルの電圧を有するときを検出し、ローロジックレベルの電圧を出力する第1信号検出部と、
前記N個のバッテリー管理ユニットが出力した異常発生如何に関する信号のうち少なくとも1つが異常発生を示すとき又は前記ADSYNC信号がローロジックレベルの電圧を有するときを検出し、ハイロジックレベルの電圧を出力する第2信号検出部と、
前記第1信号検出部から出力されたローロジックレベルの電圧によってターンオンされる第Aスイッチと、
前記第2信号検出部から出力されたハイロジックレベルの電圧によってターンオンされる第Bスイッチと、
前記第Aスイッチと前記第Bスイッチとの間に電気的に直列に接続され、前記第Aスイッチと前記第Bスイッチとが同時にターンオンされたときに信号を出力する信号出力部と、を含むことを特徴とするバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記第1信号検出部は、
前記N個のバッテリー管理ユニットから出力された異常発生如何に関する信号を受信して論理値を出力する第1AND論理ゲートと、
前記第1バッテリー管理ユニットから出力されたADSYNC信号を受信して論理値を出力するNOT論理ゲートと、
前記第1AND論理ゲート及び前記NOT論理ゲートから出力された論理値を受信して論理値を出力する第2AND論理ゲートと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記N個のバッテリー管理ユニットは、自身が管理する二次電池セルまたは自身に異常が発生したとき、ローロジックレベルの電圧を出力し、
前記第1信号検出部は、前記N個のバッテリー管理ユニットと前記第1AND論理ゲートとの間に電気的に直列に接続されたNOT論理ゲートをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記第2信号検出部は、
前記N個のバッテリー管理ユニットから出力された異常発生如何に関する信号を受信して論理値を出力する第1OR論理ゲートと、
前記第1バッテリー管理ユニットから出力されたADSYNC信号を受信して論理値を出力するNOT論理ゲートと、
前記第1OR論理ゲート及び前記NOT論理ゲートから出力された論理値を受信して論理値を出力する第2OR論理ゲートと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記N個のバッテリー管理ユニットは、自身が管理する二次電池セルに異常が発生したとき、ローロジックレベルの電圧を出力し、
前記第2信号検出部は、前記N個のバッテリー管理ユニットと前記第1OR論理ゲートとの間に電気的に直列に接続されたNOT論理ゲートをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記信号出力部は、オプトカプラであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記N個のバッテリー管理ユニットは、
前記ADSYNC信号のデータ伝送準備区間が始まる部分、前記ADSYNC信号のデータ伝送区間が始まる部分及び前記ADSYNC信号のデータ伝送区間で伝送される複数のデータが始まる部分にインデックスパルスを出力することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記インデックスパルスは、ローロジックレベルの電圧を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 請求項1ないし8のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理システムと、
前記バッテリー管理システムの前記信号出力部を通じて前記バッテリー管理システムの異常発生如何に関する信号を受信し、それを処理する判断部を有する外部装置と、を含むことを特徴とするバッテリー駆動システム。
