Description
1. 技術分野

Claims (10)
- 生命維持システムであって、
第1の生命維持装置のスタンドアロン動作モードで患者を治療するために適用すべき第1の生命維持プロトコルを判断するように構成された制御部と、前記制御部に動作可能に結合され、前記第1の生命維持プロトコルに関する情報を格納するように構成されたメモリ部とを有する前記第1の生命維持装置を備え、
前記第1の生命維持装置の前記制御部はさらに、
前記第1の生命維持装置のモニタリング及び治療能力を示す情報並びに前記第1の生命維持プロトコルに関する情報を、前記第1の生命維持装置とは異なる第2の生命維持装置に送信し、
前記第2の生命維持装置により、前記第1の生命維持装置の前記モニタリング及び治療能力を示す受信された前記情報に基づいて、前記第1の生命維持装置が所望の治療を提供することができると判断されると、前記第1の生命維持装置の前記モニタリング及び治療能力を示す前記情報に基づいた、前記患者を治療するために適用すべき第2の生命維持プロトコルに関する動作命令を前記第2の生命維持装置から受信し、
前記第1の生命維持装置を使用して前記第2の生命維持プロトコルを前記患者に適用することによって前記患者を治療するために、前記第1の生命維持装置に対して前記動作命令を実行するように構成され、
前記第1の生命維持装置が前記患者と物理的に結合され、かつ前記第2の生命維持装置が前記第1の生命維持装置と通信可能に結合されているものの、前記患者とは物理的に結合されていない場合、前記動作命令は、前記第2の生命維持プロトコルを適用するために提供され、
前記第1の生命維持装置の前記スタンドアロン動作モードにある場合、前記第1の生命維持装置は、前記第2の生命維持プロトコルを前記患者に適用するよう構成されていない、
生命維持システム。 - 前記第2の生命維持装置をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の生命維持システム。
- 前記第1の生命維持装置は、自動体外式除細動器、着用可能な体外式除細動器、および基本的生命維持除細動器のうちの少なくとも1つを含み、
前記第2の生命維持装置は、高度生命維持除細動器を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の生命維持システム。 - 前記制御部は、前記第2の生命維持装置からの要求に応答して、前記第1の生命維持プロトコルに関する前記情報を前記第2の生命維持装置に通信するように構成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の生命維持システム。
- 前記第2の生命維持装置は、前記第1の生命維持装置に電力を提供するように構成されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の生命維持システム。
- 前記第2の生命維持装置により、前記第1の生命維持装置が切り離されるべきかどうか判断される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の生命維持システム。
- 前記第1の生命維持装置は、前記第2の生命維持装置から受信される前記動作命令の受信時のみ、第2の動作モードで患者を治療するために、前記第1の生命維持プロトコルとは異なる前記第2の生命維持プロトコルを適用するように再構成可能である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の生命維持システム。
- 前記第2の生命維持装置から受信された前記動作命令はさらに、前記第1の生命維持装置の前記治療能力に基づいている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の生命維持システム。
- 前記第2の生命維持プロトコルは、将来、前記患者を治療するために適用すべき前記第1の生命維持プロトコルの修正版である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の生命維持システム。
- 前記第1の生命維持プロトコルに関する前記情報は、前記患者を治療するために以前に適用された生命維持プロトコル、および将来、前記患者を治療するために適用すべき生命維持プロトコルのうちの少なくとも1つを識別する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の生命維持システム。
