Claims (6)
- 非一過性のコンピュータ可読媒体であって、プロセッサによって実行された場合に、前記プロセッサに、オーディオ信号を1つ以上の触覚効果に変換させる命令を前記非一過性のコンピュータ可読媒体内に保存させた、非一過性のコンピュータ可読媒体であって、前記変換は、
前記オーディオ信号のサンプルのセットを受信する工程と、
前記オーディオ信号の前記サンプルのセットの最大振幅値を決定する工程と、
前記オーディオ信号の前記サンプルのセットに基づいて触覚信号を生成する工程であって、前記生成する工程は、0〜500Hzの範囲に限定された周波数成分を有する変換された1セットのサンプルを生成するために、前記サンプルのセットを周波数フィルタリングすることによって前記オーディオ信号の前記サンプルのセットを変換する工程を含み、 前記触覚信号は、前記変換されたサンプルのセットに基づいて生成される、工程と、
前記最大振幅値が特定の閾値よりも大きいかどうかを決定する工程と、
前記最大振幅値が前記特定の閾値よりも大きいと決定したことに応答して、前記1つ以上の触覚効果を生成するために、前記触覚信号をアクチュエータに送信する工程と、
前記最大振幅値が前記特定の閾値より大きくないと決定したことに応答して、前記触覚信号を前記アクチュエータに送ることを控える工程と、
を含む、非一過性のコンピュータ可読媒体。 - 前記サンプルのセットは、前記オーディオ信号のデータフレームの一部であり、前記変換されたサンプルのセットは、変換されたデータフレームの一部であり、
前記触覚信号を前記生成する工程はさらに、前記変換されたデータフレームを正弦波に加えて、変調されたデータフレームを生成する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の非一過性のコンピュータ可読媒体。 - 前記触覚信号を前記生成する工程はさらに、前記変調されたデータフレームを正規化する工程を含む、請求項2に記載の非一過性のコンピュータ可読媒体。
- 前記変調されたデータフレームが、少なくともある程度、前記触覚信号を規定する、請求項2に記載の非一過性のコンピュータ可読媒体。
- 前記触覚信号を前記生成する工程はさらに、前記データフレームを変換する前に、前記データフレームをリサンプリングする工程を含む、請求項2に記載の非一過性のコンピュータ可読媒体。
- 前記触覚信号を前記生成する工程はさらに、前記データフレームが変換された後に、前記データフレーム内に含まれる前記オーディオ信号をブーストする工程を含む、請求項2に記載の非一過性のコンピュータ可読媒体。
