Description
Claims (21)
- 複数の個々の長さの細長い繊維強化材料を物品に塗布するための複合材料レイアップ機であって、前記レイアップ機が、
支持ヘッドと、
複数の個々の長さの細長い繊維強化材料を断つための、前記支持ヘッドによって保持される切断機構であって、前記切断機構が、
前記支持ヘッドに取り外し可能に取り付けられたカセットと、
前記カセットから分離され、かつ、前記支持ヘッドに結合されて前記支持ヘッドに対して移動可能な複数の切断要素と、
前記カセットに静的に設置された複数の対応する反作用要素と、
を備え、
各切断要素が、それぞれの切断要素と反作用要素がそれらの間に形成されたニップを通って延びる或る長さの細長い繊維強化材料を断つように協働する切断ストロークを行うべく対応する反作用要素に対して変位可能である、
切断機構と、
を備える、複合材料レイアップ機。 - 前記切断機構が、前記反作用要素を前記切断要素から分離するために前記カセットを前記支持ヘッドから取り外すことができるように構成される、請求項1に記載の複合材料レイアップ機。
- 前記反作用要素が、前記カセットに取り外し可能に設置される、請求項1又は2に記載の複合材料レイアップ機。
- 前記切断要素が、前記反作用要素よりも硬い材料からなる、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料レイアップ機。
- 前記カセットが、複数の誘導ダクトを備え、各反作用要素が、前記反作用要素と対応する切断要素との間のニップから離れるように前記繊維強化材料を誘導するように構成されたそれぞれの誘導ダクトに隣接して配置される、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料レイアップ機。
- 各誘導ダクトが、ダクト入口開口部からダクト出口開口部にテーパする外形を有する、請求項5に記載の複合材料レイアップ機。
- 前記カセットが、前記カセットから離れるように前記個々の長さの繊維強化材料を誘導するように構成された出口誘導ローラを備える、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料レイアップ機。
- 各反作用要素が切れ刃を有し、各切断要素が切れ刃を有する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料レイアップ機。
- 各切断要素の切れ刃が、切断ストロークにおいて前記切断要素と前記反作用要素がはさみの作用で協働するように、対応する反作用要素の切れ刃に対して傾斜している、請求項8に記載の複合材料レイアップ機。
- 各反作用要素の切れ刃が、切断ストロークにおいて対応する切断要素の切れ刃がたどる経路に触れる、請求項8又は9に記載の複合材料レイアップ機。
- 前記反作用要素が平らである、請求項8乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料レイアップ機。
- 前記カセットが、各反作用要素の切れ刃を対応する切断要素の方に弾性的に偏向することができる調整手段をさらに備える、請求項11に記載の複合材料レイアップ機。
- 前記調整手段が、各反作用要素につき1つである複数の調整ねじを含み、各調整ねじが、その反作用要素に作用するように調整されて、これにより、前記切れ刃を偏向することができる、請求項12に記載の複合材料レイアップ機。
- 複数の反作用要素は、少なくとも1つの列に、隣り合わせて配置される、請求項8乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料レイアップ機。
- 反作用要素の2つの列がある、請求項14に記載の複合材料レイアップ機。
- 反作用要素の第1の列の切れ刃が、反作用要素の第2の列の切れ刃に面する、請求項15に記載の複合材料レイアップ機。
- 少なくとも2つの反作用要素が、前記カセットに取り外し可能に設置されたホルダによって前記カセットに設置され、前記少なくとも2つの反作用要素のそれぞれが、前記ホルダに個々に取り外し可能に設置される、請求項8乃至16のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料レイアップ機。
- 2つのホルダがあり、反作用要素の各列がそれぞれのホルダに対応する、請求項15に従属する場合の請求項17に記載の複合材料レイアップ機。
- 各切断要素が、ピボット軸を中心としてピボット運動可能な別個の細長いアームに結合され、前記細長いアームが、切断ストローク中に円弧状経路に沿って前記切断要素を動かすように配列される、請求項8乃至18のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料レイアップ機。
- 各切断要素の切れ刃が、対応するピボット軸に平行であり、各反作用要素の切れ刃が、対応するピボット軸に対して傾斜している、請求項19に記載の複合材料レイアップ機。
- 複数の個々の長さの細長い繊維強化材料を物品に塗布するための複合材料レイアップ機であって、前記レイアップ機が、
支持ヘッドと、
複数の個々の長さの細長い繊維強化材料を断つための、前記支持ヘッドによって保持される切断機構であって、前記切断機構が、
前記支持ヘッドに結合され、かつ、前記支持ヘッドに対して移動可能な複数の切断要素と、
前記支持ヘッドに取り外し可能に取り付けられたカセットであって、それに静的に設置されたそれぞれが切れ刃を有する複数の対応する反作用要素を有するカセットと、
を備え、複数の反作用要素は前記カセットに取り外し可能に設置され、前記カセットが、
ダクト入口開口部からダクト出口開口部にテーパするそれぞれの外形をそれぞれが有する複数の誘導ダクトであって、各反作用要素が、前記反作用要素と対応する切断要素との間のニップから離れるように前記繊維強化材料を誘導するように構成されたそれぞれの誘導ダクトに隣接して配置される、複数の誘導ダクトと、
各反作用要素の切れ刃を対応する切断要素の方に弾性的に偏向することができる調整手段と、
を備え、
各切断要素が、それぞれの切断要素と反作用要素がそれらの間に形成されたニップを通って延びる或る長さの細長い繊維強化材料を断つように協働する切断ストロークを行うべく対応する反作用要素に対して変位可能である、
切断機構と、
を備える、複合材料レイアップ機。
