- 透析治療の際に限外濾過を制御し又は調節する装置(1,2)であって、
前記透析治療では、限外濾過されるべき血液が体外血液循環路(112)内で透析器(113)の血液チャンバ(110)を通って流れ、前記透析器は、半透膜(111)によって前記血液チャンバ(110)と透析液チャンバ(108)に分割され、透析液循環路(109)内の透析液は、前記透析器(113)の前記透析液チャンバ(108)を通って流れ、前記装置(1,2)は、
前記体外血液循環路(112)内に血液の流れを生じさせる血液ポンプ(115)と、
前記透析液循環路(109)内に透析液の流れを生じさせる透析液ポンプ(107)と、
前記透析液チャンバ(108)の流入部(106)と流出部(105)との間の前記透析液循環路内における体液バランスを前記限外濾過の尺度として設定する平衡化装置(104)と、
前記血液ポンプ(115)及び/又は前記透析液ポンプ(107)を調節し、前記透析器(113)内に流入し又は前記透析器(113)から流出する前記透析液の流量のそれ以上のアクティブな制御又は調節を行わないで、所定の限外濾過が達成されるようにする調節ユニット(101)と、有し、

前記透析治療では、限外濾過されるべき血液が体外血液循環路(112)内で透析器(113)の血液チャンバ(110)を通って流れ、前記透析器は、半透膜(111)によって前記血液チャンバ(110)と透析液チャンバ(108)に分割され、透析液循環路(109)内の透析液は、前記透析器(113)の前記透析液チャンバ(108)を通って流れ、前記装置(1,2)は、
前記体外血液循環路(112)内に血液の流れを生じさせる血液ポンプ(115)と、
前記透析液循環路(109)内に透析液の流れを生じさせる透析液ポンプ(107)と、
前記透析液チャンバ(108)の流入部(106)と流出部(105)との間の前記透析液循環路内における体液バランスを前記限外濾過の尺度として設定する平衡化装置(104)と、
前記血液ポンプ(115)及び/又は前記透析液ポンプ(107)を調節し、前記透析器(113)内に流入し又は前記透析器(113)から流出する前記透析液の流量のそれ以上のアクティブな制御又は調節を行わないで、所定の限外濾過が達成されるようにする調節ユニット(101)とを有し、
前記平衡化装置は、前記透析液チャンバ(108)への流入部と前記透析液チャンバからの流出部との流量差を測定する流量差測定ユニット(104)と、前記流入部又は前記流出部から、前記流入部又は前記流出部から別の流路(212)中への前記透析液の枝分かれ箇所までの枝路と、前記流入部、前記流出部及び/又は追加の前記流路(212)内の流量を調整する装置(211)とを有し、該装置は、前記測定された流量差が所定の条件を満たすよう制御可能であり、前記平衡化装置は、前記追加の流路内の前記流量を前記体液バランスの尺度として決定する装置(211)を有する、装置(1,2)。 - 前記調節ユニット(101)は、治療中、限外濾過率及び/又は取り出されるべき限外濾過ボリュームをあらかじめ選択するようになっている、請求項1又は2記載の装置(1,2)。
- 前記血液ポンプは、前記血液チャンバへの入口ライン内に配置されている、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載の装置(1,2)。
- 前記血液の流量について所定の値を設定することができ、前記調節ユニットは、前記透析液の流量を調節するようになっている、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一に記載の装置(1,2)。
- 前記透析液の流量について所定の値を設定することができ、前記調節ユニットは、前記血液の流量を調節するようになっている、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一に記載の装置(1,2)。
- 正の限外濾過率を有する間隔が負の限外濾過率を有する間隔と交互に位置するよう前記限外濾過率に関するプロフィールを調節ユニット(101)によってあらかじめ選択することができる、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一に記載の装置(1,2)。
- 前記流量差に関する前記所定の条件は、所定の積分間隔にわたる前記流量差の積分に基づいている、請求項2記載の装置(2)。
- 前記血液循環路、前記血液循環路の一部、前記透析液循環路又は前記透析液循環路の一部は、使い捨て物品として設計されている、請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一に記載の装置(2)。
