Description
以下、図1から図7Bを参照して、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る気液分離器27について説明する。
冷房運転では、冷媒流路30の冷媒は、図2に太実線で示すように循環する。
暖房運転では、いわゆる外気吸熱ヒートポンプ運転が実行される。暖房運転では、冷媒流路30の冷媒は、図3に太実線で示すように循環する。
次に、図8A及び図8Bを参照して、本発明の第2の実施形態に係る気液分離器227について説明する。以下に示す各実施形態では、第1の実施形態と異なる点を中心に説明し、同様の機能を有する構成には同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
次に、図9A及び図9Bを参照して、本発明の第3の実施形態に係る気液分離器327について説明する。
次に、図10A及び図10Bを参照して、本発明の第4の実施形態に係る気液分離器427について説明する。

Claims (8)
- 冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機と、冷媒と外気との間で熱交換を行う室外熱交換器と、車両の車室に導かれる空気の熱を冷媒に吸収させることで冷媒を蒸発させる蒸発器と、前記車室に導かれる空気を前記圧縮機にて圧縮された冷媒の熱を用いて加熱する加熱器と、前記室外熱交換器を通過した冷媒を減圧膨張させる膨張弁と、を備える冷凍サイクルに適用され、暖房運転時には前記室外熱交換器から流入する冷媒を前記圧縮機に導き、冷房運転時には前記室外熱交換器から流入する冷媒を前記膨張弁に導く気液分離器であって、
冷媒を溜めて気相冷媒と液相冷媒とを分離させるタンク部と、
前記タンク部の上部に設けられて前記タンク部からの冷媒の出入口を形成する配管接続部と、を有し、
前記配管接続部は、
前記膨張弁に冷媒を導く第1接続配管が接続される第1接続部と、
前記蒸発器を通過した冷媒が戻る第2接続配管が接続される第2接続部と、
前記圧縮機に冷媒を導く第3接続配管が接続される第3接続部と、
前記室外熱交換器から前記タンク部内に冷媒を導く第4接続配管が接続される第4接続部と、
暖房運転時に前記タンク部内と前記第3接続配管とを連通させ、冷房運転時に前記第2接続配管と前記第3接続配管とを連通させる開閉弁と、
を有する、
ことを特徴とする気液分離器。 - 請求項1に記載の気液分離器であって、
前記開閉弁は、冷房運転時に前記タンク部内から前記圧縮機に向かう冷媒の流れを遮断することで、前記第2接続配管と前記第3接続配管とを前記配管接続部内にて直接連通させる、
ことを特徴とする気液分離器。 - 請求項2に記載の気液分離器であって、
前記開閉弁は、前記配管接続部内を進退する弁体を有し、
前記弁体は、冷房運転時に前記タンク部内から前記圧縮機に向かう冷媒の圧力を背圧として遮断状態を維持する、
ことを特徴する気液分離器。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の気液分離器であって、
前記第1接続部は、前記配管接続部における第1接続面に形成され、
前記第2接続部は、前記第1接続面に形成される、
ことを特徴とする気液分離器。 - 請求項4に記載の気液分離器であって、
前記第3接続部は、前記第1接続面に対して直交する第2接続面に形成される、
ことを特徴とする気液分離器。 - 請求項4に記載の気液分離器であって、
前記第3接続部は、前記配管接続部内にて前記第2接続部と直線状に連通するように前記第1接続面の反対側の第2接続面に形成される、
ことを特徴とする気液分離器。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一つに記載の気液分離器であって、
前記第1接続部と前記第2接続部と前記第3接続部とは、前記配管接続部の側面に形成される、
ことを特徴とする気液分離器。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか一つに記載の気液分離器であって、
前記配管接続部は、冷房運転時に前記膨張弁に導かれる冷媒の圧力が設定圧力を超えると開く差圧弁を有する、
ことを特徴とする気液分離器。
