The state in which the upper surface 33 of the tool 15 is pressure-bonded via the adhesive 23 is held for a predetermined time to be bonded and fixed.

As shown in FIG. 5, the upper fixing portion 9 is constructed by engaging the engaging portion 37b of the upper frame side fixing device 37 with the engaged portion 29 of the upper frame 3b and attaching the upper frame side fixing device 37 thereto. As shown in FIG. 2A, the upper frame side fixture 37 is attached so that the inclined portion 37c forms a substantially V shape with the gap d between the inclined portion 35b of the housing upper surface side fixture 35 and the gap d. . Next, after the adhesive 23 is applied to one lower surface 19 and the other lower surface 21 of the upper connecting member 39, the one lower surface 19 is attached to the upper surface of the housing upper surface side fixture 35 as shown in FIG. The upper connecting member 39 is placed between the upper surface 41 of the housing upper surface side fixture 35 and the upper surface 43 of the upper frame side fixture 37 so that the other lower surface 21 is superimposed on the upper surface 43 of the upper frame side fixture 37. The lower surface 19 of the upper connecting member 39 and the upper surface 41 of the housing upper surface side fixture 35, the other lower surface 21 of the upper connecting member 39, and the upper frame side fixture 37. The state in which the upper surface 43 is pressed is held for a predetermined time to be bonded and fixed.

As shown in FIG. 5, the lower fixing portion 11 is constructed by locking the main body 55 of the lower frame side fixing tool 47 to the lower frame 3c by locking the locking portion 53 to the locked portion 51 of the lower frame 3c. Install. Next, as shown in FIG. 3A, in the main body 55 of the lower frame side fixture 47, the shaft member 57 inserted through the horizontal wall portion 59a of the connecting plate 59 is screwed into the female screw hole 56 of the lower wall 55a. Then, the position of the shaft member 57 is adjusted by moving the shaft member 57 in the vertical axis direction, and the lower end of the shaft member 57 is brought into contact with the receiving portion 61 a of the main body 61 of the housing lower surface side fixture 49. Thereafter, the adhesive 23 is applied to the one surface 65a and the other surface 65b of the lower connecting member 65, the one surface 65a is overlaid on the vertical wall portion 59b of the connecting plate 59, and the other surface 65b is the main body of the housing lower surface side fixture 49. Overlaying on 61, the state is held for a predetermined time to be bonded and fixed.
And after constructing each vertical fixing part 7, the upper fixing part 9, and the lower fixing part 11, the wedge 10 of each temporary fixing is removed, and as shown in FIG.5 and FIG.6, between the housing 6 and the frame 3, as shown in FIG. Fill with mortar.

Next, the effect | action and effect of the opening building material 1 concerning this Embodiment are demonstrated.
As shown in FIG. 1, in the opening building material 1, in the vertical fixing portion 7, the vertical connecting material (connecting material) 17 is replaced with a vertical body side fixing tool (frame side fixing tool) 13 and a vertical frame side fixing tool (frame side fixing). The tool vertical surface 6a and the vertical frame (frame) 3a can be bonded and fixed simply by placing them between the adhesives 15 via the adhesive 23. That is, release the hand without continuing to press the vertical connecting member to the vertical frame side fixture (frame side fixture) 13 and vertical frame side fixture (frame side fixture) 15 until the adhesive 23 is cured. Can do.
The vertical connection member 17 is, by its own weight, between the upper surface 25 of the casing vertical surface side fixture 13 and one lower surface 19 of the vertical connection material 17 and the upper surface 33 of the vertical frame side fixture 15 and the vertical connection material 17. Since the space between the lower surface 21 and the lower surface 21 is pressed through the adhesive 23, the adhesive strength can be increased.
The vertical connecting member 17 can be obtained by changing the width L1 of one lower surface 19 and the width L2 of the other lower surface 21, the width of the upper surface 25 of the casing vertical surface side fixture 13, and the width of the upper surface 33 of the vertical frame side fixture 15. It is possible to easily cope with the construction conditions such as the size of the frame and the interval between the vertical frame 3a and the casing vertical surface 6a.
As shown in FIG. 1B, a gap d is formed between the tip of the inclined portion 13 b of the casing vertical surface side fixture 13 and the inclined portion 15 c of the vertical frame side fixture 15. The corner portion 17a of the vertical connecting member 17 is arranged so that one lower surface 19 of the vertical connecting member 17 and the upper surface 25 of the casing vertical surface side fixture 13, the other lower surface 21 and the upper surface 33 of the vertical frame side fixing device 15. Can be securely attached.
The frame vertical surface side fixture 13 is fixed to the frame vertical surface 6a with the anchor screw 27, and is bonded and fixed to the vertical frame side fixture 15 via the vertical connecting member 17, so that the frame vertical surface 6a is rained. Can be constructed even when wet.

