Description
a)複数のバッテリセル(40)を収容する容器(10)を準備する工程と、
b)容器(10)に複数のバッテリセル(40)を収容する工程と、
c)電気部品及び/又は電子部品(22)の基体(20)を容器(10)に載設する工程であって、電気部品及び/又は電子部品(22)は、少なくとも部分的にプリント基板(24)に載置される、上記載設する工程と、
d)基体(20)及び/又は容器(10)にカバー(30)を載設する工程と、
を含む、上記方法にも関する。
Claims (19)
- 複数のバッテリセル(40)のためのハウジング(5;10、20、30)であって、前記ハウジング(5;10、20、30)は、3つの主要構成要素(10、20、30)を含み、第1の主要構成要素は、複数のバッテリセル(40)を収容する容器(10)により形成され、第2の主要構成要素は、電気部品及び/又は電子部品(22)の基体(20)により形成され、第3の主要構成要素は、カバー(30)により形成される、前記ハウジング(5;10、20、30)において、
前記電気部品及び/又は電子部品(22)は、少なくとも部分的にプリント基板(24)に載置され、
前記基体(20)は、前記容器(10)の内部領域に対して、少なくとも1つのシール部(25)によって密閉され、
前記基体(20)は、収容される前記バッテリセル(40)のセル端子に周設された少なくとも1つのシール部(25)によって密閉されることを特徴とする、ハウジング(5;10、20、30)。 - 前記カバー(30)には、電気部品及び/又は電子部品(22)が存在しないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハウジング(5;10、20、30)。
- 前記電気部品及び/又は電子部品(22)は、少なくとも部分的に、前記基体(20)の、前記カバー(30)の方を向いた側に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のハウジング(5;10、20、30)。
- 前記電気部品及び/又は電子部品(22)は、全てが、前記基体(20)の、前記カバー(30)の方を向いた側に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のハウジング(5;10、20、30)。
- 前記電気部品及び/又は電子部品(22)は、測定ユニット、監視ユニット、切り替えユニット、開ループ制御ユニット及び/又は閉ループ制御ユニットを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のハウジング(5;10、20、30)。
- 前記電気部品及び/又は電子部品(22)は、電圧及び/又は温度監視ユニットを含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のハウジング(5;10、20、30)。
- 前記プリント基板(24)には、CSC(Cell、Supervising Circuit、セル監視回路)ユニットが配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のハウジング(5;10、20、30)。
- 前記プリント基板(24)は、プラグ(26)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のハウジング(5;10、20、30)。
- 前記プリント基板(24)は、LV(Low Voltage、低電圧)プラグを備えることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のハウジング(5;10、20、30)。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のハウジング(5;10、20、30)を備えており、当該ハウジング(5;10、20、30)内にバッテリセル(40)が配置されているバッテリセルモジュール(50)。
- 前記バッテリセル(40)は、電気的接続(28)を介して、互いに電気的に接続され、及び/又は、プリント基板(24)と電気的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のバッテリセルモジュール(50)。
- 前記バッテリセル(40)は、接合結合を介して、互いに電気的に接続され、及び/又は、前記プリント基板(24)と電気的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のバッテリセルモジュール(50)。
- 自動車であって、請求項10〜12のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセルモジュール(50)を備え、前記バッテリセルモジュール(50)は、前記自動車の駆動システムと接続される、自動車。
- 電動駆動が可能な自動車である、請求項13に記載の自動車。
- 3つの主要構成要素(10、20、30)を含むハウジング(5;10、20、30)を備えたバッテリセルモジュール(50)を製造する方法であって、
a)複数のバッテリセル(40)を収容する容器(10)を準備する工程と、
b)前記容器(10)に複数のバッテリセル(40)を収容する工程と、
c)電気部品及び/又は電子部品(22)の基体(20)を前記容器(10)に載設する工程であって、前記電気部品及び/又は電子部品(22)は、少なくとも部分的にプリント基板(24)に載置される、前記載設する工程と、
d)前記基体(20)及び/又は前記容器(10)にカバー(30)を載設する工程と、
を含み、
前記基体(20)を、前記容器(10)の内部領域に対して、少なくとも1つのシール部(25)によって密閉し、
前記基体(20)を、収容される前記バッテリセル(40)のセル端子に周設された少なくとも1つのシール部(25)によって密閉する、方法。 - 前記c)工程では、最初に、前記基体(20)が、前記プリント基板(24)が付いてない状態で前記容器(10)に載設され、続いて、前記プリント基板(24)が、前記基体(20)に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記c)工程では、前記プリント基板(24)が既に前記基体(20)に取り付けられている場合には、前記基体(20)が前記容器(10)に載設されることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記c)工程の後でかつ前記d)工程の前に、電気的接続が、前記バッテリセル(40)同士の間で形成され、及び、前記バッテリセル(40)と前記プリント基板(24)との間で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項15〜17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記c)工程の後でかつ前記d)工程の前に、接合結合が、前記バッテリセル(40)同士の間で形成され、及び、前記バッテリセル(40)と前記プリント基板(24)との間で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の方法。
