Description
例えば、本発明は、以下の項目を提供する。

(i)非晶性ポリオレフィン組成物と、
(ii)非晶性の性質および結晶性ブロックを有する異相ポリオレフィン組成物を含む、ホットメルト接着剤組成物。
(項目2)
前記非晶性ポリオレフィンの結晶化度が5重量%未満であり、異相ポリオレフィンの少なくとも1つの配列またはブロックの結晶化度が少なくとも約5重量%であり、前記非晶性ポリマーが接着力を付与し、かつ前記異相ポリマーが凝集力を付与する、項目1および3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤。
(項目3)
前記非晶性ポリマーが、ブテンを40重量%超と、1種以上のアルファオレフィンC2またはC4〜20モノマーを50重量%未満とを含む、項目1〜2および4〜5のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤。
(項目4)
前記異相ポリマーが、プロペンを40重量%超と、1種以上のアルファオレフィンC2またはC2〜20モノマーを60重量%未満とを含み、かつ結晶化度が10%を超えるポリマーブロックまたは配列を含む、項目1〜3および5のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤。
(項目5)
前記接着剤が粘着付与剤を実質的に含まない、項目に記載の接着剤。
(項目6)
前記非晶性ポリマーが約50〜90重量%存在し、前記異相ポリマーが約10〜50重量%存在し、前記異相ポリマーの結晶化度が少なくとも30重量%である、項目1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤。
(項目7)
(i)1−ブテンを含む非晶性ポリオレフィン組成物を約90〜10重量%と、
(ii)プロペンおよびエチレン、1−ヘベン(1−hevene)または1−オクテンを含み、かつ非晶性ブロックおよび結晶性ブロックを含む、異相ポリオレフィン組成物を約10〜90重量%と、
(iii)可塑剤を約0.1〜30重量%と

前記接着剤が前記異相ポリマーに由来する凝集力を付与し、前記非晶性ポリマーが接着強度を付与する、ホットメルト接着剤組成物。

前記異相ポリオレフィンが、結晶性を有する配列またはブロックを少なくとも約5重量%含む、項目6および8〜12のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤。

前記非晶性ポリマーが、ブテンを40重量%超と、1種以上のアルファオレフィンC2またはC4〜20モノマーを50重量%未満とを含む、項目6〜7および9〜12のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤。

(式中、n=15〜75)として表すことができる。ポリイソブチレン材料は、分子量が約200〜20,000、約200〜5,000または約500〜2,000の粘性のある液体である。好ましい材料は、100℃におけるセイボルトユニバーサル秒(SUS)粘度が約100〜20,000である。ポリイソブチレンに特有の特徴は、ガス透過性が低く、酸、アルカリおよび塩溶液の作用に対する耐性が高いことに加えて、誘電率が高いことにある。これらは日光および紫外線の作用下で徐々に劣化する(カーボンブラックを添加することによりこの過程が遅延する)。工業的には、ポリイソブチレンは、モノマーを−80℃〜−100℃の温度でイオン重合(AlCl3を触媒とする)することにより製造される。これらはゴム産業に通常使用されている設備を用いて加工される。ポリイソブチレンは、天然または合成ゴム、ポリエチレン、ポリ塩化ビニルおよびフェノール−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂との混合が容易である。
第1非晶性コポリマー、第2異相コポリマー、ポリマー可塑剤/希釈剤および酸化防止剤を高温の混合条件下でブレンドして、完全に均質化された溶融流体を形成することによって複数のホットメルト接着剤組成物を調製した。混合温度を約135〜約200℃、好ましくは約150〜約175℃の間で変化させた。成分を確実に完全に均質化して最終接着剤組成物を得るためにWiseStir(登録商標)ミキサーを使用した。
ホットメルト接着剤組成物を後述するように溶融混練することによって配合した。特定の成分および成分の量を次の表2に示す。
Claims (7)
- ホットメルト接着剤組成物であって、
(i)90〜10重量%の非晶性ポリオレフィンであって、プロペンモノマー単位および少なくとも40重量%の1−ブテンモノマー単位を含む、非晶性ポリオレフィンと、
(ii)10〜90重量%の異相コポリマーであって、プロペンコモノマー単位およびエチレン、1−ヘキセン、および1−オクテンからなる群から選択されるコモノマー単位を含み、非晶性ブロックおよび結晶性ブロックを含む異相コポリマーと、
(iii)AlCl3を用いて作製された0〜30重量%のポリイソブチレン可塑剤とを含み、前記接着剤が、前記異相コポリマーに由来する凝集力を付与し、前記非晶性ポリオレフィン由来の接着強度を付与する、
ホットメルト接着剤組成物。 - 前記非晶性ポリオレフィンが、ブテンを50重量%超と、1種以上のアルファオレフィンC2、C3またはC5〜20モノマーを50重量%未満とを含む、請求項1に記載の接着剤。
- 前記異相コポリマーが、プロペンコモノマー単位を40重量%超と、1種以上のアルファオレフィンC2またはC4〜20モノマーを60重量%未満とを含む、請求項1および2のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤。
- 前記接着剤が粘着付与剤を実質的に含まない、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤。
- 前記非晶性ポリオレフィンが50〜90重量%存在し、前記異相コポリマーが10〜50重量%存在する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤。
- 基材と、フィルム、繊維、セルロースシートまたは不織物とを備え、その間に、請求項1に記載の接着剤を含む接着結合を有する物品であって、前記接着剤が、前記異相コポリマーに由来する凝集力および前記非晶性ポリオレフィンに由来する接着強度を付与する、物品。
- 基材と、フィルム、繊維、セルロースシートまたは不織物とを備え、その間に、請求項5に記載の接着剤を含む接着結合を有する物品であって、前記接着剤が、前記異相コポリマーに由来する凝集力および前記非晶性ポリオレフィンに由来する接着強度を付与する、物品。
