Claims (5)
- 安全装置(3)及びアースされた周辺装置を有する電気アーク炉において、
アーク炉(2)の前記周辺装置へのアース線(4)と、前記アース線(4)における電流の測定のための電流計(6)とが設けられていること、及び、作動時間が100msより短い安全スイッチ(8)が、前記アース線(4)に設けられていること、を特徴とする電気アーク炉。 - 前記電流計(6)が、前記安全スイッチ(8)に組み込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気アーク炉。
- 前記アーク炉(2)の前記周辺装置が、ランス(12)、バーナー(10)、又は、インジェクタであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の電気アーク炉。
- 前記アーク炉(2)の前記周辺装置が、電動のプラズマバーナー(10)又はプラズマインジェクタであり、前記電動のプラズマバーナー(10)又はプラズマインジェクタは、外側層として、他のバーナー部材に対して電気的に絶縁された金属カバーを有しており、専ら絶縁された前記金属カバーが、前記安全装置と電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電気アーク炉。
- 電気アーク炉(2)の周辺装置を保護する方法において、
アース線(4)が、前記周辺装置に設けられており、前記アース線(4)を通る電流フローが測定され、危機的な電流の強さが生じた場合には、前記アース線(4)が、安全スイッチによって、100ms以内の時間だけ遮断されることを特徴とする方法。
