Description
X(k)=Σn=0 N-1x(n)・exp(−2πknj/N) …(1)
に従い離散フーリエ変換を行い、凹凸の波長(凹凸ピッチ)成分Lと波高(振幅:凹凸高さ)成分Hの関係を解析し、併せて、鏡面仕上げについても比較参考のためにフーリエ解析を行い、F研磨との比較を行った。ここで、x(n)は、鋼板表面を探針センサで所定の長さ(距離)方向に走査した場合に、所定のサンプリング間隔の点で探針センサにより計測される高さ方向の値(表面の凹凸を表わす)、すなわち、総サンプリング数N中のn番目のディジタルサンプリング値である。また、kは、単位長当りの波数(空間周波数)f[回/μm]に対応する値であり(k=0,1,2,…,N−1)、全計測距離をD[μm]とすると、k=fDで表わされる。

Claims (1)
- 複数枚の伝熱プレートを積層して構成されたプレート型の熱交換器において、各伝熱プレートの少なくとも流体と接する表面に研磨により凹凸が形成されており、該凹凸のピッチが1μm以下の範囲で凹凸の高さとピッチの比が0.0005以上であり、かつ、当該比のばらつきが各波長における比の値の平均値から3割以内であることを特徴とする熱交換器。