Similarly, as shown in FIG. 2, also in the upper fixing portion 9, the upper connecting material (connecting material) 39 is replaced with a housing upper surface side fixing tool (housing side fixing tool) 35 and an upper frame side fixing tool (frame side fixing tool). The housing upper surface 6b and the upper frame (frame) 3b can be bonded and fixed simply by placing them between 37 via the adhesive 23.
Further, the upper connecting member 39 has its own weight between the upper surface 41 of the housing upper surface side fixture 35 and the lower surface 19 of the upper connecting member 39 and between the upper surface 43 of the upper frame side fixture 37 and the upper connecting member 39. Since the space between the other lower surface 21 is pressed through the adhesive 23, the adhesive strength can be increased.
By changing the width L1 of the lower surface 19 and the width L2 of the other lower surface 21, the width of the upper surface 41 of the housing upper surface side fixture 35, and the width of the upper surface 43 of the upper frame side fixture 37, the upper connecting member 39 is also changed. It is possible to easily cope with the construction conditions such as the size of the frame and the distance between the upper frame 3b and the housing upper surface 6b.
The frame upper surface side fixture 35 is fixed to the frame upper surface 6b with the anchor screw 27, and is bonded and fixed to the upper frame side fixture 37 via the upper connecting member 39, so that the frame upper surface side 6b is wetted by rain or the like. Even if it is, it can be constructed.

As shown in FIG. 3, in the lower fixing portion 11, the connection plate 59 of the lower frame side fixing tool (frame side fixing tool) 47 can rotate about the vertical axis and can move up and down. Thus, the lower frame side is fixed by adjusting the fixing member 63 to an optimal position such as fixing the fixing member 63 at a position orthogonal to the inclination direction according to the construction conditions such as the case lower surface 6c being inclined (inclination angle T). The tool 47 can be bonded and fixed to a frame lower surface side fixture (frame side fixture) 49. In this case, as shown in FIG. 5, the main body 61 of the housing lower surface side fixture 49 is provided along the inclination of the housing lower surface 6c, and the other surface 65b of the lower connecting member 65 is bonded and fixed along the inclination of the housing lower surface 6c. To do.
Further, as shown in FIG. 3C, the housing lower surface side fixing tool 49 is fixed at a position different from the attachment position of FIG. Can be fixed by changing the position.
Since the housing lower surface side fixture 49 has a separate lower connection member 65, the attachment position of the lower connection member 65 can be arbitrarily changed or shifted depending on the construction conditions, and the connection plate can be moved at the optimum position. It can be bonded and fixed to the 59 vertical wall portions 59b.
The lower frame side fixing tool 47 is provided with a shaft member 57, and the lower frame side fixing tool 47 and the frame lower surface side fixing tool 49 are firmly bonded to each other while receiving the weight of the frame 3 and the shoji 5 (sash) by the shaft member 57. Can be fixed.
As shown in FIG. 3 (b), the frame lower surface side fixture 49 has a load receiving surface 70 in the expected direction. Therefore, when the mortar is filled as shown in FIG. When applied, it is possible to prevent the frame 3 from being displaced from the housing 6 due to a force in the expected direction or coming off.
Similarly, since the housing lower surface side fixture 49 has a load receiving surface 68 in the in-plane direction, in the state where mortar is filled as shown in FIG. Can be prevented from being displaced or detached from the housing 6 due to the force in the in-plane direction.
The casing lower surface side fixing tool 49 is fixed to the casing lower surface 6c with the anchor screw 27, and is bonded and fixed to the lower frame fixing tool 47 via the connecting plate 59, so that the casing lower surface 6c is wet with rain or the like. Can also be constructed.
