Claims (10)
- 飲料原材料を含むカプセルの制御された供給のための装置であって、前記装置は、
前記装置によって供給される複数のカプセル(10)を含むパッケージ(20)に選択的に接続可能なように設計された受け手段(1)と、
前記受け手段(1)に受けられた前記複数のカプセル(10)の少なくとも1つを供給するための出口手段(3)、好ましくは排出口(3)と、
前記受け手段(1)から前記出口手段(3)までのカプセル移送経路内に配置され、且つ、前記出口手段(3)から前記受け手段(1)への、水蒸気及び酸素ガスの少なくとも一方の移動及び/又は侵入を防止するように設計されたバリア手段(5)、好ましくは分配領域(5)と、を含み、
前記バリア手段(5)は、制御された雰囲気環境下で、カプセル(10)を前記パッケージ(20)から個々に排出するように設計されており、
前記バリア手段(5)は、少なくとも第1及び第2のロック手段(7a、7b)を含み、前記第1及び第2のロック手段(7a、7b)の各々が、互いに独立して、開状態から閉状態に選択的に移行可能なように設計されている、装置。 - 前記バリア手段(5)は、前記バリア手段(5)の少なくとも一部分内の雰囲気環境を制御するように設計されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記バリア手段(5)は、前記受け手段(1)に接続された第1の受けチャンバ(A)と、前記複数のカプセルの少なくとも1つを選択的に供給するための前記出口手段(3)に接続された第2の供給チャンバ(B)とを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記第1及び第2のロック手段(7a、7b)は、前記装置の前記受け手段(1)から前記出口手段(3)までのカプセル移送経路内に配置されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記バリア手段(5)の少なくとも一部分内の雰囲気環境を調整するように設計された雰囲気制御手段をさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記雰囲気制御手段は、前記装置の第1の受けチャンバ(A)及び/又は第2の供給チャンバ(B)に接続されている、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記雰囲気制御手段は、前記バリア手段(5)からあらゆる酸素を除去するために、不活性ガス、好ましくは窒素で前記バリア手段(5)の少なくとも一部分をフラッシングするように設計されている、請求項5又は6に記載の装置。
- 所定の雰囲気環境が存在するパッケージ(20)からの、飲料原材料を含むカプセル(10)の制御された供給方法であって、
カプセル(10)を前記パッケージ(20)から受けチャンバ(A)に移送するステップと、
前記カプセル(10)を前記受けチャンバ(A)から供給出口(3)まで移送するステップと、
前記供給出口(3)から前記パッケージ(20)への、水蒸気及び酸素ガスの少なくとも一方の移動及び/又は侵入を防止するように、少なくとも前記受けチャンバ(A)内の雰囲気環境を制御するステップと、
前記パッケージ(20)、前記受けチャンバ(A)及び前記供給出口(3)の間の、前記カプセル(10)の移送経路内に配置された少なくとも2つの酸素及び/又は水蒸気バリア手段(7a、7b)の各々を、互いに独立して、開状態と閉状態の間で選択的に移行させるステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記雰囲気環境を制御するステップは、前記受けチャンバ(A)からあらゆる酸素及び/又は水蒸気を除去するために、不活性ガス、好ましくは窒素で前記受けチャンバ(A)をフラッシングするステップを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記受けチャンバ(A)内の雰囲気環境を制御するステップは、連続的に行われ、及び/又は前記パッケージ(20)と前記受けチャンバ(A)との間の前記カプセル(10)の移送経路を開放する前に行われる、請求項8または9に記載の方法。
