Claims (5)
- 排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)であって、
−ハウジング(2)であって、
・タービンハウジング(3)と、
・軸受ハウジング(4)と、
・コンプレッサハウジング(5)とを備えるハウジング(2)と、
−冷却装置(10)であって、
・少なくとも前記タービンハウジング(3)に一体化され、
・冷却装置入口(16)を有する冷却装置(10)とを備え、
−冷却液渦流装置(13)が前記冷却装置入口(16)に配置され、
−前記冷却液渦流装置(13)は、前記冷却装置入口に接続されるハウジング(14)を有し、
−多数の流れ案内フィン(15)は、前記冷却液渦流装置(13)のハウジング(14)内に配置され、
−前記流れ案内フィン(15)は、ねじ山の形態で形成され、
−前記ねじ山は、180°の巻き付け角を有し、かつ
−前記少なくとも1つの流れ案内フィン(15)は、前記冷却液渦流装置(13)のハウジング(14)の内径(D)の1/3に対応する幅(B)を有する、
排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)。 - 前記渦流装置(13)のハウジング(14)が管状であるとともに、前記冷却装置(16)に接続される、請求項1に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記渦流装置(13)が改造部分として形成される請求項1に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記タービンハウジング(3)の材料がアルミニウムである請求項1に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記冷却液が水である請求項1に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
