Claims (17)
- 棘突起間インプラントであって、
a)経皮的な棘突起間インプラント術用に形成および構成され、長手方向軸、内部空洞および対向する近位端部と遠位端部とを画定する、細長い本体部と、
b)前記本体部の前記遠位端部に配置され、前記本体部の前記内部空洞内に格納される第1の位置と前記本体部から半径方向外向きに延びる第2の位置との間で前記本体部の前記長手方向軸に対して枢動可能に取り付けられた、一対のアンカー翼部と、
c)前記本体部の前記近位端部に配置され、前記アンカー翼部から離間した第1の位置と前記アンカー翼部に近接した第2の位置との間を前記本体部の前記長手方向軸に対して軸方向移動可能に取り付けられた、アンカー環部と、
d)前記アンカー環部に配置され、前記本体部の前記内部空洞内に少なくとも部分的に格納された第1の位置と前記アンカー環部から半径方向外向きに延びる第2の位置との間を移動可能に取り付けられた、一対のアンカーブレード部と、
e)前記細長い本体部に対する前記アンカー環部の軸方向位置を固定するための係止リングと、
を具備し、
前記係止リングは、直径方向に対向する一対の弓形の片持ち爪部を有し、
前記片持ち爪部のそれぞれは、前記アンカー環部の近位対向面上の対応する歯群に係合するための遠位対向歯を備える
ことを特徴とする、棘突起間インプラント。 - 前記係止リングは、その最近位面に操作用の六角ナット部をさらに備える
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の棘突起間インプラント。 - 前記アンカーブレード部は、枢動することにより、前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置との間を移動する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の棘突起間インプラント。 - 前記本体部の前記内部空洞内で軸方向移動可能に取り付けられ、遠位作動部と近位作動部とを有する、長尺の作動軸をさらに具備し、
前記作動軸が軸方向移動すると、前記遠位作動部が前記アンカー翼部を第1の位置から第2の位置に枢動させ、前記近位作動部が前記アンカーブレード部を第1の位置から第2の位置に枢動させる
ことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の棘突起間インプラント。 - 前記近位作動部は、縁部を有し、
前記アンカーブレード部は、それぞれ、内側梃部を有し、
前記作動軸が軸方向移動すると、前記縁部が前記内側梃部に当接し、前記アンカーブレード部を前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置に枢動させる
ことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の棘突起間インプラント。 - 前記アンカーブレード部は、摺動することにより、前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置との間を移動する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の棘突起間インプラント。 - 棘突起間インプラントであって、
a)経皮的な棘突起間インプラント術用に形成および構成され、長手方向軸、内部空洞および対向する近位端部と遠位端部とを画定する、細長い本体部と、
b)前記本体部の前記遠位端部に配置され、前記本体部の前記内部空洞内に格納される第1の位置と前記本体部から半径方向外向きに延びる第2の位置との間で前記本体部の前記長手方向軸に対して枢動可能に取り付けられた、一対のアンカー翼部と、
c)前記本体部の前記近位端部に配置され、前記アンカー翼部から離間した第1の位置と前記アンカー翼部に近接した第2の位置との間を前記本体部の前記長手方向軸に対して軸方向移動可能に取り付けられた、アンカー環部と、
d)前記アンカー環部に配置され、前記本体部の前記内部空洞内に少なくとも部分的に格納された第1の位置と前記アンカー環部から半径方向外向きに延びる第2の位置との間を摺動可能に取り付けられた、一対のアンカーブレード部と、
を具備する
ことを特徴とする、棘突起間インプラント。 - 前記本体部の前記内部空洞内で軸方向移動可能に取り付けられ、遠位作動部と近位作動部とを有する、長尺の作動軸をさらに具備し、
前記作動軸が軸方向移動すると、前記遠位作動部が前記アンカー翼部を第1の位置から第2の位置に枢動させ、前記近位作動部が前記アンカーブレード部を第1の位置から第2の位置に摺動させる
ことを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の棘突起間インプラント。 - 前記近位作動部は、カムを有し、
前記アンカーブレード部は、それぞれ、カム面を有し、
前記作動軸が軸方向移動すると、前記カムが前記カム面に当接し、前記アンカーブレード部を前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置に摺動させる
ことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の棘突起間インプラント。 - 前記本体部の前記内部空洞内で前記作動軸を移動させるための手段をさらに具備する
ことを特徴とする、請求項4又は5又は8又は9に記載の棘突起間インプラント。 - 前記本体部の内部に形成された誘導路をさらに具備し、
前記アンカーブレード部は、それぞれ、延長タブを有し、
前記アンカー環部が軸方向移動すると、前記延長タブが前記誘導路に掛合して誘導され、前記アンカーブレード部が前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置に摺動する
ことを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の棘突起間インプラント。 - 前記本体部の内部に形成されたカムをさらに具備し、
前記アンカーブレード部は、それぞれ、カム面を有し、
前記アンカー環部が軸方向移動すると、前記カムが前記カム面に当接し、前記アンカーブレード部を前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置に摺動させる
ことを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の棘突起間インプラント。 - 前記アンカーブレード部は、それぞれ、前記アンカー環部に対して前記第2の位置にある前記アンカーブレード部を固定するための係止タブを備える
ことを特徴とする、請求項6乃至12いずれかに記載の棘突起間インプラント。 - 前記アンカー翼部は、それぞれ、棘突起に係合するための複数のスパイクをその表面に有する近位対向係合面を備える
ことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至13いずれかに記載の棘突起間インプラント。 - 前記アンカーブレード部は、それぞれ、棘突起に係合するための複数のスパイクをその表面に有する遠位対向係合面を備える
ことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至14いずれかに記載の棘突起間インプラント。 - 前記アンカー翼部は、前記本体部の前記長手方向軸に対して互いに直径方向に対向し、
前記アンカーブレード部は、前記本体部の前記長手方向軸に対して互いに直径方向に対向する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至15いずれかに記載の棘突起間インプラント。 - 前記直径方向に対向するアンカー翼部は、前記直径方向に対向するアンカーブレード部と軸方向に整列する
ことを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の棘突起間インプラント。
