Description
Claims (7)
- 加入者アクセスポイントにおいて転送されるデータ量を制限する方法であって、
前記加入者アクセスポイントとの接続が確立されているか否かを判定することと、
前記接続の物理層データレートを測定することと、
単位時間当たりの最大チャネル使用量を取得することと、
前記測定された物理層データレートと、前記単位時間当たりの最大チャネル使用量とに応じて、単位時間当たりに転送されるデータ量を制限することと、
を含み、
前記加入者アクセスポイントとの接続を確立した追加の一般利用者がいる場合、又は、既に接続している一般利用者の物理層データレートが変化した場合、前記測定すること、前記取得すること、及び前記制限することが繰り返される、
前記方法。 - 前記加入者アクセスポイントが個人加入者アクセスポイントである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記個人加入者アクセスポイントが公衆ホットスポットとして動作する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 加入者アクセスポイントにおいて転送されるデータ量を制限する加入者アクセスポイントであって、
接続を確立する双方向ユーザインタフェースと、
前記接続の物理層データレートを測定するモジュールであって、前記接続の物理層データレートを測定する前記モジュールは、前記双方向ユーザインタフェースと双方向通信する、前記モジュールと、
単位時間当たりの最大チャネル使用量を含む記憶システムと、
単位時間当たりに転送されるデータ量を制限するモジュールであって、前記単位時間当たりに転送されるデータ量を制限する前記モジュールは、前記接続の前記物理層データレートを測定する前記モジュールと双方向通信し、また、前記記憶システムと双方向通信し、前記接続に対して前記単位時間当たりに転送されるデータ量を制限する前記モジュールは、前記測定された物理層データレートと、前記記憶システムから取得される前記単位時間当たりの最大チャネル使用量とに応じて、前記単位時間当たりに転送される前記データ量を制限する、前記モジュールと、
を含み、
前記接続を確立した追加の一般利用者がいる場合、又は、既に接続している一般利用者の物理層データレートが変化した場合、前記測定すること、前記取得すること、及び前記制限することが繰り返される、
前記加入者アクセスポイント。 - 前記記憶システムに含まれる前記単位時間当たりの最大チャネル使用量を更新するサービスプロバイダインタフェースを更に含む、請求項4に記載の加入者アクセスポイント。
- 前記加入者アクセスポイントが個人加入者アクセスポイントである、請求項4に記載の加入者アクセスポイント。
- 前記個人加入者アクセスポイントが公衆ホットスポットとして動作する、請求項6に記載の加入者アクセスポイント。
