Description
本願の発明者は、高強度のホウ素不含かつシリコン不含のろう付け合金を粉末状にして超合金材料の修復に用いることに成功した。しかし本願の発明者は、この高強度のろう付け合金を箔として製造するのは、その強度および脆性のため困難であることを発見した。
Claims (7)
- それぞれクロムニッケル合金を含む上部層および底部層と、
前記上部層と前記底部層との間に配置された、純粋金属の中間層と
を有し、
前記上部層および底部層はそれぞれ、5〜22%がCr、残部がNiである組成を有する合金を含み、
前記純粋金属は、ハフニウムまたはジルコニウムである、
ことを特徴とするろう箔。 - 前記上部層および前記底部層は、それぞれ前記中間層との界面において共晶点付近合金を形成するように選定されている、
請求項1記載のろう箔。 - クロムニッケル合金層と、
前記クロムニッケル合金層に接するように配置された純粋金属の層と
を有するろう箔であって、
前記クロムニッケル合金層は、5〜22%がCrであり、残部がNiである組成を有し、
前記純粋金属は、ハフニウムおよびジルコニウムの群から選択される
ことを特徴とするろう箔。 - 前記クロムニッケル合金層は、前記純粋金属の層との界面において共晶点付近合金を形成するのに有効な組成を有する、
請求項3記載のろう箔。 - 前記クロムニッケル合金層は第1のクロムニッケル合金層であり、
前記ろう箔はさらに第2のクロムニッケル合金層を有し、
前記第2のクロムニッケル合金層は、前記純粋金属の層の、前記第1のクロムニッケル合金層とは反対側の面に接するように配置されている、
請求項3記載のろう箔。 - 前記純粋金属の層はハフニウムである、
請求項3記載のろう箔。 - 前記純粋金属の層はジルコニウムである、
