Claims (2)
- 情報処理デバイスであって、
命令の組を格納するメモリ、
第1周辺照明の明るさセンサと第2周辺照明の明るさセンサ、及び、
メモリ内の前記命令にアクセスするプロセッサ、
を有し、
前記プロセッサはさらに、
前記第1周辺照明センサと前記第2周辺照明センサによって当該情報処理デバイスの第1表面と第2表面のそれぞれから第1周辺照明レベルと第2周辺照明レベルを受光し、
前記第1周辺照明レベルと前記第2周辺照明レベルとの明るさの差を決定し、かつ、
前記明るさの差に基づいて当該情報処理デバイスの一のパワー状態から他のパワー状態へ遷移させる、
ように構成され、
前記第1表面は、ディスプレイスクリーンが設けられるデバイス前方ハウジング面からなり、
前記第2表面は、ディスプレイスクリーンが設けられていないハウジング面からなり、
前記プロセッサは、前記明るさの差レベルが所定の閾値差の量を超える場合に、当該情報処理デバイスの前記一のパワー状態を前記他のパワー状態へ遷移させるように構成され、
前記プロセッサが、時刻に従って各異なる所定の閾値差の量を呼び出すように構成される、情報処理デバイス。 - 前記所定の閾値差の量について、より大きな値が日中に呼び出され、かつ、より小さな値は夜間に呼び出される、請求項1に記載の情報処理デバイス。
