Description
Claims (10)
- 近端部及び遠端部を備えた第1ルーメンを含む可撓性長尺部材と、
前記第1ルーメン内に配置される駆動ケーブルであって、該駆動ケーブルに結合された超音波トランスジューサが前記第1ルーメンの前記遠端部内に配置される駆動ケーブルと、
前記第1ルーメンの少なくとも前記遠端部内に留置的に保持されると共に、超音波信号の送信及び受信を容易にするために前記超音波トランスジューサを取り囲む充填物と、
を有する、血管内撮像装置において、
前記可撓性長尺部材の少なくとも一部が前記充填物内に位置された後に該充填物が前記第1ルーメンの少なくとも前記遠端部を満たすと共に前記超音波トランスジューサを取り囲むように、該可撓性長尺部材の少なくとも一部が該充填物に対して浸透性の材料から形成され、したがって前記材料は、流体が該材料内に流れ込むのを可能にすると共に該流体が該材料から流れ出るのを制限することを特徴とする、血管内撮像装置。 - 前記第1ルーメン内に配置されて前記充填物を該第1ルーメンの前記遠端部内に留置的に保持する密閉エレメントを更に有する、請求項1に記載の血管内撮像装置。
- 前記駆動ケーブルが前記密閉エレメントを介して延在する、請求項2に記載の血管内撮像装置。
- 前記駆動ケーブルが前記第1ルーメン内で回転する、請求項3に記載の血管内撮像装置。
- 前記密閉エレメントがOリング又はベアリングを有する、請求項4に記載の血管内撮像装置。
- 前記充填物が液体、ポリマ又はジェルを有する、請求項1に記載の血管内撮像装置。
- 血管内撮像装置を製造する方法であって、
第1ルーメンを含んだ可撓性長尺部材を得るステップと、
回転式超音波トランスジューサが結合される駆動ケーブルを前記第1ルーメンに挿入するステップと、
超音波信号の送信及び受信を容易にする充填物を前記第1ルーメン内に、該充填物が前記回転式超音波トランスジューサを取り囲むように挿入するステップと、
前記充填物を前記第1ルーメン内に密閉するステップと、
を有する、方法において、
前記充填物を挿入するステップが、
前記可撓性長尺部材の少なくとも一部を前記充填物内に位置させるステップを含み、前記可撓性長尺部材の前記少なくとも一部は、前記充填物が前記回転式超音波トランスジューサを取り囲むように、浸透性の材料から形成され、したがって前記材料は、流体が該材料内に流れ込むのを可能にすると共に該流体が該材料から流れ出るのを制限することを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記充填物を挿入するステップが、液体、ポリマ又はジェルを導入するステップを有する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記充填物を密閉するステップが、前記駆動ケーブルの周囲に密閉エレメントを配置するステップを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記密閉エレメントがOリング又はベアリングを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
