Claims (8)
- 第1複合材と第2複合材とを接合するために用いられるフィルム接着剤を塊状に形成するフィルム形成工程と、
塊状に形成された前記フィルム接着剤を、前記第1複合材と前記第2複合材とにより形成されるコーナー部に配置する配置工程と、
前記フィルム接着剤を硬化処理して、前記コーナー部にコーナーフィレット部を形成する硬化工程と、を備え、
前記フィルム接着剤は、前記第1複合材と前記第2複合材との間から前記コーナー部に向かって連続しており、
前記コーナーフィレット部は、前記第1複合材と前記第2複合材との間から露出した前記フィルム接着剤の余剰部により形成されることを特徴とする複合構造体の成形方法。 - 前記硬化工程において、前記コーナー部には、バギングフィルムが配置され、
前記バギングフィルムは、前記コーナーフィレット部の形状が、予め設計される設計形状となるように配置され、
前記コーナーフィレット部は、前記フィルム接着剤が、前記バギングフィルムの形状に倣って硬化処理されることで、前記設計形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合構造体の成形方法。 - 前記コーナーフィレット部を形成する前記フィルム接着剤の大きさは、予め設計される前記コーナーフィレット部の設計形状に対して、充填率が50%〜200%の間となっていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の複合構造体の成形方法。
- 前記コーナー部に配置される前記フィルム接着剤は、渦巻き状に巻かれることで、塊状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の複合構造体の成形方法。
- 前記コーナー部に配置される前記フィルム接着剤は、じゃばら状に折り曲げられることで、塊状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の複合構造体の成形方法。
- 前記コーナー部に配置される前記フィルム接着剤は、重ね折りされることで、塊状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の複合構造体の成形方法。
- 第1複合材と第2複合材とを接合するために用いられるフィルム接着剤を塊状に形成するフィルム形成工程と、
塊状に形成された前記フィルム接着剤を、前記第1複合材と前記第2複合材とにより形成されるコーナー部に配置する配置工程と、
前記フィルム接着剤を硬化処理して、前記コーナー部にコーナーフィレット部を形成する硬化工程と、を備え、
前記コーナー部に配置される前記フィルム接着剤は、じゃばら状に折り曲げられることで、塊状に形成されることを特徴とする複合構造体の成形方法。 - 第1複合材と第2複合材とを接合するために用いられるフィルム接着剤を塊状に形成するフィルム形成工程と、
塊状に形成された前記フィルム接着剤を、前記第1複合材と前記第2複合材とにより形成されるコーナー部に配置する配置工程と、
前記フィルム接着剤を硬化処理して、前記コーナー部にコーナーフィレット部を形成する硬化工程と、を備え、
前記コーナー部に配置される前記フィルム接着剤は、重ね折りされることで、塊状に形成されることを特徴とする複合構造体の成形方法。
